Ran into this cute tea place in Ginza. We knew because it was Ginza all desserts were going to be expensive! Decided to get a tea set with dessert. Tried the apple tea and it was great! Not sweet at all and it was great for a cold night. My boyfriend tried the strawberry parfait, he said it wasn’t that special, just like a strawberry sundae. I got the famous Japanese chestnut Mont Blanc and I have to say that for the price it was so worth it! Their was the chestnut on top, layer of cool whip, and a crusty but melt in your mouth bottom. This was definitely worth coming for and trying! Everyone needs to order one item per a person their is no sharing!

This place is very pricey and each person must order a separate dish meaning two people can’t just order and share one. We tried the normal and chocolate mille crêpe cakes. The normal one was really good and the chocolate one was ok but not that great. Better to stick with the normal plain one if you come here but there are much better cafes out there. Try to find somewhere better if possible.

Order the famous Monburan(Japanese chestnut cake) if you eat here. The place is a bit pricey, 1400yen for the Monburan and tea set or 800yen for just tea. Each person must order one item. There are two locations right across from each other. The older location(this address) is a bit small and worn down. The newer location is right on the main street and has a great view. I personally like Angelina’s Monburans more than Miyukikans.
