Horrible service. By far the WORST burger I’ve ever had. The meat was cold and it tasted like cardboard. There were flies everywhere in the restaurant. If you want a good burger definitely skip this place!

The service was excellent from the time the young lady took my order to the young man who brought my meal. I wish that I got their names but the young African American lady and gentleman with the tattoos both deserve a promotion for setting an excellent example. I’m not a fast food fan but these folks know what customer service is and has renewed my faith that it still exists some places.

I’ve heard a lot of rave reviews from friends about whataburger. I had a patty melt from there and was terribly underwhelmed. Guess I’ll have to try something else from there to double check lol.

They ripped me off again. Totally messed up my order again. I don’t have time to sit there and open up every burger to make sure it is right before I head home. I waited six months to try them again and they failed immediately. I am done with this location. Forever. And ever.

I got there and I was greeted with«how can I help you today» he was very polite, and knew what he was doing. I saw him ask customer whom had there food if they needed a refill or condiments. When I had my food he asked me the same question. I tried to tip him but he said he was not allowed too. I didn’t quite catch his name but he was tall, had red hair, freckle’s and boots.

What can I say other than if you want a good burger in Texas, go to whataburger. It’s always good and not a punk size burger, you will get full and be happy that you chose to go there. Sometimes extremely slow service but that’s the price you pay for made to order. I’m always game.

I’ve been here 4 times in the past week and there’s been no redemption. First visit, just walk in service. The lady at the counter had a chip on her shoulder mid day on a Monday, but food was typical and tasted good. Kitchen is doing their job well, which is why giving two stars. Second visit: drive through; I ask the girl if the chicken honey biscuit comes with anything? She replies«It does if you order the meal!» Her tone is rude and she’s acting like I should know this… So I say yeah give me the meal! I get to the window and she asks if we want ketchup. So I say«I’m not sure what my meal comes with, is it tater tots?» Then she looks at her screen and then says«yeah your meal comes with tater tots!» Okayyyy… I’ll take ketchup. Sorry to inconvenience you. Next time in drive through: husband orders cheeseburger plain, meal. I kid you not, the guy went through all the produce«do you want tomatoes, pickles and lettuce on that?»… Um no plain… Then he asks if he wants cheese? Then he orders a cheeseburger plain, kids meal. The guy asks about all the produce and ketchup and then asks if we want the meal? By this time we figure they are spitting in our food so we say no to the meal. Final drive through: husband orders chicken biscuit meal plain, and requests the honey and butter on the side(typically in other parts of Texas they give you a packet of butter and a packet of honey, they don’t slather your sandwich in nasty sugary slime). Anyway they agree and it’s confirmed that the sandwich will be plain… Gets home… Side of slime and the sandwich is covered in slime also! I hate this Whataburger! It’s the absolute worst one I’ve ever visited. Either the staff is under paid or they are just not qualified. I hate to leave such a scathing review but I’ve been 4 times and you failed 100%. If not for Motel 6, you would not exist.

So… at first I thought Whataburger would be Whatajoke. But after actually ordering a double burger with cheese it wasn’t bad at all. It’s a nice sized burger and not expensive. The ingredients seem fresh and the patties write perfectly cooked. The tang of the mustard stands out nicely. Fries are ok. I see why it’s a favorite among the night time crowd. Good sized burger for a decent price.

Went through the drive thru here a few weeks ago to grab lunch for my hard-working man. It was a simple order and I didn’t realize I should have checked it until I got it to him and we saw that the entire order was wrong. The only thing they got right was his drink! I called the store, spoke with Magda, the assistant manager, and told her what was up. She apologized and told me to come back at my convenience and she would make things right. I didn’t have a chance to get back there until at least a week later. Went through the drive thru again and told them what Magda had said. The employee immediately turned over her headset to Magda and the correct order was provided… plus she went one step further and provided MY lunch and two meat patties for our pooch! She went above and beyond and provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. She turned a 0 star review into a 3 star review.

This is one of the worst whataburgers I ever went to. People here don’t seem to have any idea what’s going on or even know how to do simple orders. I think they need to get a check up from the neck up.

I shouldn’t have! I ordered 5 sandwiches and a drink. 2 sandwiches and the drink were wrong! That’ HALF the order wrong!!! I’ve blasted this location in the past. I went because it was late and kids were hungry. I really have to say never again!

It amazes me that with all the fast food places that people rave about this chain. I almost always have my order screwed up and the food is hit or miss. Now if they found a way to be more consistent they could move up in my opinion.

So evidently customer service isnt big here… gave this location one last chanse and it was blown… I’ve called the customer service line already twice… no help. They can never get an order right here. .and when you bring it up to have it fixed… they mouth off with snide remarks… and I’ve even had my bag droped on the floor in front of me and they pick it up and say here. Never again at this location… the one near my home is way better and takes care of you.

Loooooong wait time in drive thru. My kids were crying literally waited for like 10 – 15 minutes. Not busy. I told the girl about the wait she just shrugged it off and sai«oh, my bad.» Like really?! My kids love the chicken strips but that rudeness was just unnecessary.

Bought my meal, the cup she gave me had a dead squished FLY in it! OMG! The floors are super slippery from all the grease in the air, I assume, or they mob the floors with grease. I do NOT recommend this place!

Who doesn’t like a Whataburger now and then… but it’s strange that every location can actually taste different. The food is good at this location, but the customer service is probably the worst I have seen at any whataburger. This was not the first time we dealt with bad customer service at this location, but this last time, was the worst. We walked in to order some food. There were literally 7 to 8 staff in the back, we were waiting(no joke) 4 ½ minutes before someone helped us… they saw us but ignored us. We would say«hello»…but they still didn’t assist us. Then one came out to the fountain drink machine for a few seconds and went directly to the back again… until one of her coworkers told her«hey, there are people waiting in the front» and that one girl told him angrily«You don’t tell me who’s in the front and when I go to the front!». We were about to leave but the only thing keeping us there was that we really wanted a whataburger. We decided to take our food home. As we were leaving, there were at least 10 cars in the drive thru and the drivers didn’t seem happy… looks like they would be waiting for a while. I guess we will definitely drive to another whataburger from now on.
