You wont believe what I’m about to tell you about the food at williams. Food is good in terms of taste and portions. Seriously you can order some spaghetti and share with your gf Is it cheap? Bruh its fucking expensive for some mamak. That spaghetti you just ordered to share with your gf, Its rm35. That mango blended special, rm10. Want a hot teh o lychee, rm5. Total damage rm502 person mamak dinner. #overkill #emptywallet. #thisaintnodatingspot Is it healthy? You joking mate. Its a mamak. Now imagine this is the church of deep fry and cheese. Now imagine deep fried chicken wirh cheesy sauced wedges accompanied with deep fried soft shelled crab fried rice. Fuck yeah cholesterol!!! Warning: This restaurant don’t have any Halal certificate(I think, because I don’t see any of it), maybe because they also offered non-halal food like: Wagyu Beef(which is non-halal because it’s had been fed with beer during breeding). But I’m guaranteed that this restaurant is PORKFREE. Williams the owner knows the difference between Halal and Non-halal foods, so he will recommend to you only halal foods if you are muslim.

You may think is absurd to visualise an ‘untitle’ restaurant managed to received such an audience within minutes despite being situated at a unassuredly location you could imagine. Their area wouldn’t be marvellous or amazing at all. Frankly speaking, I was not rouse nor been galvanised by their designs and typically not their table seatings, is definitely not organised and not precisely hygienic. However, when it comes to food, they certainly would blow your minds and stress away for merely a little tinny bite! I was introduced and escorted by my classmate. My classmates and I were having our very first drupper(dinner+supper) as a group, as a family. Being well said by my fellow classmate, we decided to trust his judgements and so we find it a little credence. We were exceptionally fortunate to meet William-the owner, and able to interact to such a hilarious and wise man. I love how he would plan our dupper and I must say he done quite splendidly. Admiteddly, I was sceptical and a little surprise on his decision but may I say he is amazing? He able to plan a dinner within minutes for a group of 18 people and gave us one of best meal I ever had! Honestly, I love their food! To be more precise, I love how he coordinate the portion and combination of the food. He would cater the tender lamb with juicy chicken along with mash potato and potato wedges in an enormous plate. Also, palatable spaghetti with slices of beef heaven and so much more. His perfect combination skill are almost like 4* restaurant in spite being a dull and unnoticed restaurant and did I mention he would share his experience on food tasting? What a man! Apart from their main course, it dice down to their beverages and desserts. Who doesn’t love a yummy and memorable dessert or a cup of paradise? I do! Unlike any restaurant, they have a list of combination of a blended drinks at such Mango yogurt, Passion fruit mango, Ribena Lycée, Mint lycée, avocado delight and breathless more! They are absolutely divine, every single one of them and do you know the cup of trophy? Yeah it has an identical humongous cup shape. Insane isn’t it? Though, a piece of advice– order a green tea or bottle of water before hand as your breather! You will need it! Besides, their dessert are most definitely delicious especially their caramel bourbon with a layer of fineness and toffee pudding. It’s melts in your mouth and slowly devouring your taste bud, it’s AMAZING! Despite having such a remarkable food here, you could certainly be a little astonished by their pricing, is crazy. It sums up to RM600++ but then again, a group of 18 people, still affordable! If you would love to pay a visit and check it out the space, I suggest a earlier reservation and a budget informative with the owner, William, he would cater according to your budget. Great right? Definitely recommended on bigger group of friends tagging along, much cheaper, much bigger portion and much excitement. You would never regret it!!! Great service, Great food ! What do you require more?

