Nails Now

I had an amazing experience. They did a flawless job! The employees were nice and friendly as well. I really recommend going here.

I am sorry to have to disagree with everyone else’s rating on this nail salon. I have had now two horrible experiences here and I will not be going back.
The first time I went there I needed a polish change on my toe nails and a fill and gel color on my nails. They did not understand that I needed an acrylic fill and that I wanted gel color on top of that. They argued with me that this was not possible, which it completely is? After they understood what I was asking for, the woman looked at me and said, «you can’t afford that.» After my initial shock, I agreed to only do a polish and they started on my fill. They continued to tell me that wherever I had it done last did a terrible job and they must rip them off and start over… Charging my for every nail they took off (which is fair to charge me). They picked out a color for me, a bright cherry red which I wanted to pick out for myself because red nails was not what I wanted. By this point I just wanted to leave. They charged me a fair amount and did a good job on my toes. The customer service and rudeness of their staff? Terrible.
I was going to give them one more chance (don’t know why) until I asked to come in at 6:30, they close at 7:30, and they said 6:30 was too late if I needed a fill I had to do it now or at 6:15… I just walked out.
Just wanted to fair warn anyone that is bothered by bad customer service, it drives me nuts!

This place is great. This is my go-​to place when I need to get my nails done fast and efficiently. The people are very welcoming and they always look forward to greeting you. If you become a regular there you’ll make friends. The women are very polite as well. And if you need them to finish your nails quickly, they’ll try and go as fast as they can. They’re white tip acrylics are awesome. I get them all the time and they stay on for 4 weeks.

I want to give a shout out to Mike and his staff for being so fabulous when it comes to service. This team is super friendly on top of the great Manicures and pedicures they give. Want a awesome neck massage while you are being pampered? Ask for Daniel… He’s the BEST!
This Nails Now location ROCKS!

I have been going to this Nails Now location for a couple years now. The staff is really friendly. The pedicures are great & I never feel like they are rushing. They recently got some new pedicure chairs that recline and give you a nice massage while you’re getting your pedi!
