Nice choice of fresh ingredients, arranged carefully adorn the window display. The staff were really knowledgable and motivated in their actions. They took initiative to reach out and ask if we had been here before, did we know about their products, and so forth. They offered a lot of great advice. I chose the GRILLEDAVOCADO™ Our #1 selling salad. Red leaf, iceberg, black bean/poblano/corn relish, grilled avocado and thick-sliced tomato(served warm), queso fresco, our Chip It was good. The flavors blend well together. I like the fact they put it in a bowl first, toss it good, then put it in the box for serving. That gets rid of any need to try to toss it myself. I could taste the individual flavors, everything was fresh. One note for improvement: the iceberg lettuce had some browning occurring, but not too bad. It wasn’t as appealing to the eyes as the rest of the salad fixings. This is part of a food court in a mall. The food court has really changed since I was a kid, gone are all the junk items and replaced are decent fixings. Recommended

Delicious salads and soup. The staff is super friendly and very helpful in explaining the menu. Lots of variety of toppings and great combination salads. Little pricey but well worth it!

Let me paint a picture for you. Its a weekday, want to grab something healthy to eat. Oh nice! Snappy Salads! Look at all those fresh ingredients, this is going to be good. I order a Sante Fe chicken wrap(pretty simple, the other locations do a great job at this). The employee working then proceeded to reach down into a fridge, grab a pre-made wrap, and plop it in a container. It comes with chips, that’ll be good(NOPE). The employee then pours tortilla chip crumbs into each container with the sad old wraps. Annoyed that I just spent over $ 20 for two old wraps, I walk off and grab a seat with my girlfriend. Bite into the wrap, it’s basically all tortilla. ‘Its okay… at least its healthy’… I tell myself. The next bite led to me pulling a long black hair out of my mouth. After talking to a friend, apparently he had a similar experience — maybe the only true fresh ingredient they use is human hair? Never again, this place is a joke. The fresh ingredients are only there for display, if you come here, don’t let them give you the old leftover wrap from the back like I did.

Snappy salads is great! They offer a large assortment of veggies, dressings and meats for your salad. Order a half snap and it comes with tons of lettuce and toppings. My favorite here is the grilled avocado salad, it’s so fresh and tasty. I will admit they are on the pricey side for salads. I don’t come here often due to the cost, but I do enjoy treating myself to a nice delicious salad. Grilled avocado with steak will set you back $ 14.00. Give it a try it’s great.

I ordered the Yellowfin Tuna Salad which said on the menu that it is cooked rare. I watched as the girl preparing my salad added the tuna to a hot pan to sear it and then left it to help another customer. Three minutes later she remembered the tuna and flipped it over. I informed her that it was most likely over cooked already and should be removed from heat. She ignored me an allowed it to cook three more minutes. Another employee finished preparing my salad and when I pointed out that seared rare should at the very least be pink if not red, the man at the register shrugged and said, «Yeah. Well nobody is watching it.» No apology. I was not asked if I wanted a beverage with my meal. Even telling me my total at the register seemed to be too much for them. I had to ask and he merely pointed. $ 12.75 for a salad that took six minutes to prepare incorrectly. I would not recommend Snappy Salad. They are not snappy. Not professional. And not courteous.

Let me start with, this is a darn good salad bar. The Crispy Artichoke and Texas Taco are two of my personal favs. But they are overpriced for what you get. Yes the quality is good, but other salad bars, like Salata for instance, offer a larger salads with no cap on how many toppings you can add. The service at this location is a 5 out of 10. I usually want to make substitutions to my salad, but as soon as the word«artichoke» leaves my mouth the worker is on the move adding goat cheese on my salad when I wanted to sub it with pepper jack. :heavy sigh: #firstworldprobs It’s a convenient and healthy option for Norghpark, but outside of the mall I’d go elsewhere for a salad bar.

My first time at Snappy and I must say I’m impressed! Salads are great and the customer service even better! The gentleman that just checked me out went above and beyond to make my experience great! All I can say is Wow, not what I expected from a food court restaurant!

I usually LOVE the build your own half salad. This time I ordered it with the seared Yellowfin Tuna, of which I typically love. That turned out be a huge mistake. They don’t season the tuna at all. No salt or pepper, nothing. They just take a piece of raw tuna, and heat up both sides. The seared Yellowfin Tuna is always seasoned with salt and cracked pepper at sushi restaurants and at other Snappy Salads locations. Needless to say, it way not worth the extra $ 5 that I paid for old(not at all fresh) and unseasoned fish at this location.

Why did I think I reviewed this place already? I have been going here for years. I love it!!! It’s better than any other greens provider like Greenz or Café Express in my opinion. I normally go for the Santa Fe chicken wrap or the Salmon salad(Asian inspired) but truthfully I have been mixing it up lately. All of their salads are good. The Mexican is so good! The Avocado one too. I also love their fresh soups. And their bread is also a nice complement with their spreads. Only slight downer is the price but honestly I feel their ingredients are all quality and fresh so I don’t hesitate. It’s good and healthy food that’ s fresh. I noticed they are continuing to expand and evolve their menu so it’s exciting. I also love their expansion outside of the malls. Love it!

