Stop in for a fantastic 100 yen«taste» cup of coffee while you are shopping in Ginza, taking a break from the office, or checking out the many bars in this area. While you’re there, peruse the fancy coffee gadgets like the handmade copper coffee pots for around 80,000 yen or higher. Then you can remember that you’re in Ginza, after all… despite the teasingly low hot coffee price!

Absolutely delicious coffee. After shopping the twelve story uniqlo nearby, we happened to come upon this coffee shop. Oooh a local roastery? Ok! We walked in and was surprised they were charging only 100 yen for tastings of the light and medium roasts. Sure we said! The waitstaff actually spoke pretty good English, so we didn’t have too much of a problem ordering. The tasting they gave was actually a pretty good size too! The medium roast coffee was a flavorful, rich, slightly nutty with little aftertaste. I found it to be utterly delicious. If you’re ever in the Ginza area and need some caffeine, make your way to Toriba!

We were in Ginza for the day and was looking for a cute little café to grab coffee away from the crowds. This isn’t your typical coffee shop because they only have coffee tastings, but they give you almost a full cup, which is enough coffee for me. They had two flavor a to taste from. I think they roast their coffees here, must be upstairs? Worth the quick trip in the shop to try the coffee and look at all the cool things in the store.
