This place is a little hidden unfortunately but we love it. We grew up eating at Ledos in Maryland and I am so glad that we have one so close to Stafford. The servers are always sweet and the food is always delicious.

Not sure if it was because we were starving or their pizza was that yummy! Each pie was rectangular and the slices cut up in about 30 to 40 pieces per pie(that’s how big they were!) Tried both the BBQ chicken and the cheese one. I’m not a big fan of BBQ chicken pizza but this one was surprisingly good. The crust was thinner than what I usually like — and I like them crispy. And the middle slices were a bit too greasy for me, which is why I’m not giving it 5 stars. Also, the pies were ready as soon as we got there. Score!

Food was what I would expect from a Ledo pizza. The restaurant was attached to a hotel and as a result seemed a bit dated. It also seemed like it doubled as a breakfast buffet. The setting seemed a little odd, but other than that it was decent.

Terrible Ledo experience and I love ledo pizza. Ordered salad and one of my tomatoes had mold on it. Then the pizza took 25 minutes. We paid extra for the sriracha drizzle and apparently the sriracha was baked into the pizza instead of drizzled on top. The pizza took so long because they messed up on it the first time. How do I know this? The waitresses told us they had been eating our messed up pizza and they were sweating from the sriracha. If management would like to step up and address this issue my email is .

Food was mediocre at best. Calzone was greasy, asked for blue cheese and it was undetectable. Raviolis were lukewarm. Waitress asked if we were done and confirmed that we wanted the check. She immediately went and sat down and continued eating with the only other waitress in the main dining area. Their eating in front of us made us feel like jerks for interrupting their meals to ask for anything. Read that again: we confirmed we wanted our check and you go sit down and start eating? I mean who does that?

After recently ordering for take-out, having both dined in and ordered out numerous times over the past 1 ½ years, I have finally given up and will no longer be a customer. I had returned because I do like their pizza, but the service is terrible, always confusion and laziness no matter what day or time. I have been there at various shifts with various employees working, there’s no change, direct relation to the type of management there. And combined with the price of their food, no longer worth it for me.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ledo Pizza. The service was second to none. The food came fast and was delicious. The Cesar salad was excellent. The pizza was good, although the sauce with a little sweet for our taste. They played nice music that was not too loud but kept the ambience good. We recommend it as a fast and clean place to eat.

The location is not great! You have to go inside a hotel for service. And despite the fact that we paid for sausage and peperroni… and only got peperroni… it was delicious!!! Beware… do not go if you are in a hurry! They are really slow!

Ledo’s is the best pizza in Fredericksburg! I have been enjoying their square pizza since I was a child, their first restaurant was near the University of Maryland where I grew up! Oprah’s best friend, Gayle King also claimed Ledo’s as her favorite too on Oprah’s show! I realize the service isn’t always quick as many people expect, but I have yet to find a better pizza and always go there for a delicious pizza. My daughter doesn’t love pizza as much as I do, so she usually gets a salad, sub or pasta dish and always leaves satisfied too!

I guess we must have been the one’s to endure the wrath of Ledo’s. We ordered on the phone on the way to the restaurant for a carry out and were informed it would be 30 minutes. ONEHOUR later we were given the pizze we ordered. I guess someone in the kitchen wasn’t prepared for the days business and ran out of tomato sauce, so they improvised by adding a lot of olive oil, I think. Net Result, grease freely flowing out of the box on the way home all over the interior of my new car that cost $ 125 to detail to get out the pizza smell. A new car with 1500 miles was smelling like a pizza. Nasty. For some reason I think the health department may want to pull a few surprise visits because I saw people handling money and food, wrapping silverware for service on the front counter with their bare hands and when I looked into the kitchen I was alarmed by the food preparation people not wearing any gloves. Ewww. Hope they washed their hands and dont pick their noses. No Thank You and Never Again.

