Very friendly staff and drinks are always consistent. I don’t have to worry about my drink missing something, they always get it right the first time. They greet you when you enter and they are always smiling. Customer service like this makes my day.

I love this Starbucks most of the time! The staff is friendly and the drinks are mostly consistent unless they get a trainee or a newer barista. Ihave been going in every morning for over a year now and my drinks have for the most part been consistent! Chang is great he know my drink and has it down! Staff in general is very friendly and now that they have mobile order it makes it so much faster to order and pick up :)

Dunkin has better coffee than starbucks. Starbucks is not quality. The only thing quality at starbucks is the whole milk they get at the giant next door and turn it into steam milk when they make lattes and charge 6 bucks. The coffee is disgusting you can try there fast coffee that tells u what the quality is. This is so legal.

There has yet to be a time that I’ve gone to this location where something has not been wrong or forgotten. This morning was extra bad. Apparently they were short staffed, which everyone knew because the older, lady barista had no problem quite rudely stating that someone had called out and no one would be getting breaks. She took my order gruffly, no smile, very short. The barista was much friendlier and I received my soy chai but continued to wait for my toasted bagel w/​cream cheese. I watched probably 10 people get their orders before I kindly asked where my bagel was. The older woman yelled «it’s coming!» 3 more people received theirs while I waited. Although this is the closest, I’ll drive a few extra minutes to avoid this service. I gave it several chances, never again.

The young lady suggested we try the triple Carmel crunch and it was amazing I’m 100% sure I did not get the name right sorry! The service was great the guy that made our drink was talkative and funny he said he makes the best drinks and he was right !!

This Starbucks is not as hospitable as other ones I’ve visited. They’re not horrible but they’re not crazy nice. I haven’t had any problems with my drinks. They do a pretty good job. Maybe I’ve gotten spoiled from my experiences at other super-​friendly stores. My expectations have gotten too high!

Probably the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I ordered a Carmel macchiato with no whip cream. The cashier said oh that drink doesn’t have whip cream. I said ok thanks and waited for my drink. There were whip cream when I got it. I told the guy who made it and he gave me the meanest attitude while he spooned out the whip cream that wasn’t supposed to be there in the first place! He was soooo rude I will never come back to this Starbucks again.

It’s a Starbucks that uses the Starbucks formula for success. The coffee is good and hot and they offer both bold, blonde and specialty blends as well as lattes and espresso based drinks. The lines move quickly and efficiently.

i hate starbucks. but hey i cant drink 7 – 11 coffee all the time. the place is ok small i can never find a chair to sit in. the peppermint mocha is really good. the staff are nice

I’ve been too many times to count.
This location is small, with friendly baristas… however, both times I’ve used the restroom it was disgusting. If they can’t keep the restroom clean it does makes me question the overall cleanliness of the place. Sorry… it does.

Starbucks was the spot for Blackout-​Armageddon! On the Saturday after the storm (6÷30÷12) it was packed with a consistent line of people ordering their cup of java, recharging their gadgets, and enjoying the cold AC as Starbucks was uneffected by the outage.
The baristas were friendly despite the consistent barrage of customers. There was definitely plenty of coffee and electricity to be shared by all.

I rarely go here but visit the other Starbucks up further on Burke Centre Parkway. When I do purchase my coffee here, I always feel a little put off by the attitudes. Some customers are treated well but since I am not a regular I am treated badly. Even when I am buy products not just coffee.

Visited the same day as Renee did in the review on 1/​15, funny she is right some people get treated better than others here. The regulars get immediate greetings by name and the question of the «the usual?». Irregular visitors do not get the same treatment, sadly the fact they remember so many drinks and names is amazing but not good enough for the first time visitor. Even with the line to the door on a Saturday we are in and out the door within 7 – 10 minutes when the line is 20 people deep. Hopefully others do not go here, this is our neighborhood Starbucks. Ok just kidding these guys and gals have taken care of me for years and I am just a little selfish about the extra attention we get when we go there. Best «Sbuxs» in the area.

Nice, small, friendly, quiet Starbucks. From the reviews here it has certainly impressed some customers. I’ll come back again but my only downside is the lack of outdoor seating which means I can’t come in with my boy Tango. What’s the use of a coffee house where you’re cooped up inside and Fido has to stay at home?

Best Starbucks on Burke Center (which has FOUR… crazy, I know). The coffee is always fresh, hot, and they are very consistent in regards to their mixed drinks. The baristas know just bout everyone’s names and coffee preferences. I love «my» local Starbucks 100%…

I have mixed feelings about all Starbucks in general — think it’s overpriced, bad coffee and overpriced, highly caloric frothy concoctions that con my twenty-​something co-​workers every day out of their salary. But my kids love it and sometimes to reward them I’ll let them con me into getting them a frappucino here. So three stars from me is about as good as Starbucks will get.
This particular Starbucks is the good one in Burke. Stay way far away from the bad one two miles west near the Safeway and Kohls. The staff here is much friendlier and teens hanging out are far less obnoxious. The whole restaurant is much cleaner.
