Round Table Pizza

Great customer service at this round table me and my friend came in to order a pizza before we stopped at Walmart we ordered the pizza they kept it warm for us ever remembered my name when I walked in. Larabelle really hooked it up had to thank her for hooking it up!

Long story short two of the employees were rude and forgot part of my order, plus they somehow put sausage on a veggie pizza :-(horrible experience.

Management needs to look at the customer service being provided. The 2 girls working the register needs to pay a bit more attention to customers and stop chit chatting with each other. Walked in through the door and 2 young cashiers were talking, they see me standing there and they don’t bother to stop and say hello. The conversation goes on for about a minute or two, they look at me and continue. Once they finished, one finally asked how I could be helped. Not a good first impression, they could have easily continued their conversation when no customers were around. They’re not pleasant to speak with, they weren’t helpful and they’re a bit arrogant for working in customer service. One wore glasses and they other long hair with highlights.

Ordered a pizza last night they said 60minutes for it to arrive around an hour and 20 minutes I called they said driver already had it give him another 5minutes 40minutes later he shows up pizza stiff cold part of me really wanted to go take it back

The pizza is pretty much delicious but you can forget about getting deliveries anywhere close to on time.
We have called several hours ahead and requested specific times 2 – 3 hours ahead. Pizzas show up 40 min later. Order pizzas with a request or quoted delivery time to show up 45 – 60 min later, well, 30 – 45 min after the quoted time later and several calls later the pizza shows up. Ugggg.

Andrew took my order over the phone. He was very polite and got my order correct on the first try. My order was ready within 5 minutes of when they said it would be. Everyone there seemed friendly and helpful. The pizza was better than the RTP where I’m from.

Very respectable employee Andrew quickly took my order and expressed exceptional customer service. Order two items to go and had a beer while I waited. Looking to come back soon.

The staff needs some training on handling customers. I like the pizza, just not the service given to me. Wasn’t greeted initially as the ladies at register were gossiping and one of the ladies didn’t want to help me and told the other worker to do so, (with a rude hand gesture) I get it, it’s just pizza, but a thank you and smile will make a difference.

A pizza house is a pizza house. You get in and out.
I am surprised with all the complaints of other patrons, they probably have the best pizza in town, nice location right next to walmart and a frozen yogurt. Grocery, pizza then dessert right? ;)
We’ve been here a couple of times, we even tried ordering over the phone and showed up 20 minutes later, payed and off we go.
Service is efficient, they got our order right. I’ll be back for sure!

Bad service, not recommending anyone here! I went with my cousin about a month ago I say and soon as where in there to order the guy didn’t seem like he wanted to be there with the attitude he had, so anyways we order the garlic chicken pizza with white sauce, it took extremely long, then we wanted to buy a two liter soda he said no, then there was a hair on my pizza so when I went up to show him he said «oh no the cook said its a mushroom, or an onion» mind you we all know what hair looks like so I was upset he didn’t ask if there was anything he could do to help or better my situation or any thing so I asked for the manager he said no, and that he didn’t have her number so it was horrible horrible service do not go there, unless you want to be unsatisfied

This establishment needs a damn manager or supervisor at ALL times. Kids should not be running this place. You can’t even talk to a manager to complain how bad the service is over here. You don’t ask for someone’s card # call them 10 minutes after and say they don’t deliver because they have their friends over Wally gagging in the background instead of working. And, it’s funny how they said they’ve never delivered here before when they’re like 5 minutes away. The owner needs to fire all these incompetent workers who aren’t even doing their job or just close down their damn business! Don’t buy here & just don’t waste your time on the idiots that work here.

This place is starting to get real bad. The bathroom is gross looks like it has never been cleaned, the table we sat at had one light above it and it wouldn’t stay on. The salad bar tasted bad the dressing I think was bad. The pizza tasted like every round table pizza, it’s ok.

Their pizza is consistent. Always good. Always fresh and hot. The downside here is just the time of delivery. It’s always a long wait.

Ordered ahead of time. Still waiting. What’s that tell you? The whole point of waiting? Guess it’s for nothing. Late already. When will we learn?

I would give 5 stars when they start delivering to the HiddenBrooke Community! We are less that 10 minutes away and they refuse to deliver!
EXCEPTIONAL STAFF!!! I have NEVER had an issue with any of my orders! AT ALL! They are great. especially the twin? girls… They are always pleasant and inviting!

My family WAS a regular at this location at least once a month. We either ate there or ordered for take out. However, my experience on 4.29.15 will keep us from eating there and recommending anyone eating there for a very long time, if ever again. The food has always been fairly good. Maybe a little over priced, but still decent. The wait time — if you’re not having pizza delivered — is reasonable. On this particular evening, we ordered 3 pizzas for pick up which was pretty uneventful. BUT as I was eating a slice of chicken garlic gourmet at home, I bit something that was a little more than crunchy. As I spit it out, I was expecting to see an overcooked/​burned piece of crust. What I found was completely unexpected and shocking. It was a 1″ bolt that was covered in cheese, because it had been baked into the pizza. (See pictures #1 & 2). I immediately started examining the rest of the pizza and noticed a black screw right on top. At first sight it could have been mistaken for a piece of cooked onion. But this definitely was not food. (See picture #3) I took pictures of it all, including the receipt (Picture #4) and went straight back to the store with pizza in hand. The manager was polite, but said she didn’t know what to say because she had to investigate what happened. She did bake me another pizza and refund me for the difference. Needless to say, even with a new pizza, I was at a complete loss of appetite. While I was at the location, my wife had called corporate to let them know about the experience. She gave them my contact info and they said they would call and/​or email me within a few days to follow up since I was the one actually who bit into the bolt. That was a little over 2 weeks ago. The only reason why I waited to post my review was because I wanted to hear from corporate first and post their response. Unfortunately, I have not heard anything, so this is my review. My main concern is that we have 3 small children at home, and what would’ve happened if one of them had gotten that piece of metal in their pizza. I can imagine broken teeth, cut mouths and gums. Worse yet, choking or death. Thankfully, I didn’t chip a tooth or have any damamge to myself other than a sore tooth for the night. At the least, I can say — check your pizza before eating there or don’t eat there at all.

I admit I do love eating their pizza. The down fall is their delivery service. when I ask for anchovies on the side, the delivery guy would forget to bring them. he would apologies and he would be back with my anchovies after he finish delivery. What’s the point by the time he would be back, I would half way done with my pizza or if I do wait for him. My pizza would be cold by then.
I always have to remind them more than once when I am making my order, is to not to forget my anchovies.

Standard RTP lacking an all you can eat lunch buffet. But overall, nice. This review covers both delivery and eating in.

I’ve interacted with a couple of the staff and they seem friendly enough. Nothing over the top, but definitely don’t feel uncomfortable eating there. But also I don’t look forward to coming here because of the stuff.

I always get pepperoni & mushroom and Hawaiian pizzas. They always taste great with lots of flavor. but the reason we get RTP is for the GARLIC PARMESAN TWISTS. Those are the best tasting breadsticks I’ve ever had. If ANYONE knows of better breadsticks, LET ME KNOW!

ALL YOU CAN EAT LUNCH! I’m so sad that my local RTP does not have the all you can eat lunch buffet. I’m sure we can all agree that’s the way all pizza places are headed for lunch!

Cleaner than most, just as friendly as others, and just as delicious as other RTP! But if I had my choice of local pizza– ITS NAPOLIS all the way.

The few times I’ve been here the service has been fast. Never dined in always pick up. All those times I didn’t have to wait in line and they always got my order right. The only down side is about $ 50 for two large pizzas. But, they are a premium pizza so you get what you paid for.