Malaysia is definitely one of the countries in the asean region that has no shortages of food/supper joints during the night, maybe that is one of the main reasons that Malaysia has an increasing rate of obesity and diabetes(I’m just kidding!). Apart from the usual mamak joints that you can find almost any part of Malaysia, Williams Corner is definitely one of the more special mamaks in Malaysia. Williams Corner being closely related to Murni’s Discovery mamaks(apparently they are somewhat related), is also one the mamaks that serve italian styled foods as well. Williams Corner is also one of the hot spots at night during the weekends(week nights as well), it is not uncommon that it will take sometime in getting an available table/seating on a typical week night. Here their menu are quite similar to Murni’s, whatever you ordered at Murni’s you can do so here too. Once in awhile, you might probably have a chance to chat with the boss(William), and he will never ceases to make you laugh at his lame jokes(he is a funny and friendly chap). However, their hygiene and cleanliness requires a little higher tolerance so those hygiene freaks, don’t say I didn’t warned ya! Personally, Williams corner is one of my favourite mamak joints in Petaling Jaya.

Hmm, it’s getting late? Need some food for supper? There’s no such worries here in this country. Everywhere you go, there’s always food ready to serve them bellies. One of the popular and best places to go is WIlliam’s. Here, once you choose the food life, you never go back. Gigantic portions, value prices, and quick service. A typical dish here can actually be shared by 2 persons, but for black holes like me, just one of you will do. There’s also a very huge variety here, so huge I can’t remember the names of the dishes. I can only recall once I’ve looked at the menu. I think the most common food that people order here would be the pastas. They come in very huge portion and if you need to get your carbs up, this is where you do it. Another nice thing about this place is that you can customize your dish with anything you want as long as it’s available. For example, I’ll order a Carbonara and I’ll top it with a Roast Chicken, Lamb Chop, Meatballs, anything as long as it exists there. You’ll notice that the drinks here are huge too, so if you’re in need of a great thirst quencher, I need not say much, it’s like an oasis here. Having said all that, the crowd here can get pretty large during peak dinner and supper hours, so finding seats can be difficult, especially if you’re with a big group of friends. It is a lot easier if it’s just a couple of you.

Ahhhh! Great spot for dinner or supper with friends! Couldn’t imagine how far they’ve became. From a hawker stall to a shoplot owned by themselves! This is such a big encouragement to them! They are famous for their pastas, mutton curry rice, burgers, and so much more! It’s definitely a great place to chill and hang out with friends because they function almost similarly like a mamak, but just more western varieties of food. Not to forget, try out their avocado juice as well. It tasted really good :) Waiters are pretty helpful and efficient, and they can remember really well too! The only thing that holds me back will be the hygiene around that area. And for first timers, they will need menus to guide them on what to eat :) Just my 2 cents. Will still be here don’t worry!

The old time favourite big portion food place! For those for have never been to here before, this place serves food in gigantic size. So please please try not to be so ambitious soloing the whole dish yourself or you might regret making that decision. Food price is expensive than the typical mamak stall, since it’s not the normal mamak/restaurant you see everyday. At here you can get chicken chop with rice/mash potatoes, big plate pastas, meatballs, roti naan & all sorts of food you can think of. One thing I’ve noticed during this visit, the food is still big as always, with lots of generous ingredients, taste is still nice but slightly off a little. On a second thought I wouldn’t be sitting in here if I’m having the same price in a nicer restaurant unless I failed to find one during late hours. But I would still recommend to go & at least try once.

Before I know the existence of Murni, this is the place I come to whenever I crave for mozzarella cheese naan. I was introduced to this place by a friend of mine. I never come to this area until my friend brought me here. After the first time here, this place became our frequent hang out place. Like Murni, William serve a huge variety of food. From the classic roti kosong to lou shu fan, naans, spaghetti, mee raja and many more. You’ll have a hard time choosing what to have and don’t bother asking what’s nice because the answer you’ll get is «everything nice, not nice we don’t serve». Hahaha… William serve similar drinks as Murni’s too. The reason they serve very much similar foods and drinks is because the owner of Murni and William are brothers(that’s what I was told, correct me if I’m wrong). Aside from the variety, their food are serve in a huge portion(not suitable for those on diet) and of course they are quite pricy for a mamak standard. But this place ain’t ordinary mamak. So, when you plan to come here for a meal, make sure you come with an empty stomach. Enjoy!

