My wife and I have gone to this DD three separate times hoping they would change the way they make their coffe. They still have not, I think we are done trying. If you like hot water and sugar, you will like their coffee.

Oh my what a disaster this place is! The lady who attempted to wait on us at the counter could barely speak English. I got my order, but my husband’s was completely messed up. It took ten minutes for them to get him a correction, and there were two sandwiches in the bag when it arrived. This was a waste since we are traveling. Also, the lid was not on his coffee properly. Luckily the girl noticed it, but admitted she does this often. Really? Wow! This is dangerous!

After coming here time and time again… Hoping for better service… It never fails that their service only gets worse. No one there knows how to ring on the registers and no one knows what’s in their combos. I think this was my last time… I’ll take an extra drive to another Dunkin!!!

I rather not go to any D&D but the kids wanted it. They are enjoying the pumpkin favored ice coffee and pumpkin favored donuts.
I myself, stuck with black coffee and a bagel.

There is finally another Dunkin’ Donuts in the Fredericksburg area other than the other horribly-​located DD on Rte 3! This Rte 17 location is ideal– conveniently right off I-​95.
Brand new location– built from the ground up. Large drive thru. And most importantly, good coffee! My first cup was perfect. The right temperature, not burnt, strong.
No military discount here. Hopefully it’s because they’re new. Most other DDs offer it.
