Food is good, but buffet is always empty and it takes an hour to get refilled. If you’re starving, I recommend the cici’s buffet.

I ordered a pizza online and it was supposed to be ready at 5:00pm. I arrived at 5 and paid, and was told the pizza would be right out. Ten minutes later, it still wasn’t ready, but I was told, «we are busy, it should be right out.» Fifteen minutes after that, I was told, «we lost your pizza.» So after already waiting for close to half an hour, I was told I could wait another half hour and get my pizza. When I said no, they did refund, but overall customer service and communication was poor. Never going back to this pizza hut.
