Chipotle Mexican Grill

You can count on this Chipotle to be extremely stingy on the amount of food they serve you. And when you ask for more, expect them to send attitude your way. The lines are always long and move very slow. Tip, the Chicken is not tasty.

By far the BEST Chipotle I have been to. I reguarly frequent the two in Woodbridge, but I stop here on Friday’s around 4:45pm and I’m checked out by 4:55pm, back on the road by 5:00pm. They aren’t stingy either with the meat which is why I gave them 5 stars. Maybe it’s the time I go, but either way they’re great at this location.

Why do i bother ordering on line, they NEVER have it ready on time. This is the pnly location that does not consider the customer. Just AWFUL! !!!

This Chipotle always has a long line no matter what time of day. The day I finally decided to wait in line and check out this particular Chipotle.
I became even more annoyed, because on top of waiting forever in line. Upon checking out they inform me they are out of salad dressing. Now Everytime I pass by this location all I think of is waiting forever to be ultimately unsatisfied.
When I’m in mood for Chipotle I go to Lee highway or the Fairfax Corner location.

Because of the long lines, I mostly order online at this location. Last 3 times I ordered, I had to wait for at least 5 other people who were in regular line. And then I made the cashier aware that I have a paid online order. The cashiers in this location are so rude that they won’t even respond to you. And if they do, they say they don’t handle the online orders. i had to wait 10 mins just to pick up the food I ordeted online. Can someone train these employees please? This place needs serious Customer service and job training. I know it gets busy there but that should not be the issue. If your employee resources cannot handle the business process, why offer online order?

This particular chipolte is sub par. I have been here two times when the drink machine was broken and they still sold me a drink. Several more when they were out of ice. Almost everytime they have a totally disgusting drink bar with trash in where the lemons should be. The lines are always crazy

Do yourself a favor and go to any of the other chipotles in the area. Every chipotle I’ve been to has a long line at meal rushes, but this was The. Slowest. Moving. Line. Ever. If I’d gone for lunch, it would have practically been dinner time before I got to the front. Then came the fun…
I asked for my rice on the side instead of in the bowl. I can’t possibly be the only person who’s ever done this, but she certainly acted like I asked for a cheeseburger instead of a burrito.
Then, no matter what I asked for, she used less than a third of the spoon they use. I had to keep asking for a little more… They don’t charge me less for half a bowl, so I want more than half a bowl of food. She got visibly upset when I asked for more than a thimble of pico, and barked at me that they have portion controls in place. I told her I understand that but I don’t find it unreasonable to expect my serving sizes to be on par with other chipotles. She rolled her eyes, and dumped the equivalent of 2 spoons full of pico. Not wanting to start the entire process over, I moved on. My pico burrito bowl is decent, with the occasional (rare) piece of steak for good measure.
In the time it’ll take you to get to the front of the line here, you can drive to a different chipotle, get a normal serving of food, without the side of attitude for wanting more than 3 bites of food.

First, I absolutely LOVE Chipotle. And this location is the closet Chipotle to my house. But I choose to drive to ²⁹⁄₅₀ at least once a week for my regular fix. Why?
Literally THE SLOWEST Chipotle I have ever been in. Always people standing around behind the bar and 2 – 3 people clustered around the register but never quickly checking out.
When the person who takes your initial order is running the line all the way to the salsa you know you’ve got problems. Lines always out the door, always messy tables, and staff actually SITTING at tables eating while customers wait for a place to sit.
Horrible service. Don’t bother and go up the road.

I hate giving out a 3 star… I honestly do… But this place can’t seem to get it together when it comes down to timely service…
So this place is clean… And the customer service is pretty good… And chipotle is chipotle and it’s always awesome…
But dear sweet baby Jesus… Why does it take 30 minutes to throw some stuff in a bowl or get a wrap?!
This place fails miserable at timely service… If they can figure that out they’d honestly get a 5 star…
Just make sure you’re not in a rush when you come here…

Usually wouldn’t review chain fast food restaurants. but this place was enough to warrant a review.
taste of the food is same as any other Chipotle.
long line all the way to the door, then when I get towards the front, I notice 3 people around 1 cash register. Seemed like they were training the one at the actual register. This caused a traffic jam at the front, which explained the long line.
could tell the staff putting together the food were overwhelmed, as they were rushing through my order. Before I could even ask for sour cream and guacamole, or other items, the lady quickly put the lid on top of my bowl.
portions are TINY, along with traffic reminiscent of I-​66 going westbound after a workday, will probably never come back to this particular location.