Great option for the mall. Unless you are sharing no human should eat more than the ½ it is HUGE! I did the make your own vs. a pre-defined option, pick your lettuce and then up to 8 toppings, the meats are extra. Very fresh lettuce and toppings and great chipotle ranch dressing. Much better option than other fast food options in the mall and just an all around good salad. I would definitely get this at a stand alone location also. Their homemade bread and flavored spreads looked really good but I didn’t get any.

Service was good. I had the grilled avocado with chicken. It was delicious. The only con is that it’s pricy.

The Greek Salad with chicken was quite possibly the best salad I’ve had in my entire life. I was tired from doing some post-xmas shopping so I was shocked as to how filling the salad actually was. I only got to eat half of it before storing the rest for later. It was also the first time I had ever tried pepproncini(which was super tasty but not spicy at all). The chicken was perfectly grilled and super flavorful. The portions are huge, I got the smallest size and was still shocked by how much food I was getting. The house made greek dressing is extremely rich and velvety.

I always pass by this place since it’s right next to Chick-fil-a. Today, I wanted to try something new so I asked the guy there which salad would be considered the most popular/good. He suggested the bam bam salad. Sure, it’s a cute name. But it’s not a bam good in the stomach. It’s more of a whomp whomp. There’s chicken, which are okay. That wasn’t the problem, it’s more of the lack of dressing and it’s nothing special to pay $ 10. Ten bucks for the medium size container. My favorite salad thus far would be the ahi tuna salad from Kenny’s wood fired grill and it’s only $ 14. I’d rather pay an extra 4 bucks for an awesome salad. I haven’t tried anything else from them, but if someone that works there thinks that an expensive mediocre salad, such as the bam bam salad, is their best salad to suggest to their first time customer, then I don’t have any hopes that it’s worth trying twice.

Ok place. Good for a quick meal at the mall that’s decently healthy. If you get the half snap salad it comes in a container about 3 cups full. With that you get 8 add ons(ie: veggies, nuts, etc). Their competitors don’t limit the amount of items you add to your salad. All together the half snap salad plus a water comes to $ 10. Not bad but a bit high considering I can run down to Kona grill and get really good salad, sit in a comfy chair and not be bumped into constantly by rude teenagers who think its ok to walk like a wall cloud not moving for people and chairs sitting in their path. If you don’t love your salads to be all dressing make sure to have them put the dressing on the side. They definitely go overboard on the dressing.

If I’m going to be shopping and trying on clothes after my lunch, I don’t want to feel all bloated from eating a heavy or greasy meal. Enter Snappy Salads. This is a great healthy option located in the food court of North Park Mall. The ingredients are fresh and there are lots of toppings to choose from. They have a number of pre-made combos or you can choose to make your own in either half or full-sized portions. I usually opt for the half since still it’s considerably large. I’ve also learned to ask for dressing on the side since the times I’ve requested«just a little dressing» have left my greens soaked.

The menu consists of pre-made combos of fresh veggies. And for those of you who want to be healthy but not in the«salad mode,» they have wraps too! Other option is to pick and choose to create your own salad that fits your mood!

I love the Snappy Salads on Forest Lane with a passion. So it is with real sadness that I must say that the Snappy in Northpark is not up to snap. Part of the problem is the background noise. It seems to be really hard for the staff to hear. But the other part of the problem is that the staff seems to be disorganized and poorly trained. Example #1 — from about six months ago I walked up to the counter and ordered the salad of the day. «I don’t know what that is,» replied the clerk, «I don’t think we have one.» «How can you not have one — it’s right here on the glass in front of me!» I replied, pointing at the Salad of the Day sign. «Oh, we’re out of that,» she said. My impression is that she never had any idea what I was talking about and was just blowing me off. Example #2 — from last Friday I had settled on the steakhouse salad, because on the whole, the staff seems to be able to make this one without any problem. I order all sorts of different salads at Forest Lane, but stick to the steakhouse at Northpark. So the salad gets made and I arrive at the dressing station. «What is this?» the dressing girl wants to know. «The steakhouse salad,» I say. «We don’t have that,» she replies. «What do you mean, you don’t have it? You’re looking at it.» I say, flabergasted. It transpires that they are out of steak. So I go to the back of the line and start over, this time on a Cobb. When the lettuce guy finishes his part of the work, he shouts to the dressing girl that it’s a Cobb. Moments later, she wants to know from me what dressing I want. «It’s a Cobb.» I say. «I want the dressing that comes with it.» She then turns and gripes out the lettuce guy for not telling her that it was a Cobb, except as God is my witness, he had told her about two minutes prior. The whole time this is going on, there are half a dozen uniformed workers wandering around, doing nothing. Maybe one of them could have been cooking some steak for the steakhouse salads. I love, love, love Snappy Salads at Forest Lane. I wish the one in Northpark could get its act together so I could love it too.

For the mall, you won’t get a fresher or healthier meal. Paid $ 22 for two medium salads and drinks. Not too bad. These salads were huge. You get to select your lettuce, six toppings and a protein. I had the grilled chicken, which is grilled on premise. A good concept that is well executed.

WTF3 basil leaves? I grabbed an artisan salad and it was delicious but the lady was soo stingy with the basil it kinda miffed me. Overall i would definitely rock this place again because they showed me how awesome green onions are in salads. It’ll give you nasty breath but damn it’s on the satisfying side.
