I’ve come to this location at least a couple of times now, and I have always had a positive experience. Today I was taken care of by Emanuel and a «soft spoken» Loreia who made my order to exact specifications.

Horrible… Order an Energy yogurt bowl, what I got was a bowl of mushy soupy mess. I should’ve known it was going to be wrong when the girl asked me if it was a drink or a bowl while making it. She obviously put too much juice in it thinking it was a drink. Once I opened it I noticed there was no granola or so I thought, apparently the girl blended it in with whatever this mess was… effectively defeating the purpose of granola as it became mush. Just flat out not what I thought my breakfast should be nor do I like wasting money, as we all know Jamba Juice is not cheap.

The WORST Jamba in the area. I was «helped» by a young woman (I think her name was Jessica) who was totally disrespectful and very rude. She gave me nasty looks. I hadn’t been to this location in almost a year; the previous staff was courteous and friendly.

The worst Jamba in the area. Went for a fresh squeezed juice and they had them pre made. When I asked for them to make it the looked at me like I was crazy. Then said that the jucer takes a long time and I will have to wait longer than if they just gave me the pre made crap. They looked at the juicer like they had never used it before. I’m never going back.

VERY disappointed with this location. I was «helped» by a woman named Jessica (never be waited on by her) she was very disrespectful and rude to my children and I. Gave us nasty looks, didn’t greet us, and messed up our orders, all three of them! Somebody needs to do something about her.

Went in today at about 11 30 am and there were 2 girls working behind the counter. There was a women in front of me with her drinks already made in her hand. The two girls did not even say hello. we’ll be right with you or anything. I stood there for about two minutes watching one girl just sit there with dumbfounded look on her face while the other girl kept her conversation going with the customer ahead of me (already had drinks and food). I walked out immediately dissapointed. Drove all the way to Napa to get my juice. Maybe this store should hire some of the Napa girls! They are always attentive and fast. Within 2 sec of opening the door I was welcomed with 3 hellos and a how are you today. Go Napa!

After running into several bad customer service businesses it was super refreshing to finally get the customer service that every customer deserves. I don’t usually write reviews for big corporation chains but I just had to.
My White Gummie with Whey was yummers as always.

Went here after work and even though they were near closing they were awesome as usual :)
The place is always clean, the workers are nice, they get through orders quickly, and the smoothies are yummeh. It’s everything you can ask for in a Jamba Juice ^-^

I remember coming here one time. I went to Walmart, and I was super thirsty. I go in and order a sixteen Berry Fulfilling.
As they finished making it, one of them puts the smoothie in my cup and accidently drops it. The employees were extremely apologetic. I get it. I happens. So, they whipped up another one for me.
At the end, I was super satisfied. As long as I get my smoothie the way it is supposed to be, I am happy.

Located in the same shopping center as the very nice Wilmar. Oh I was in awe because Jamba Juice was in so many areas. This has always been my absolute favorite juice bar. This particular location was small but very clean with great service.
We ordered and I noticed they offered wraps and sandwiches. If it was lunchtime we would have grabbed some but all I wanted was a nice fresh juice. I ordered the matcha green tea with fresh orange juice. This is so refreshing, not many places carry the matcha green tea and it is my fave.
So many new exciting items on their menu but no worries they will still make some old favorites. Loved my drink and the associates working there was very sweet and friendly. A must stop for some good options.

I came here last week with my BFF! we were both feeling kinda sick so we got a cold buster! it was my first time trying it and it was delish!
The service was fast, friendly, and accurate! and the place was spotless! I would so come back here again!
