Great flavor to the broth with perfect noodles. Broth was very salty so depending on your style you may want to thin it out with veggies or onions. The only negative was ordering from the ticket machine up front. For an unfamiliar person it was impossible to tell exactly what to order. The server was very helpful so we got through it. They have rice and gyoza also plus other items but again I didn’t know what button to push for the right ticket. I’m time you will figure it out. All in all a very yummy ramen.

This place is a stone’s throw from blue street and is worth the walk. I had the Shyoyu Negi-Chyashu ramen(soy sauce, pork broth base, green onion, fatty pork ramen). I had the miso last time. Here are my two cents: 1. Noodles ordered hard are thick and tasty — what I expected. You can ask for thin noodles– but why would you ever do that. 2. The Chyashu was thin sliced giant circles of goodness, not super fatty(God Pig, Shinbuta is the exact opposite). 3. Broth — I always order strong broth. It is a little weak here and the miso and soy flavor aren’t strong enough to dazzle your palette. Compared to Zushiya it needs a little tweaking for pork broth pairing. 4. The Gyoza is good here. It’s better than those in other ramen shops around(一八屋). I liked it, when my wife doesn’t want ramen we will come here — I get noodles, she gets the Chyashudon and Gyoza.
