Carl’s Jr.

I didn’t try the food because the smell and atmosphere were a bit off putting, but the coffee was good. However, they really need to update and renovate. Workers were nice but the bathrooms were a bit ghetto fabulous in that there were no mirrors, rickety locks on stalls and the cheapest toilet paper. I would never come back here.

Last time I went to the store, its restroom was very dirty and unacceptable. Its room was not clean enough. They should put much more effort on these. Since I did not see any improvement, I have no choice but give one star.

The freaking manager here is always fucking rude. She sucks. She shouldn’t be working here. She doesn’t even greet you when you get to her and she takes a long time to take your order. The drive thru seems to be their only priority. They only put 1 fucking piece of lettuce on the burgers. The napkin dispenser is also hella dirty.
I rather drive to another carls jr the only reason I go here anymore is because it’s close and I don’t drive yet but as soon as I do you can bet your ass I won’t be coming here anymore.
On the bright side, there are like about two really nice and polite workers here. A young teen and a guy I think is new here.

I came through the drive thru with a friend. First, it took 5 minutes for someone even to come to the speaker (after the automated message asked us if we wanted to try the new burger) we then ordered a small coke and a chocolate shake. We pulled up to the window. The ghetto girl working (with her attitude) didn’t even punch in our order, she asked us for it again. We gave it to her and payed. She than asked us to pull around and wait, no cars behind us and again we had only ordered a small coke and a chocolate shake, I mean how hard is that? We pulled around and ended up waiting SEVEN minutes!!! When this ghetto girl (with her attitude) brought out our drinks. My coke was fine but my friend said her shake tastes sour, as in rancid spoiled sour. We will NOT be going back. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

I found a cockroach running across the floor.
I could not finish my food fearing it was not prepared safely.

Remember the movie American Beauty? «Mr Smiley burger» drive thru with Kevin Spacey? This is it!!! Other than that, i dont need to explain about Carls jr, right?

As you can see this place is very dirty, & the workers here are very rude. Told the lady who attended me that there was a roach on the wall & she didn’t even do anything about it & the worse thing is that she’s a manager. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place at all! If I can give Leto stars I would.

This place sucks. I ordered a chicken sandwich and I got a getto version of that. They put two chicken strips in between some buns and gave it to me. It was disgusting. I probably wouldn’t have cared if the chicken strips were good but they were super think and hard it hurt the roof of my mouth every time I took a bite. At least have the courtesy to tell me u ran out of chicken party’s or something. Horrible service horrible food.

The window attendant asks you if you want XYZ new menu item EVERY TIME YOU DRIVE UP! I have tried and tried to get them to stop. I complain and tell them to tell their manager that customers HATE having them waste our precious time asking if we want the latest new thing. WE DON’T WANT IT!!! STOP ASKING AND TAKE MY ORDER! The New York Times had an article a couple months ago about how wait times are getting longer in fast food drive up lines. This is the reason why.
The food is great as ever, but they are losing me on the pushy sales.

I see some bad reviews for this place/​location, but I’ve been here 3 times and all times were good experiences. The order was right, they were friendly, and they cleaned up after me… Which I actually prefer to do myself, but they’re doing their jobs. I will probably end up going here again soon whenever I get a fast food craving and don’t end up at In n Out lol :)

ordered 2 sandwhiches through the drive through. Made me pull up outside of the drive through by the door and then they forgot half of my food.
Man I grew up with eating nothing but Famous Stars, where did something so good, go so bad…

Located on the corner of two busy streets, which was quite convenient for me since I was in a rush to get somewhere. Located in the same plaza as Food for Less, 7-​Eleven and a few other small businesses. The drive through took barely any time at all to get through, even though it was lunch time. The service was fine, nothing special, nothing too terrible. What I really had a problem with was how my burger was made. I ordered a famous star with cheese. When I opened it up, it literally looked like someone had been tossing the ingredients into the burger with their eyes closed. The tomato was on one half of the burger, the bun only covered the other half of the burger and so on. Terrible presentation! I didn’t have fun fixing all the ingredients on my own. The burger also made me feel DISGUSTING right afterwards. In-​N-​Out burgers don’t make me feel like that!

I’ve been going to this Carl’s Jr. for years, but lately the service has been atrocious. My last two visits have been HORRIBLE. The food was wrong, even though the order was repeated back to me correctly and showed up correct on the screen and receipt, the customer service was pretty much nonexistant, and the food was sub-​par in terms of flavor. I contacted corporate twice to tell them about my experiences, and finally got a call from the manager who left me a message I could barely understand, didn’t leave her name, or a number to reach her at, and advised me to «call back.» I would STRONGLY recommend dining somewhere else.

This location has really good middle of the night customer service and food. If you’re up and around in the daytime I wouldn’t suggest Carl’s Jr anyway but at night, 3 a.m., that’s the way to go if you eat fast food.

I hate to do this but feel it is a public service.
In general I like Carl’s but this one is a total disgrace. It’s dirty, rundown, and generally unfriendly. The food is slapped together with not much concern for appearance. The salsa bar is disgusting. I’m surprised the health department gives them the rating that they have. Drive-​thru isn’t much better because the attitude is the same as going in. Too bad for Carl’s that they have to be associated with this particular one.
