I hated I hated I hated I hate AT&T i’ve been with them for the last 15 years it’s the worst customer service ever relieve you on hold for hours never fix your problem, I just switched to Verizon I’m so happy with them

Ever since the route 1 location shut down I’ve gone to this location and its always packed. Ive walked in walked out quite a few times because the wait would obviously be ridiculous. The one time I didnt have to wait the person I talked to could not for the life of her properly explain the concept of the next program… in fact she confused us so bad we said screw this and got an at&t line added at best buy. Not going back unless I absolutely have to.

Weirdest at and t store I ever been to… This place is set on walk ins and has to register to talk to an AT&T staff… so it’s pretty much like calling AT&T on the phone but doing it in person… how fun… the place is big for its own AT&T store… there was actually a lot of people walking there and a lot of people coming in… There’s about five tables and there’s a staff member in each table to assets you with what you need or want… Waited for about 15 mins… It’s was so annoying. there are side benches… That fits about six people… that’s the waiting area. they didn’t really help much pretty much just say you can do it online… but since we here why can’t you fix the issue in person… people are so incompetent… the people greet with welcomes but once you start asking them multiple questions they start greeting you with good byes… There is a huge parking lot! So don’t worry about parking !