New staff sucks ass!!! Need to acknowledge customers in front of them !!! Portions are getting smaller and prices are going up.

The food at this location is decent although always a little cooler than I’d like but the slow service is a deal breaker for me. After placing an online order with a wait time of 50 minutes. I show up at my designated pick up time and they haven’t begun making my order. They wait to print so order until I show up to pick it up which is after I have already waited several minutes to tell the cashier I placed an online order. Even with the line almost out the door the staff moves at a glacial pace including distractions from that same cashier.
The food is good but not really worth waiting an hour for from a «quick serve» restaurant. Dislocation benefits from a lack of competition but would need to severely step up the service level if they ever got any.

I mean, it’s Chipotle, so I feel there’s really not much that needs to be said. Chipotle’s the best!
My go-​to: burrito bowl with white rice, pinto beans, steak, corn, pico, hot salsa, sour cream, and lettuce. Happiness and smiles to follow.
During primo hours, the line does back up all the way to the door, but like most Chipotle locations they can handle it pretty well. This location has rarely ever done me wrong, except one night where they were obviously training new people so it took like 2 834 829 384 hours to get my burrito bowl fix, but normally it’s pretty smooth. They’re not stingy with the portions either, which I can most definitely appreciate.
Pretty sure I’m having Chipotle for lunch tomorrow now.

I’ve been to this location 50+ times and they work hard, good customer service. A couple times I’ve had my chips and guac forgotten to be added to my to go bad and they reimburse me with chips and guac the next time I go and tell them what happened. Some of my best chipotle meals come out of this location and I’m always satisfied. The guacamole is great here some locations add too much onion. Anyway, great chipotle and the line moves fast. 5*

I know what Chipotle tastes like. You know what Chipotle tastes like. I’m not going to review the food here in this review. You either like Chipotle or you don’t. (And really, why wouldn’t you like Chipotle?) Instead, I’m going to focus on the speed at which the staff put together your meal.
I’ve been to a bunch of different Chipotles over the years and this Burke location is in the bottom half of when it comes to making your meal. If you’ve been to a Chipotle in a college town or a big city you’ll notice the difference almost instantly.
The lines aren’t long here because this location is super popular. The lines are long because the service is slow.
Other than that, there’s nothing wrong with the Burke Chipotle. I’ve been here many times and will be back, I’m sure, for many other visits in the future.

I love Chipotle and for years I have tried to like this one too but the service is horrible! First off once its your turn to order, whoever is taking your order ALWAYS gives you an attitude for no reason. its not my fault the workers dont like their job. Second, they ALWAYS under-​serve with the meat. they are so stingy about how much meat you get. this Chipotle NEEDS A WHOLE NEW STAFF. EVERYONE needs to be retrained.
I love chipotle but this Chipotle in Burke is AWFUL.

Catering experience: I decided to cater from this location for my husband’s birthday party. Worst decision EVER! I sent them my order 3 days before even though they only require 24 hours notice. On the pick up date, they gave me the wrong order. Then when they realized it was the wrong order, they could not find my order! When they finally found my order, the order was not filled and they had to take extra 30minutes to do it in the spot at a busy lunch time hour! They apologized and gave me 2 cards for free chips and guacamole. Anyway, I got to the party an hour late and find our starving guests waiting for me. This whole thing happens is August 2014. Here comes the punch line: later on, when I look at those free chips and guacamole cards, I realized that it had already expired in JUNE 2014! Very funny, Burke chipotle! I will never cater from them ever again.
It gets two star despite my awful catering experience there because besides catering, my normal day to day visit there for a single order has been good.

Slowest Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Case in point… went today at 2 PM, 5 people in front of me and it took 25 minutes to get through to pay. Now you know why there’s always a line!

Can’t come here without seeing Robinson students… which isn’t always a good thing. Lot’s of students that try to be thugs hang around the shopping center and around the store
The line does move pretty quickly though.
The girl that works here named Trang is the only five star thing about this place. She always asks you how your day’s going, listens to your order, has a smile on her face, and provides great customer service.

I live in Fairfax, but I drive to Burke just for this Chipotle– Staffs are great, store is clean, and the lines move quickly.
The staffs are friendly and very quick with taking orders. I notice how their condiments are well stocked and cleaned often.
The line can be long in the afternoon, especially on weekends, but then you can expect fresh ingredients from that ! Even if the line reach out to the door, your turn shouldn’t take more than 15min (Unless they get a lot of online orders. Which could cause a lot of delays…)
