Krispy Kreme

This is the best donut place when you just want a regular glazed donut! And I love their holiday stuff like special donuts and other foods/​drinks! I usually go to grab a dozen with my mom for the family. The coffee is also very good! Love this place!

Let’s get this straight, I am a HUGE fan of Krispy Kreme, and I have frequented many of their locations all over the country, and I hate to it say it, but this one has severely disappointed me. The service has always been excellent and the place is very clean, but time after time I have gone when I see the «Hot Now» sign lit up and EVERY time they turn out to be hardly warm to borderline cold, and I have given them about five chances, unfortunately all with the same results.

The weather may be rainy but great time to go to Krispy Kreme. I downloaded the app and after arriving realized we stopped by here last year. The «Hot Now» light was on. We left with two dozen assorted donuts. The temperature inside was comfortable too. Last year I remember needing a jacket due to frigid temperature settings! Overall a nice visit. Can’t wait to see the 4 new Krispy Kreme’s coming to New Hampshire.

Okay, we all already know the doughnuts here are great, but this location is great! I live nearby and use the app to find out when the doughnuts are HOT!
Service is fast, the store is clean, and there’s sufficient seating.

So Delicious!!! Always fast and friendly, I had an issue with my hot chocolate, and the manager went above and beyond to make me happy. That made a huge impression in me. Absolutely perfect, hot fresh great staff. Don’t ever change ‘Kk!

Always a good choice no matter what time it is or where you are. Krispy kreme is great even though they got rid of their powdered fruit filled doughnuts I still love their food and service and it always smells nice

Happy Birthday Krispy Kreme! Great atmosphere. The service was great. They organized those who were there for buy one get one into a quick line while those who were there for more complex orders had time to order. The employees were in good spirits even with a huge amount of people there. The doughnuts were hot and fresh when I got them.

I work very close by, and it’s always nice to see when the hot light comes on so we can get fresh hot donuts out of the fryer! Also, they make my coffee perfectly each time! I just tried to Lemon Crème Cake donut, which is limited time offer and it did not disappoint! Perfectly sweet and not too super tangy!

This review is about the customer service because clearly we all know krispy kreme donuts are the most delicious donuts on earth! Ive been to this location three times and every time I was helped by a different associate and they have all been extremely nice and friendly! They certainly don’t seem/​act like they hate their job. Last visit my friend couldn’t make up her mind about which type of donut she wanted and the girl that was helping her stood with patience and smiled and helped her select them. They also make conversations with you and update you about the best deals. I wish they would open one in Woodbridge or stafford because they are a little bit far for my liking! Overall excellent customer service!

Why does one come to Krispy Kreme? For warm donuts if course! This morning I went through the drive through to bring warm glazed donuts to my family and to my surprise they were cold! So disappointing!

Went here on a Saturday Morning with my wife and six year old daughter.
We loved it. The inside is spotlessly immaculate. The staff was extremely warm and friendly. The doughnuts and coffee were outstanding as always.
The kid enjoyed seeing the «doughnut factory» and wearing her Krispy Kreme hat.
A fun treat.

The manager was very friendly. I mean he really made this experience great. We even went during the middle of the day when the hot sign was not lit. cant wait to go back when it is.

I swear they never have my donuts and the lady said I would have to come right when they open to get one which is just silly if you ask me. However my mom loves their donuts

I use to think Krispy cream has like the best donuts… I guess time change… this place was ok… it’s like being at a donut factory… They have a donut machine… where u see the prosses of how they make there original glazed donuts … I got the mixed combo… well variety… where you can pick any 12 donuts for nine bucks. and I had to get something for the road to munch on since the drive is long just to get back home. pretty much got donut holes which were 12 for a dollar in a Krispy cream to go cup! Cute! I thought the 12 for 9 dollar donut that was kinda a rip off… especially when I got home and started eating the donuts lol… the donuts were extremely small and the filling such as the apple pie or Lemon donut was not even there… pretty much a dab of filling. The most disgusting donut that I ever had was the maple iced glazed! Disgusting!!! I took a bite and I really had to spit it out… it wasn’t even that sweet it was somewhat bitter…

This location almost experienced a one-​person riot. After driving several hours specifically for HOT AND NOW doughnuts, we pulled the van into the parking lot.
«are we lost?» asked one van occupant, rubbing the sleep from her eyes. «You look different,» she sleepily remarked. It was 7:30am, we’d been driving since 4am.
«This is rage,» said the driver. It was 7:30. Clearly within the 6−11am HOT AND NOW window designated by the corporate website… only one problem. The light wasn’t on. Rage was about to descend management. Letters were being mentally prepared demanding Doughnut Reparations for this huge transgression. The conveyor wasn’t moving. There were no fresh doughnuts. Silence, unacceptable silence!
But first: the bathroom. Clean yes. Radio was on full volume!!! (to make up for the silence on the doughnut making room floor)
Exit bathroom, the machine is moving. Doughnuts are made! …one problem… the light still isn’t on, and these doughnuts look strange.
«Wass that?» says the stranger, pointing at the different looking doughnuts coming off the conveyor. «oh., those are for raspberry jelly filled doughnuts.»
«When HOT AND NOW?» mumbles stranger. «In about 45 minutes…»
«??? Are those hot and fresh???» At this point the doughnut engineer realizes she’s dealing with a crazy person. «Yes, those are hot.»
«Give me a dozen.»
«But…»
“Give me a dozen!”
«We’ll have to charge you…»
«NOW!!!»
…and thus a hungry sleep van full of derby girls experienced HOT AND NOW jellyless jelly doughnuts in fulfillment of the prophecy.

This place is by far the best Krispy Kreme I’ve ever been to. The staff is friendly and the place is clean, but most of all when the sign is lit up it means the doughnuts are fresh.
Before college I’d never really gotten the obsession people have with doughnuts, I mean I thought they were good, but nothing special; after having gone to this place I get it. A glazed doughnut, still warm from the oven, literally melts in your mouth. It’s incredible.
This location also has a 24-​drive through and a great variety of doughnuts, beverages and other offerings.

A nice, clean, and convenient Krispy Kreme. I believe it is a 24-​hour drive thru, so you can get your donut fix even if the inside if closed. My only complaint is that they stopped selling the Blueberry Cake donuts a while ago. They are always the one I crave, but I can’t get them at this location any longer. Bummer!

My Kids love this place on the weekends!!! Nothing like hot donuts!!!

Mmmmmmm, there’s no better doughnut in the world. Practically melts in your mouth. I feel like a crack head when I eat Krispy Kreme doughnuts, it just calls my name, the smell is addicting, I can’t stop at one.
The fresh light comes on between 8 to 9 pm.
