I am in LOVE with this place. The ladies who work the front desk are as professional and as sweet as they come. They always remember me when I walk in. The clothes they carry in their boutique are amazing as well. I can’t ever get out of there without buying a new shirt or dress. Lastly, my stylist Jose is so talented. I just adore him and am always in love with my hair when I leave. I would recommend this place to everyone.

I thought I had a good client relationship with my stylist JOSE who is a young guy starting out and who had not done such a good job with my coloring last time but I was willing to try again. I did call the Salon when that happened and Jose never returned my call. I could not believe that JOSE decided that I had skipped (once) my appointment that I could not book any more appointments. The other appointment he was too sick that the Salon cancelled. There are too many stylists in town that want to grow their business and want to work! I thought Bellezza would take care of their clients. I did not get a reminder call on Saturday for a Tuesday appointment. They are close on Monday. They should have text reminders like most modern salons!

Today was my first time to Bellazza and I’m so glad I went. The place is awesome, décor, the stylists, the receptionist. There isn’t one thing I didn’t love about today. Brandi was my stylist/​colorist and she knocked it of the park. She’s friendly, fun to talk with and talented as all get out! I love my new ‘do’!!! I’ve already booked my follow-​up.

Stephanie did my lashes today and I couldn’t be happier! They look and feel amazing. besides having a great personality, she was also very professional. I’ve had lashes for over 2 years so I have a lot of compare her with!
They have great affordable prices as well! double the bonus…

I love this place! I’ve been going to Bellezza Salon and Boutique for about 2 years for my hair with Maribel. I tried the place with a Groupon when I needed a change, and have never left! Maribel is very good with cuts and color and is very sweet. She always does a great job.
I recently decided to try lash extensions and used Stephanie right there at Bellezza. She did a great job putting them on and I go back about every two weeks for fills. It’s a great deal and I only had to commit to 3 months. I’m sure I’ll continue way beyond then.

I went to Sarwat because she had such good reviews on here. She was very friendly and professional. She told me I have a week to try my hair various ways and if I’m not happy, she would make some adjustments, free of charge. She’s quick and precise, which is a great combination when you have thick hair!

I’ve been having Lindsay manage my locks for about 10 years now. I use to work across the street from her salon which made appointments very convenient. I now work & reside about 50 minutes away from the salon. Even with the drive I would not go anywhere else. Salon Bellezza has always been more than helpful with my scheduling requirements. The team is amazing, friendly, & provides a level of concierge service like no other. I can honestly say that in the 10 years I’ve been using Lindsay for my hair & since she has opened Bellezza Salon that I have never had a unsatisfying experience.

I drive an hour to see perfection! Grace Munroe! Also, the customer service is amazing! You are always greeted with personal care.

Love the ambiance of the salon. I had an appt with Holly for color and cut, she did a great job. I’ll def be back.

Lynette from Belleza is AMAZING! A true artist in not only cut but color! I highly recommend her. 5 stars for Lynette!

Hair stylist Holly is wonderful. On my very first appointment with her I asked for a specific color and cut and she exceeded my expectations. I’ve gotten so many compliment on the color which is purple, like a deep eggplant. I also wear my hair very short, which can be challenging to find a stylist that will cut it short and still give it that feminine style. It was the best cut I’ve had since cutting my long hair to short short. So best color and best cut. Very very happy. She is also very kind, which is nice if your are going to spend a couple hours with someone.
Ebony did my eye brows. My brows were way past a normal waxing, they needed an overhaul :-) Ebony reshaped them rather beautifully. I also burn very easily, and in the past with other waxes, have come to expect very angry red eyebrow area for a few hours after the waxing, Ebony was able to whip my eyebrows into a most flattering shape for my face and no angry red skin :-). Love this place.
Will try the pedicures next.

LOVE Amanda, she is great. I don’t let anyone else touch my color. She has been with me through blonde and brunette! She is so adorable and fun to talk to as well :)

My stylist, Ashley, moved to Bellezza Salong almost 2 years ago and I have been going there ever since! (becuase she is personally wonderful and I would go anywhere for her!) The atmosphere is amazing and the people who work there truly love what they do. The people in the salon remember you and make your experience very welcoming. It is a great place to have hair, makeup or lashes done! I have not personally had a massage there, but have enjoyed all of my other sessions!
The boutique is adorable and the clothes are really stylish and reasonably priced. It is a great place to pick up a fun top or a gift for a friend!

You can’t go wrong with Belleza Salon & Boutique — it is always a great experience — from the attentive and helpful staff, to the cute boutique clothes & gifts (at great prices!), to the full range of services offered, and the always great haircut! I have been going to Lindsay, the owner of the Salon since they day they opened and it has been fun to see the salon evolve and grow into the destination it has become.
Anytime I call with an appointment change or question, the receptionist is very helpful & polite. Whenever I arrive at the salon, I am greeted with a smile and hello and offered a drink (and it is nice to have a glass of wine for the evening appointments!). The appointments always run on schedule, so I usually try to arrive early to browse the cute boutique before my appointment. They have fun tops, shoes, handbags, jewelry, gifts & more! The prices are fair and are often a great deal! They also have several great lines of hair products.
Lindsay has been cutting my hair for years and always takes time to do the best job possible. She remembers my hair, what works, what doesn’t and is always coming up with ideas to update things. I have several friends that also get their hair down at Belleza Salon by other stylists and they are all happy too! And to top it off, the décor of the entire salon is just cute as can be!

