Subway

Ahhh, Subway. Its pretty rubbish isn’t it? Its fast food, dressed up to be not fast food. The calorie count is absolutely through the roof. If you were to eat it every day you would be in an early grave.
The service you get in this particular branch is certainly not the worst ever, but its by no means good. Its a conveyor belt style place that you will be hard pushed to find any bad service in but at the same time its not exactly somewhere that I can recommend.
If you are going in here you will probably already know what you’re going to get, but if you want my advice I would go for the Vegemax.

This I think is the only time I’ve been to a Subway with my parents, which is interesting because I’m so used to seeing young cool students going here that I thought it was like one of those occasions when you are in town with your mum buying shoes and you see all of your friends outside having a laugh and eating ice cream which your mum said you weren’t allowed because it would ruin your dinner but clearly it wouldn’t because dinner isn’t ready for another two hours and ice cream is ineffect a liquid so it is like drinking a glass of…
… sorry my emotions got the better of me.
This subway, though very very small, does do quite a roaring trade any time I have been near it, and the staff are more than happy to chat away to you which I suppose is a nice thing. Plus it beats pretty much every other place nearby for sandwiches so for that reason it is quite good. Plus the one outside of CastleCourt is pretty awful so this is not only handier, but also a lot nicer.
