Food is fine, dining room is fine. But the concrete desserts are pretty poor. I paid for three mix-ins, and got back straight vanilla custard with the thinnest ribbon of anything in it at all. Look, we pay for the stuff, don’t rip us off by putting barely any in. Since this is a problem with nearly every Freddy’s, I’ve pretty much decided to just skip them and go to Culver’s or Sonic. Hey, fwiw, Sonic LOADS the mix-ins you pay for into your shake. Freddy’s acts like one little squirt is all you get for your .70 per mix-in.

I love the steak burgers. They are so good and greasy. Thin fries. Fast service. Inconsiderate cashiers but don’t matter cause the burgers are so good. Always a busy place inside, lots of chaos. But again great food. Haven’t had a bad thing yet.

We have been to this location and the store in Monument several times. Always great service and the food is always consistently great! Freddy’s has become to us like Chick-Fil-A, where we have come to expect the same great service and quality of food every visit. Great job, Freddy’s!

My family really likes going here. The hamburgers and chicken strips are good. The fries and the fry sauce are great together. It is a family tradition for us to go every other Sunday night and the food is very consistent. The service is fast and the restaurants are clean. Great Job Freddy’s. Keep it up!

I’m not sure how they get their burgers so thin. A tortilla press perhaps? I’ve never had a burger that is thinner than the slice of cheese . Marginally clean. Didn’t take long to get. Not a fan of shoestring fries. I’ll stick to Culver’s.

I am not a fan of fast food but Freddy’s is above average in every way. Not great, but well above average and across the board. Service, food quality, cleanliness, all well in order. The steak burgers are tasty, the custard is yum. But it’s the fries. The fries I tell you! Thin, crispy, chewy and perfect in the Freddy sauce! Eat em fresh and eat em quick! They are frickin amazing! Always had a good time at this location. The music can be loud at night, but it was mostly decent music and I kinda liked it. First time I went in I got a free concrete. I got hooked up after a spill too and the cooks are always helpful with an extra bit of something you like. Been there a dozen times easy and I’ll be back. Recommended.

It would have been much better if everything hadn’t been soggy with grease and caked with salt. Through the salt and grease we could tell there was something good hiding. Unfortunately it ended up being more on the gross side. Maybe another location does it better?

Burgers are just ok. French fries are super salty and everything was covered in grease and oil. I thought it was only my order but no it was everyones order. The place is not clean at all and the staff looks pretty young. Maybe they should stick to ice cream.

Um, could someone please open one out here in CA? This place is better than… In N Out. Seriously. We’d never been to Freddy’s before and stopped here for lunch on our Colorado vacation. We had two singles and one double. And fries. My goodness, we were drowning in fries! And when we’d stuffed ourselves with the fresh deliciousness, we went back up to the counter for our first taste of FROZENCUSTARD! Yuuuuummmmmmmmm… Maybe it’s a good thing that Freddy’s isn’t out here or we might have to add another hole to our beltloops.

The custard is not good. If you are looking for a good custard go to Good Times. The burger had a smear of meat. It isn’t even a patty. Its a smear of meat. I don’t care for their over cooked shoe string French fries either. Haven’t been back since

Burgers are basically burned. They apparently press the burger so much during the cooking process that it was almost see through. If you like your burger meat crispy on the outside and inside, then perhaps this place is for you. Since they call their burgers steakburgers, I expected some respect for the meat. I didn’t finish my burger. I doubt that I will return.

There’s a new champion in town! Freddys is without a doubt the best fast food cheeseburger you’ll find in Colorado Springs. And apparently I’m the last person in the springs to find this out! The burgers are made fresh to order, with high-quality ingredients… and the fries are absolutely amazing! The entire staff was extremely polite and very helpful! This place will surely be added to my usual rotation of burger joints!!! Great job Freddys

This is just another Steak N Shake, but the difference is the specialties in desert and Freddy’s is a little more expensive.

For fast food I am impressed. The custard was really good. I had the California steak burger which had good flavor even though it was a bit greasy. Only regret is that my stomach has that feeling of I just ate fast food which comes with the territory so not a big complaint. Staff was very nice.

Wow, this place was great and well priced. It is excellent fast food. The shoe string fries are amazing and perfectly crispy. I recommend you try them with some extra seasoning you add yourself and dip them with some of the Freddy sauce. I have the California double burger with grilled onions and it excellent. Similar to the burgers at Culvers but much better. My friend ordered the patty melt and they use real rye bread and he said it was also excellent. They also carry frozen custard as well as hot dogs and heard their chili is really good. The fact they had Luzianne Iced Tea was a pleasant surprise. I would say this is safely the best fast food in COS; better than Drifters and Culvers, miles ahead of Steak and Shake, but not as good as In N’ Out burger but none in CO anyway.

Slooooooow drive through service. Maybe it was because we came late and they were trying to wrap things up for the night. Dunno, just wasn’t «fast food». Freddy’s always pumps out a quality burger. And from one location to the next you know what to expect. I like supporting Freddy’s over the big chains like Mickey D’s and BK.

We had a great experience at Freddy’s. My patty melt had the perfect blend of Swiss cheese and grilled onions. Now, let’s talk about the French fries. They are wonderful, thin strips of deliciousness, lightly dusted with just the right amount of salt, but the piece de resistance is the Freddy’s sauce. It is the perfect cocktail of flavors that might remind you of a creamier version of thousand Island dressing. Dip your fries in it. Dip your steak burger in it. I don’t care what you dip in it, but dip something. You won’t be disappointed. The only thing that keeps me from granting Freddy’s the coveted five stars is their choice oh fountain drinks, Pepsi products! Yuck! I am a tried and true, dedicated Diet Coke drinker who truly deducts a star from my reviews if DC is not on the menu. Perhaps I should have figured out a way to dip the Diet Pepsi in Freddy’s sauce!

My first time here. This place hasn’t been open very long. They have some great steak burgers and the fries are thin cut with their own seasoning. I was so tempted to get another burger. They have some great looking sundaes and concrete mixers too but was too full. I’ll be coming back here soon. 5STARS!!!

First time at this location. My interest in Freddy’s is starting to wane. The burgers are just too thin and a bit dry on the edges. I know thin is the format for this place, but not sure its my thing. For the 7.50 for a meal, I think I will drive a bit further for Culver’s or five guys. Overall, solid offering, but I can get more bang for the buck elsewhere.
