Fairfax Station, VA
This location is a typical Starbucks. The service and products appear to be up to the usual standards of Starbucks. This location is among the smaller sites. The seating is somewhat limited, and the immediate parking is limited and slightly awkward. There is ample parking in the shopping center but not as convenient as the Starbucks parking area. The hours generally match those of the nearby stores; the store is not open late.

The best Starbucks in the area! The staff is the best around. You can always expect friendly and fast service. There is a lot of indoor and outdoor seating to go around. No complaints whatsoever!

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for long time and feel a bit attached. The cashiers and baristas have changed but this place still feels like home. If they mess up your drink, they will remake it. They treat their regulars well. There are a few young guys in there who are super nice, laid back and always joking around. They are always being goofy and lightening the mood. This definitely makes people feel welcome and wanting to come back. I love it! This place is by far my favorite Starbucks!

Normal Starbucks with a normal experience. No complaints, and nothing too special here either. Parking can be a little tricky since the lot directly around the Starbucks and Gamestop is quite small, but there is plenty of additional parking up and down the entire strip mall — I think that Pumpkin Spice Latte always tastes better when you’ve earned it anyway, hahahaha.
The staff here is perfectly friendly, though not particularly fast, so hopefully this isn’t your destination if you’re in a big rush. Starbucks is as Starbucks does, in my opinion. Carry on!

Rude, slow and apathetic service. Four people working and no one cared to help the customers. One guy actually scowled and looked angry every time he called out a drink. Place was messy too. Baristas more interested in each other than doing much else. Well below what I’d expect from a Starbucks.

Management need to think about investing some money in trainings on manners. The staff is obnoxious, speaks so loud, and I constantly hear their conversations about how they get drunk. Very unprofessional and disappointing. The only reason I have them two stars is because they have coaches and are close to my house.

I don’t expect much from a Starbucks, but what I didn’t take into account is that it’s a Starbucks… in Virginia. Though I’m pretty sure they can make good Sweat Tea. I’ve lived in VA for 2 years so I remembered to ask for HOT tea when I ordered tea, so that I don’t get an iced tea. I forgot how difficult it is to get a decent cup of coffee in VA and I guess I got used to all SBUXs being alike in CA so I assumed my latte would be OKayish at least.
It wasn’t.
There was no foam and the milk was steaming hot. How difficult is it for a national coffee shop chain to train their employees on making coffee?
Nice seating area and convenient location — one star for that.
