In the last two weeks I went through the drive-​through three times for breakfast three times They have had my order wrong. They either totally get it wrong or don’t give you everything that you asked for. Make sure to ask for a receipt and check the bag before you pull out.

I’m giving this spot 3 stars ONLY because my food was hot upon leaving. Service would have probably been better with a new microphone in the drive thru! I had to yell from about 2 feet away! I ordered the 1⁄3 lb Thickburger and it came as ordered. 1⁄3 lb of beef, lettuce, tomato, red onions, mayo, ketchup, & mustard. It’s served on a freshly baked bun which made for a better tasting experience overall. Hot and tasty like a burger should be. I’ll probably go back since it is close to work.

I have never eaten at a Hardee’s and will not eat at this location. My girlfriend and I went to the drive through, and as we were looking at the menu told the drive thru operator that we would need a second to order. There was no one in line behind us. About thirty seconds later she literally shouted at us asking if we were ready to order. She was very rude and unprofessional and we decided not to eat there. When we got home I called the manager to report this rude individual, and the manager said only that she would «talk to her». There was no effort made to make up for the poor experience we had there. In short, rude employees and bad management. Avoid this place!