I had a hard time deciding whether or not to tell the whole story of my epic visit to Belleza. After much deliberation, I figured that since the staff at Belleza handled the whole thing so well, I may as well share the story with you fine people.
So I bought the Groupon for a 60 minute Swedish massage and the Yonka facial, which was a great value at $ 60 (regularly around $ 150 for both services). Scheduling was a breeze, and the front desk staff was helpful and accommodating.
When I arrived for my massage, the receptionist asked if I would like a beverage, and I browsed the cute accessories they had for sale while I waited briefly. My masseuse, Melanie, led me back to a cozy little room and gave me a lovely massage. Nothing crazy so far. Wait for it.
I was super relaxed after the massage, so when the aesthetician (name purposely excluded) led me back to the facial room, I was ready to curl up and take a nap. Instead, I was in for a rude awakening.
As I sat back onto the facial chair, I was suddenly *launched* backwards, feet over head, into a cabinet and finally landed, half-​naked and thoroughly confused, on the floor. Various little jars and samples of face cream clattered around me onto the floor, and the entire staff came running to find me and my boobs groping around in the semi-​darkness for my shirt. «I’m okay! I’m fine!» I said as several shocked looking fashionistas tried to help me find my shirt while avoiding boob/​eye contact. Finally, I found my shirt and helped pick up a little. The owner and the aesthetician were *horrified* and I assured them that a) I was not even a little litigious and b) I was absolutely not injured in any way.
A few minutes later (after, I’m sure, checking their insurance for ‘psychotic chair’ coverage), super-​sweet Lindsey, the owner, came back and loaded me up with freebies and comped my services for the day. My aesthetician also added a ton of services to my facial, and assured my they were having a bonfire with the chair that evening.
Despite the chair weirdness, I really like Salon Bellezza. They reacted in stellar fashion to the weirdest issue I’ve ever encountered in a salon, so big props to them.

I got tempted here by an amazing deal on Groupon, but the experience was only mediocre despite being a great deal.
The massage was relaxing enough, but not particularly deep or beneficial longer than the session, and the hair stylist was something else. I left – after an extremely long appointment; she was meticulous – with a «tail»! I had one little strand an inch or two longer than the rest (that my regular stylist later made fun of me for weeks later!) and generic highlights that were totally fine but just sort of blah. I guess I am really lucky that the tail was the extent of it!
The stylist told me again and again about her expertise and experience teaching hair school at Tony & Guy, talking herself up to the extent it was awkward. That should have been a clue – the worst, emotionally scarring hair experience of my life was at a Dallas Tony & Guy in high school.
But the most awkward part was that the stylist and masseuse (who seemed to have stayed late) were pacing while I was filling out my credit card slip. I felt really weird, and absolutely unable to do math with three sets of eyes on me and my pen as I tried to calculate what to tip each staff member, while the stylist talked about the tip and made me feel more awkward.
The upside is that the boutique is really adorable and had lots of cute things for gifts and clothing and the prices weren’t crazy at all. I’d totally recommend it just for the boutique.
If you live all the way out there and need a simple do and don’t mind awkwardness, it just might do.

OK ladies and gentlemen… it’s happened! I have been in Austin for 2 years and it’s taken me that long to find that hair stylist that I know I’ll be going back to.
I ended up here because of a Groupon that I purchased that included a 30 minute massage, haircut, color, and $ 50 to spend in their boutique.
Massage: My massage was set up with Patrick Kelly who did an outstanding job. 30 minutes goes fast when you’re getting a massage, but he made sure to ask me if I preferred a light, medium, or deep massage (no one every asks me this and most people don’t do it near as hard as I’d like). So I told him deep… and deep it was! There were points where I was like «shit, he’s going to push right through my body» and it hurt, but the good kind of hurt… so I never told him to go easy on me. I think that might be one of the most intense massages I’ve ever gotten. He did a great job and was very professional and sweet!
Hair!: I was with Cari Reynolds for my cut and color. I walked in and she’s the cutest thing ever. I think I was about 6 inches taller than her if not more, but she’s got the personality to make up for that! We got to talking right away and there wasn’t one moment where she paused like she didn’t know what I meant when I explained what I wanted. No confused looks. Mind you I have a crap-​ton of hair… and it’s curly… and this is the longest it’s ever been. This did not deter Cari! She got right to work with my highlights that turned out wonderfully! She toned them to a great honey tone that blends perfectly with my reddish/​brown hair color. I love them!
Then was the cut… she just went to work! Like I said, I have a lot of hair and there have been multiple times where a cut would take 3 hours, but I was just getting a trip/​shape since I was growing out a bob. Cari even said at one point «you’re growing out a bob aren’t you?» It makes me feel good when a stylist knows what they’re talking about just by looking at your hair. There are some seriously clueless people out there cutting hair, but Cari is not one of them! I love my haircut… just the right amount off around the edges to make it lay perfectly. It looks much healthier than it did when I walked in!
Boutique: Cutest jewelry, clothes, candles, etc… I could have gone crazy in here. I restrained myself only because I needed to get shampoo and conditioner and that shit is not cheap. I did get a necklace and a bracelet that I LOVE for the $ 50 I needed to spend in the boutique (shampoo/​conditioner didn’t count toward that stuff, understandably).
This place is amazing. I think it’s Christie that works at the front desk… and she was precious sweet… even before I got there trying to give me directions! At one point she came into the room while I was getting my hair done and asked if I needed anything to drink. This is a great place with a lot of wonderful people working here. I will recommend them to everyone!
