I’m not a fan of Subway but on this particular day I decided to go in and have a sub… When entering I noticed that it was the cleanest subway I’ve ever been in. Right away I was greeted, I walked up to the glass and there was a girl with tattoos and a wonderful smile. She was very polite and I stood there contemplating on what I wanted I noticed they do salads!!! The person who attended to me her name was Desirae… I went ahead and ordered a chicken salad. I have to say, it was one of the best I’ve ever had!!! Desirae definitely took her time in building my salad and she chopped everything exactly how I like it!!! I will definitely be back and will only order if Desirae is there!!!

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. The customer service was poor. She messed up on making my sandwich a few times. And when I got my sandwich home half the ingredients were outside the sandwich. Also she put the wrong sauce on it. What if it was something I was allergic to? Overall Very disappointing.

Malanie makes a person want to come to this subway. I went during my lunch break on 2÷27÷16, and was attended by this young lady. She was very helpful, fast, and SO courteous! I really appreciate good customer service. Has longest subway hires people like Melanie! You definitely have my business!

This subway has a B for a reason. The sandwich was wasn’t even cold. The meat looked bad and the girls working there didn’t have their hair up. How can you screw up a sandwich?

Good customer service and I am not a big fan of subway but it’s still not bad. I wish they have bigger sitting area because it’s pretty small! But what so ever good employees who care about customers .that does matter.

A far as the service is concerned, they receive top marks here. Unfortunately, because the location is in a shopping center with many homeless people, it’s best avoided. Just the other day, with regard to same, some do-gooder was buying a sandwich for one of the regular homeless seen around here. If you keep doing this, she will never pick herself up and change her life for the better. You also contribute to making the neighborhood less attractive even though you think you’re scoring points up in heaven. Another scenario occurred just today. Some perfectly healthy individual walked in with a toddler and asked if she could use her Hot Meals Program. The employee said, «No, we don’t accept EBT here, but I’ll pay for the bag of chips the child just took off the rack.» Apparently, KFC one door down accepts EBT. My advice is to avoid this ghetto scene by avoiding this shopping center altogether.

This is the same as all other subways I’ve been too. The main difference with this one is the customer service. Unlike some locations the employees were friendly and very helpful. They put us first and didn’t make it seem like we were bothering them. I also like since we live close by we always get coupons in our mail for a buy a 6 inch get one free with a 32oz drink.

This subway location is really small, but it gets the job done. Whenever I come into this location they never forget to welcome me and the service here is also great. The overall look of the restaurant is clean and I didn’t notice anything off about it. Sometimes ill look to see if there are any flies flying around the place because that happens in some subway store and it is definitely a turn off, however I did not se that at this location. The employees were helpful and didn’t seem to mind the fact that I took forever to figure out what it was that I was going to eat, or the fact that I had to think long and hard about every little detail of my sandwich. I know that sometimes that can be annoying but they were very patient with me and that’s great. My sandwich was good, it had everything I asked for nothing more and nothing less. The part that I did love was that they used a CLEAN knife on my sandwich. I come to some locations and they will TRY to use the same knife they used on a previous sandwich, this is nasty because I DONT eat mayonnaise so the left over sauce would be on my sandwich and I’m not having that, but this location used a new one so Kudos to them!

This Subway is one of the most courteous that I have been to. That gives you a warm feeling when 3 or more employees there will acknowlede your arrival. The sandwiches are always built your way and everything is cool as long as the owners are not there. They will always ask if you want the sandwich toasted and not tell you that they charge extra for it. The regular employees are usually good about heating the chicken breast before assembling it into the sandwich. The owner will as if you want it toasted, I refuse and get warned that the chicken is very cold. The owner will not heat the chicken without toasting the whole sandwich in order to charge extra. The owner keeps very tight control on how much of each ingredient is put on the sandwich and often reprimend new employees for putting 1 or 2 extra pieces of Olive, or Jalapenos. Other than that, the place is clean and friendly at all times and the bread is always freshly baked.

I went there recently around lunchtime and ordered a couple of sandwiches for my friends and I and as Im ordering this Indian man(maybe the owner) tells the worker lady to not put extra olives and etc. Wtf I’m ordering 3 sandwiches and u are tripping about extra olives? Wouldn’t go there again he seemed like an ass whole boss. Felt bad for the workers.

Never had so little condiments on my teriyaki sammich! Not my cup of tea, the 24hr one close by is much better.

Today I overslept and wanted to pay my electric power bill at the Winnetka and Sherman Way intersection. When I parked my car I found a nice warm open Subway right there in the strip mall. Since Subway expanded their hours and they now have breakfast items I was happy to stop. The ladies in the Subway are so helpful and creative with solutions to my requests for lunch to take in advance of work. I got a coffee and a great looking sandwich, which is possible anywhere but it is the sweetness and friendly welcome of the staff that won me over. I love knowing that this stop is easy for those days when my eyes are half open, my hand is curled and ready for a coffee cup to fit into it, and I have to be on my way quickly. This is one of my new stops!

Who does not like Subway? When you are in the mood for a great value and a good sandwitch this is the place to go. This paticular Subway is one of my favorites. The people that work here are SO friendly! They all have smiles, and thank you for being a customer. Most places you go do not have this same kind of customer service.

Ok, ok, so I finally gave in to the«$ 5 Foot-long» jingle from Subway’s latest round of TV commercials. I should have known better than to fall prey to such clever marketing. $ 5 is still too much to pay for a mediocre sandwich. Waaaay skimpy on the toppings at this location. I ordered a tuna salad sandwich. For whatever reason, the«sandwich artist» thought that 3 measly little scoops of tuna salad would be adequate for a foot-long roll. As I had my lunch, all I could think about was that I might as well have been eating a veggie sandwich. As proof of the lack of filling, my breath didn’t even reek of tuna afterward.
