What’s amazing about this place is NOT how short its name is(it’s actually one word, pronounced as «e») but its quality of Yakitori and atmosphere. And it’s reasonably priced for their food and location for sure. You can come for pleasing your business clients or a date and its atmosphere inside is definitely appropriate for occasions like that. You can go either for a course or one by one. For the first time it’s probably easiest to go with one of the courses(they have 3 different courses, depending on how many sticks you want to have) and add something you liked or something new from the menu later on. It’s mostly counter seats, so it’s best if you come with someone else(in a group of two). There’s only one private room which 8 people tops can fit in, so if you intend to come in a group of more than 2 people, make sure to reserve that room beforehand. I’m sure it’s competitive. There are some Yakitori places in the Roppongi area, but this seems to be one of the best ones in terms of the balance between quality and pricing. They also care a lot about wine, so they seem to have a good wine list to go with the Yakitori dishes. Their specialty dish is «foie gras Tukune» and it was pretty good.

new yakitori place… very nice although the food took a while to come out… nice ambience but it was a bit small almost all the dishes were very yummy and the service was decent. also heard that it got 1* michelin! Cost Prrformance is pretty good and there are several courses for you ti choose from(some of them also include foie gras tsukune!— of which there was not any trace of foie gras so I would recommend against that.)
