The donuts are always great here. Not too sickening sweet like some other donut shops. The coffee drinks are always great, plus you can get the flavorings sweet or unsweet.

I have made coffee for myself and my wife at home, so I know it is NOT a complicated process. I can even add hazelnut flavor to my own home brew. NOT. ROCKET. SCIENCE. So why, WHY, is it impossible for these dolts who work in this particular Dunkin Donuts to get it right? I mean, really, their WORK is making donuts and coffee! It should be second nature to them, am I right? My second and LAST visit was today. Ordered a large, dark roast, iced coffee with cream, sugar and hazelnut swirl. Got coffee, but I did not taste it before leaving the shop.(I take ownership of that mistake, as they didn’t get it right the first time I visited.) I found out they left out the hazelnut where? DOWNTHEROAD, of course. I briefly thought about writing it off, AGAIN!, but since I was sharing this coffee with my wife who LOVES hazelnut, I went back to tell them their mistake. Went to the counter. Server was quite obviously irritated at my return. Told him he had left out the hazelnut flavoring. He tells me he put in four pumps. [Now I don’t know if this is enough«pumps» or not. Large is about 30 ounces.] I tell him that I can’t taste any hazelnut.(Neither could my wife.) He approaches me, removes the pump from the top of the container of hazelnut flavoring and pours directly from the jug into my coffee. I said, you’re really loading it up. [It seemed to me, at the time, that he wanted to make it SO sickly sweet as to be undrinkable.] I then told him, sorry I irritated you; don’t worry I won’t be back. Oh yes, an aside to «Timmy Two-cents» who chimed in with«I’ll be back every day». WHOCARES? I should put up with this pitiful level of(hate to use the word service, because ordering one thing and getting another is NOT service)? No way José! Next time a CUSTOMER tells you something is wrong, the correct response is a pleasant smile and«let me fix that for you». Bottom line: taste before you travel.

Worst DD I’ve ever been too. The man working was slow and unresponsive. I waited at least 5 minutes for him to even take my order at the drive-thru. Then he took the order of all the people inside before beginning to prepare my drink. Not sure if they were just understaffed or super busy. But, I waited another ten minutes at the window before he made my drink and food. I contemplated driving away because I couldn’t really afford to sit their for 15 minutes. Drive-thrus are supposed to be fast. And it was upsetting to see 2 or 3 people enter and then leave the store before I even got my drink.

The worst. Drive through box didn’t work, the oven supposedly didn’t work, the employee was a weirdo, but at least we got free coffee. The worst.

Alright, maybe I am a frequent visitor. You’re looking at DD’s review so you’re either a fan or are getting ready to be. Morning staff is super. I’ve never had nasty stuff and get«mega» cream cheese on my bagel without asking. Tip: If you’re military you get a discount.
