How can you not like 5 Guys? Burgers to order, fries with an added scoop in the bag. I don’t eat here nearly enough, but when I do, I always really like it. I like that they offer gluten free options, and you can get your burger without a bun, in a tray. Lettuce wrapped burgers are nice, but they tend to be super sloppy and messy. Sometimes a knife and fork is just easier and cleaner. Always pleasant staff. Parking available, but you might have to walk a little if it’s busy. Restaurant is usually pretty clean. Last visit I had to ask to wipe off a 4 top because they were all covered in remnants of someone else’s lunch. All in all, usually a decent stop.

Went there last night and the wait time and cleanliness were horrible. Waited 30 mins for dinner. Several people asked for a refund and walked out. The staff put the close sign up at 7:30 pm. We’ve been there before and service and cleanliness were ok. The kids like the burgers. They are good, but prefer mighty fine.

This is a great burger. Juicy and flavorful as the customer chooses ingredients from bacon to grilled mushrooms. Peanuts are available while you wait, and if you order fries be prepared for a truckload as Five Guys isn’t stingy in the potato department. The burger is also available without buns for those counting carbs.

Better than In N Out and P. Terrys. And their fries are actually good. They give you a lot of them too. There are different types of drink flavoring such as vanilla and cherry to add to your drink at the soda machines. The burger was really good. It wasn’t too greasy, it wasn’t to bland, and the small one is a pretty good size, well for me any. It was very clean inside the restaurant and they have roasted peanuts by the tables if you like those. Overall, a good experience.

Second visit: same issue putting fries with regular burger when I am Gluten Free. 1) need to learn to wrap burgers in lettuce; I have to eat with a knife n fork 2) don’t put mushrooms on bun when order says none 3) burger is so sloppy, the bun was soggy n could not pick it up; had to eat with a knife n fork too 4) have your staff care about what they do and the customers We will return, as the fries are the best; but you need to work on your burgers and customer service…

Came here from 1:20 — 1:45 on a Saturday cause the line at Torchys was too long. First time trying Five Guys. Food was good but nothing great. Grease made my generic bun soggy before I could finish eating. Lady at the front was very nice, greeted us and told us about menu items. But the staff yells orders at each other. I guess that’s their thing but could have been toned down a bit. Place was pretty dirty including the bathroom and can’t remember seeing a lot of cleaning going on. Floors were dirty, not just cause of the peanut shells, I guess that’s also their thing. Not many clean tables to choose from, had to wipe my own table. Left full but won’t be coming back. Moonies is way better.

Was not happy after dropping $ 13.00 and some change. Burger was huge, but all I tasted was ketchup, mustard, and mayo, along with a lot of grease, meat had no flavor at all, and the fries were over cooks and greasy as well. Wish I had gone to Whataburger, could have saved $ 8.00

Five Guys is what hamburgers are supposed to be(hot, juicy, fresh, and made to order). I like mine all decked out. Double patties, bacon, and cheese. I can’t deal with the chains that dish out commercially extruded beef product patties, hold the flavor. FGs has real fresh cut French fries made from real potatoes and deep fried. Crisp, hot, with just a touch of salt where you can taste the potato. These are not the 15 ingredient(mostly chemicals you can’t pronounce) version that McDs shovels out to unsuspecting kids. French fried ‘crack’ for kids. They are also not the ‘Best Fries in Cedar Park’ 5 years in a row which by the way come from Ben E. Keith Foods. This was told to me by one of their cooks when asked where they purchased their fries. Enough about other joints. Five Guys is the real deal. Not sure what is up with the less than favorable reviews. I was in at 230pm on a Sunday and the staff was rockin’ it.

I’m a big fan of 5 Guys, and was thrilled that they opened one closer to my house. Burgers are good, fries are good(not sure what the other reviews are talking about), drinks were fine. The tables were pretty dirty, like rarely wiped down, and the bathroom is a 1 holer. Too small for a busy place, in my opinion, but rent is expensive! It has only recently opened, so I’m betting that the service issues get cleared up pretty soon. I will be back!

I was the only customer at around 9:30pm. Burger took 8 – 9 minutes with no fries. The buerguer was tasty/average but nothing spectacular. Overpriced for what you get. Might give them another chance but not very happy about this visit.

i have to agree with some of the other reviews here — I too am normally a fan of five guys over most other fast food burgers. But my first stop at the CP outpost has my planning on never coming back. The burger was just OK, the bun tasted stale and they put Jalepenos on my cheeseburger when i didn’t ask for them. I told my wife as we were wrapping up — I would head back to mighty fine at these prices or spend half as much at In-n-Out and still have better food. I hope that they get the kinks worked out.

Normally I love Five Guys, but today I was disappointed. The staff on shift was more concerned with each other than they were with customers. The bad customer service might also explain nearly-empty restaurant. Now for the food. While the burgers were good as they always are at Five Guys, the fries and drinks were horrendous. The fries were some of the worst I’ve ever had. They were hot, yet they seemed undercooked. The Coke Machine on the right also seemed off. When I originally got a drink, I chose a coke, but after I took a sip I realized something was wrong. The taste was off and my mother and brother were able to confirm that the strange taste wasn’t just in my head. While newer coke machines often have flavor mixups,(for example coke is actually linked up to Dr. Pepper syrup) this soda tasted dirty, as if the machine wasn’t properly cleaned. The bathroom at this location was also bad from the broken sink that only spurts extremely hot water to the paper towel dispenser that only works if you tap on it. Overall I was disappointed with this location, and I hope it can shape up soon. Also there were flies everywhere. This is Five Guys, not Rudy’s.
