I really hate to even give this nasty nail salon a star but I guess I have no choice. This place is by the the WORST nail salon I’ve EVER been to and I’m not over exaggerating. I WASCUTTWICE, ONCEONMYMIDDLEFINGERANDONCEONMYPINKY! This hasn’t ever happened to me before. The customer service was beyond terrible. And the man who did my nails was incredibly inexperienced. I went in for a refil and already my nails need another refil. I just got them done 4 days ago. I hope this place gets shut down. This is by far the worst nail experience I’ve had in my life. I’ve had my nails done at a ton of places, so if it’s good or bad enough for me to write a Unilocal review about you can bet it was a memorable experience. When I walked in, the place was tiny, old and deteriorating. Most nail salons are, so I can forgive that. Then I went to pick out colors and the selection was awful. I found two that I liked but I definitely wasn’t impressed by the variety. Then I sat down and the tech wrapped up my nails to soak off the shellac. I almost got to a point where I could relax, and then she started scraping off the old shellac polish from my nails with her OWNFINGERNAILS. Not with a tool. It was pretty painful, and I was so disgusted by this that I almost didn’t notice that the other tech who was doing my pedicure was going to town with tools that had not come from autoclave packages nor looked like they’d even been sanitized since the last customer. I silently prayed that the tools weren’t contaminated with Hepatitis C, flesh-eating bacteria, etc. and started to wonder if I should just get up and walk out mid-mani/pedi. Given that I’m here from out of town and didn’t know where else to go(the Unilocal photo reviews for neighboring salons were«interesting» to say the least), I decided to stay and just use self-distraction techniques to visualize myself being somewhere else. I’m not really sure why, but at the end I asked if I could get a 10-minute facial and they pointed to a tech who was doing another customer’s pedicure and said I would have to wait until she was finished because she was the only one who knew how. No thanks, I don’t really want someone who is rubbing some lady’s feet with their bare hands to come rub my face afterwards. Tab was $ 47 for a regular pedicure and shellac manicure. This sounds great at first, but I definitely got what I payed for. 24-hours later there is still stray polish on my fingers and toes, my cuticles look horrendous and the shellac is bubbling up and peeling off. I’ll attach a photo so you can see. I’m not sure where else to go in this area, but don’t bring your business here.

Very nice people, professional and a great pedicure. The best pedicure massage I’ve ever had!

Seriously the nicest family ever. Took my wife in for her birthday and they have her a one hour pedicure with a great massage for a very reasonable price. They were very sweet and stayed open past closing to finish her up. Go try them out!
