KFC

Got a 3-​piece mall with mashed potato and Cole slaw as a takeout meal. It was brought home to me. The good news is that the chicken and potato/​gravy was hot. The bad news is that I threw half of it out as inedible. Potatoes watery and tasteless. but I ate them. Can’t waste a potato my grandmother always said. The gravy was okay but just like what one buys in a can. Not tat I even buy gravy in a can… But I’ve tasted it before. The biscuit was dry and seemed stake. One bite and toss. The chicken was crispy and overlooked to perfection. It flaked off the bone in moist shards but was so salty I had to throw it out. I mean S-​A-​L-​T-​Y. My mouth has been parched eve since and I came down with a splitting headache within 30 minutes of eating (part of) my meal… And I still have it. Time for an analgesic, I suppose. But the Cole slaw was sweet and creamy and tasty; One star for that. One no spork was provided. How is one to eat without a spork???

This place as bad customer service as soon as you walk in it really looks alike all the employees working here hates their job lol just go to the one on Topanga and Sherman way it’s way better Services!!!

No chicken on the bone’s crunchy dry gross chicken as far as the sides the macaroni had about a quarter cup of water in it more like macaroni and cheese water no butter for the biscuits in the bag I will never come to this KFC again and itis a shame because KFC used to be a great American restaurant that I enjoyed growing up I’d rather eat Albertson’s chicken

I got sick eating here the other day. On top of the bad service… Stay away from here.

Great customer service. Chicken was crispy to the bone. The food came out fast and tasted fresh.

I would not recommend the staff is rude and could care less. The food is dry and has no taste at all. The establishment is dirty and no care is taken in the presentation or upkeep.

Horrible service. Walked in to a place that is supposed to be open until 11pm. Well, I walked in 10:20 only to be waiting for employee to finish cleaning dining room area. I asked for chicken breast dinner and was told they had no chicken breast. The employee was rude.

I was in here over the weekend and it was interesting. The food was standard KFC fare, chicken biscuits potatoes and gravy all good. The restaurant was very dirty including one huge smear of mashed potatoes and gravy on the wall. The lady at the counter had no patience, was yelling at us to order and then yelling the order back at us. It was almost comical how seriously she was taking her position taking orders. A nice lady came in while we were eating and the counter lady was yelling at her so much the lady finally just left saying to us as she retreated «never mind, it’s not worth it». Bizarre choice of people to be the «face» of this establishment. I will not return, mostly due to the cleanliness, I was somewhat amused by her antics.

I came in here whilst on vacation in Canoga Park… This was the most filthy establishment I have ever eaten at. See pictures… Mashed potatoes and gravy smeared all over the walls, dirt and grime everywhere.
Also the person running the counter with the thick accent resembled a drill sergeant. Not in stature but definitely resembled one vocally. Barking behind the counter. Yelling our order back to us and kept verifying over and over! We had a simple order: two $ 5 meals w different drinks.
Our food was good but the experience was just plum awful.
While we are eating another customer came in. A patient older lady who loved her fried chicken… And she straight up walked out due to the drill sergeant behind the counter. She even burned rubber on the way out of the parking lot. I’m talking about an old granny! kfc, did you hire a cashier or a drill sergeant? And what is up with the filthy dining area? Instead of barking orders at the customers… Get that drill sergeant to bark orders and get that place cleaned up!
I wouldn’t come back here.

They have the nicest employees ever!!! Everything my kid wanted they gave her without me having to ask. I loved that!

The only reason I come here is that they accept my payment type. As I type this they had run out of they type of chicken I like. The woman at the counter (Akter) was very rude after I refused the overcooked, dry breasts and that I have to wait 30 minutes. It takes 20 minutes to fry.
The wedges are limp, the potatoes passable. The only redeeming things are that the chicken is best when fresh. Plus there’s a counter guy named Oscar who is always friendly and should be managing the place.
Need better seats. No restroom, no Wi-​Fi. Enter at your own risk.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Horrible customer service, old food, never have stuff in stock, and always mess up your order when you take it home. They even overcharged me once!

Never going back to this KFC!!! Employees are rude, facilities are filthy and roaches & bugs are a common site at this hole-​in-​the-​wall. I’m not sure why this place hasn’t been shut down yet, but I’ll be making a complaint to the local inspections office immediately!

No, just no. This place is very small and dirty. Rude employees. Not your typical kfc.

Just your average kfc cashier was rude didn’t even ask me if I wanted it to go or dine in they gave me it for dine in when I wanted it to go they didn’t ask me if I wanted any condiments with my meal but hey its fast food what else can you expect.

How does this place stay open? This is by far the worst KFC I’ve ever had the misfortune of stepping into. They can’t even get basic customer service right. I asked a simple question regarding the price of a menu item and the cashier rolls her eyes at me and doesn’t even answer the question. And as I was about to pay another customer comes in and complains that their food is still raw. They even brought it in and showed her it was frozen still on the inside and she wouldn’t refund it or give her something else. I just walked out. Terrible.

This place serve Halal Chicken (catering). That’s right Halal! You do have to bring in your own Halal Chicken and the minimum is 8-​piceses at $.75 each. The downside of course is the waiting period which takes about 20 – 30 min to prep and cook/​fry. I suggest you call and order ahead of time for them to setup the fryer and cook it. The workers are nice sometimes hook it up with some extras on the side.

This is literally the worst kfc in america. It is the opposite of fast food. Expect to wait at least 15 minutes for anything you order… even fries.

Science damn it this place is like the 4^th circle of hell!
At what point does it take a ½ an hour to fill an order of 3 combo meals and their drinks. Never mind that, how inept must someone be to not even remember 3 orders?! Typically I am a very forgiving person but the ‘service’ (if you could call it that) at this place is nothing if not absolutely terrible.
Incorrect orders, incomplete orders, overcharged for items, having to repeat yourself AT LEAST 3 times! The people are very slow and they act like they aren’t even at their job. This is not how to run any sort of business. How this place is still going I have no idea.
As for the atmosphere, it doesn’t seem very clean at all. I actually looked around and I couldn’t see the rating for this place ANYWHERE. I was more then a little concerned.
*sigh* Ranting this much is exhausting.