William’s corner is the perfect place to eat for those late night cravings. It is a restaurant but the tables and chairs are placed outside. Operational hours are 6pm to 3am so at least you won’t be bothered by the heat as much. I may have to warn you that the food is not cheap but the portions are big so can be easily shared. My favorite dish is the nasi goreng ketam(Rm25), it is basically a huge portion of nasi goreng and topped off with crispy soft shell crab. Additionally, if you’re up for dessert after your hefty meal then I suggest the chocolate tart! The creamy, chocolate goodness just fills your heart with such joy. Definitely worth a try!

I have been going to Williams corner since I was about the age of 9 years old. I used to frequent this place when I used to visit my aunty who used to live about 5 minutes away from Williams. Williams always had a rather crazy /interesting menu compared to most«hawker stalls«. From Asian cuisine all the way to Western cuisine. Just name it he had it. During Williams early days he had set a very high standard for himself, and it is so sad to see that over the years as he has expanded his business his standards have dropped. Besides that his pricing has also increased a lot. Having a nice full meal there could cost you between RM15 — RM30 depending on how many people are there, the more the people the higher the price gets. Sometimes I do question his methods of charging, but hey who am I? He is the one with a successful business which is always busy. The workers there are friendly and efficient but at times I must say they can get really sloppy and work rather slowly. So if yo are planning to go somewhere with a wide variety of dishes to choose from the menu, then I would strongly recommend you to pay Williams a visit today :)

Once upon a time William’s Corner was the place for his awesome spaghetti, roti cheese naan with ham, Milo special large and his creative menu. Now it has no longer at the level as it once were, during its glory days. I recently had supper with an old friend of mine at William’s and found out it has moved out into a shoplot nearby its old premise(next to a drain). And yes, there were no large crowd of people as it used to garner back in the past. I missed having their roti cheese naan and ham. only to find the standard has dropped so bad. The naan was very very dry and there were hardly any cheese, let alone ham! The Milo ais, was very diluted, had no taste. Really, I was disappointed that this place has gone into ruins after they moved out from their original spot.

Williams corner was famous among the students of Lim Kok Wing(when it was still in Taman Mayang). It was just in a little wooden shack back then but now they’ve renovated the place into a food court area. I heard they also opened an outlet in Selayang. People know this place for the size of serving in their meals. You normally get more than what you pay for and not just that, the food tastes amazing too. They have a big menu and pretty much 10 out of 10 times I’m there, I walk away satisfied. The chicken chops, pasta’s, nasi gorengs, fish and chips… you’d assume that a normal looking restaurant in setapak(out of all places) would have mediocre steaks, but not really… it’s pretty legit!

This place is considered as the alternative place for Tony Romas. If you don’t have too many beans inside your pocket, William’s is the place for the fellow beef lovers. The foods are great, the services are good and the place is fantastic ! Got myself a prime platter that contains ribs, meats, ribs and meats. Oh, it got sausages too. Those who can’t eat lots of meat because of the high-blood pressure disease, this place is not for you and I’m feel sorry about it. Just Kidding. Did I told you already that the food portions here are massively large? Yes, it is. You can order a plate of pasta and share it with your friends. Not just a friend but friends. It’s not just the pasta that you could share with your friends but any other foods on the menu list as well. I already make a self-made promise that I’ll never forget about this palce. This is the place that I’m willing to spend the rest of my life. William’s is the name to remember.

Located in the housing area of Taman Mayang, there used to be a very famous road side stall named Williams Corner. It was a simple road side store, but it was packed with patrons every night. They have now moved to a nearby shop lot, and the crowds are still pouring in every night. In Williams Corner, they serve fusion dishes in HUGE portions! When I said«HUGE», I meant seriously huge that even as a guy you would probably need to share your meals. You could over hear the boss actually advising his customers to share their food as most of the time they wouldn’t be able to finish them. With the huge portion, the pricing were quite expensive too. However, they serve you with the best ingredients they can. Apart from the portion, the food actually tasted pretty good too. I had their Baked Seafood Lasagne — the gravy was super cheesy and the seafood was really fresh! A friendly advice, unless you are a huge eater, do not challenge yourself in finishing the entire dish on your own. The portion is so big that it could easily be shared among 3 small eaters.