Service was alright, although SLOW… and I really wanted to like the pizza and flavor wise, pretty good had it not looked like someone had dumped a bottle of grease on top. Located in Central Park inside a hotel… not the most convenient. I won’t be going back because after all it’s a pizza place and I ordered cheese pizza, but what I got was grease pizza and that’s just not how I roll.

I gave this a 3 star rating because it reminds me of the pizza my mom used to make in the oven at home(otherwise I’d have given it two stars. It does have a nice sauce, rather good to be honest, and the toppings are not bad quality; but it is so far from the style I’d call correct and the crust is a 1 star.

I’m normally a huge fan of Ledo’s but the last time I went to one it was here in Central Park and I was really just disappointed. I wanted a large pizza with a bunch of toppings. I found one of the suprmeme pizzas but I didn’t want olives. Rather than just ringing me up for a supreme pizza and say«no olives» the cashier rang me up for each individaul topping. My pizza was like $ 25! I was so exhausted from my 2 hour commute home, after working a 10 day day and my 1 ½ hour commute to work that morning, and I was starving, I paid and left. The pizza was greasy and soggy. 8-(That was a disappointing experience but my other experiences, in Maryland have been good.

The pizza itself is pretty unique — thin crust, rectangular, sweet-sauced pizza served on a cafeteria-style tray. Nice thick pepperoni and you can choose precooked or raw bacon to be cooked with your pizza. Definitely worth trying, especially if you are staying in the hotel next to it. A medium pizza and salad is enough to serve 2, and they give you plenty of dressing to put on the salad. However, service is slooooooooowwwww, and they also do not deliver. Once in a while, we’ll get a craving for this particular kind of pizza and go here, as there is no other pizza like it around. They also have some pretty good subs — the chicken parm will fill you up and is satisfying.

I went here last night to order a pizza for carryout. The lady was very friendly and my order was ready in 20 minutes. The pizza is the best that I have found in the larger Fredericksburg/King George area. So locally, it is as good as it gets. The pizza is thin crust, has a sweet tomato sauce, and is topped with real pepperoni sausage and fresh vegetables. It is part of a chain coming out of Maryland, but despite that this is good pizza. It’s the only place I will get pizza when I am away from New York.

If no one told me this was a chain, I would have thought it wasn’t because it’s really good. Does that make sense? I don’t know. I do know that I ordered a pizza that CLAIMS to serve 2 – 3 regular people. Just like Dr. Manhattan from Watchmen, I have never been the same after the accident, with a slight difference. Dr. Manhattan became Mr. Clean(from when Mr. Clean was blue, naked and well-endowed), whereas I was infused with hollow appendages that allow me to fit ungodly amounts of food into my body. Back to the pizza. I ordered a chicken pizza, supposedly big enough to share between three adults. I finished the entire thing before Derek finished his garden salad. «Dude, you housed that pizza,» Derek proclaims. George Bush would agree: Mission accomplished. Pizza housing has been a beloved past time for this nation-sized appetite of mine. I may not have a black thong to wear to fight the Viet Cong, but Dr. Manhattan doesn’t have my mastication capacity. It’s a tie, then.

I have heard the name«Ledo pizza» thrown about here and there, and gosh, on their website it says they were voted Baltimore’s #1 pizza! Well, we decided to try this pizza last night. First of all, they said it would be 30 minutes and it was actually about 50(when hubby went inside to get the pizza, he said they were just moving s-l-o-w-l-y). So we got 2 side salads and a large pizza. The salads were ok– we got their house dressing. They were just basic(iceberg lettuce) salads. Now the pizza– it’s rectangular, and it’s cut into teeny little pieces… I guess we had bout 50 pieces of pizza. The crust looked kind of promising, since it was on the thin side, but I was really disappointed. The sauce was weird… kind of sweet. The more I ate, the more I disliked it. We have about 30 pieces left over. I won’t be having any of that. I asked my hubby, «how can this be Baltimore’s #1 pizza??!» His answer–«well, Baltimore has alot of crackheads.» Sorry Baltimore, I am going to have to disagree with you. Our«find great pizza in Fredericksburg» mission carries on.
