UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! Heard there was new management so i decided to try again. Wow what a difference, give this place a try. Ordering was fast, the food was delivered hot and fresh, and i was offered mints ect. Glad to be back, thanks for the great service!

Slowest Sonic ever. I only ordered a large Cherry Limeade and I’ve been waiting for over 5 minutes while those around me continue to come and go. If this was a one off I wouldn’t post however this location continues to disappoint.

Won’t be back to this Sonic. After ordering 6 different drinks and at different times each day, none were made correctly. I seriously believe the teenagers working here are intentionally messing customer orders up… Why? I dunno. But how do you mess up a grape-​nerd slushie? They didn’t put nerds in it, but I was charged. Same goes for the following: Cherry limeade had no fruits. Cherry-​nerd slushie (again no nerds). Rootbeer float (no icecream). Sweet tea with lemon (I was given unsweet tea and no lemon). One last chance to see if my suspicion was right. I ordered a large ice water with lemon. To easy, right? Not for these guys. Before pulling away, I brought it to the servers attention and was met with, «Oh? Let me see? Huh? Do you want me to go get you a lemon?» Smh No thanks! Keep your lemons and I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Pretty sure I just waited for 20 minutes for a small Dr Pepper and a medium tot. I assumed maybe they had to make fresh tots but nope, they were cold.

This is the best Sonic in the World! I’m not sure what they do different with their tots but they taste better! All of their food does. The one time they had trouble with the speaker system a real person ran out to take my order! I’ve driven past other sonics to come to this one!

I keep hoping things will change, but it has not. The drinks are never made right I order a Cherry Limeade I get carbonated water and some cherry syrup. Peach sweet tea. Sometimes it is just unsweet tea or Peach green tea. The machines for your card almost never work so you are constantly putting it in and out. The mozzarella sticks are never fully hot and seem almost cold when you get them, and I had to send them back just to get the same ones microwaved. I will drive the extra ways and go to 620 and parmer from now on.

This sonic sucks. The ice is horrible and service is crap. They take a long time to deliver a simple order. I don’t recommend it.

Ever since this store has gone under new management they have improved in speed and quality. The staff seems more happy and courteous. I used to come and wait 20 minutes sometimes for my order and now it’s flying out the door seconds after I order. Also don’t forget to tip the car hops they really do work hard!

If I ask for a large sweet tea with lemon it literally takes them like 20 minutes to get it to me, and usually the drive in spots are not even half way full. Bad service. Mediocre food. Good drinks (when you finally get them).

Staff is very friendly, outgoing and prompt in taking your order.
Staff takes their time in handing you the food (bad experience at another Sonic) — the staff chats with you for a few minutes.
The grounds seem very well kept and trash cans are never overflowing.
Only down fall is that some of the credit card machines on a few of the slots are never working.

Have been trying for a good visit for quite some time now, guess it’s not going to happen. The service sucks, the food is dry and cold, the wait time is longer than at any other sonic. Seriously, as a last resort — I won’t stop here ever again. It’s really sad.

I give it three-​star only cause it is okay fast food. This is my favorite location. The staff working are very nice and they will come out and check on you. It’s nice when you don’t have to track someone down. It’s also nice at a fast food place they do take the time to check on you.
I also like it cause items not by busy business where there are people flying threw. With a toddler you get very aware of cards around you and the other cedar park location has cards cutting the threw that parking lot.
I also like they roller skate here. They don’t have skating car hops at every location. Now I give them a ton of credit I could could skate let alone carry a tray with dropping it and busting my but.
They have very fast and friendly at this location. I like my route 4 my son loves his milkshakes.

I can’t believe this sonic has no reviews, its been here quite some time. This is your same olé same olé sonic. You will have the same food here that you do at ALL the other locations. The service is the same fast food service. The employees are friendly. I had zero problems. I ordered my drink at «happy hour» so it was half price. It was delivered promptly. I zipped in and out.

I’ve been to this Sonic many times over the years. It’s a common pit stop for me between my house and the nearby HEB. The bottom line is, this is a prototypical Sonic, and they seem to get it right most of the time.
