I needed help with my account, I was paying over $ 250 per month and I really need it to come down. The young lady that helped me looked into my account and we realized that I was paying more than I should have. If I pay a monthly amount of $ 15 all my calls to my daughter in the UK are then free. What a difference that will make to my life. Meanwhile I cannot thank the staff enough without exception they are well mannered, considerate and helpful I am always pleased when I call into the store here in AmCan. I had some issues with my data on my phone and i came in here on a Saturday afternoon. There was 2 male employees there at the time, 1 was ringing up some customers at the register and the lone male employee sitting at the desk was who i had inquired on to attempt to resolve my issue… Attempt is the adjective i would use because it was an absolute waste of time. The employee looked like he didnt care(possibly because it was not going to be a sale and therefore, no commisson) and i was wasting his time being there. They seem to forget that even though i didn’t make a phone purchase or purchase a new plan, i once did. That was how i became a customer of theirs. Don’t forget that.
