Krystal was great– gave me the exact cut I asked for, great color, discussed product with me without being pushy, and really took her time without being slow. Perfection! Comfortable and fun place– I will return for sure!

I’m easy to please when it comes to my hair.
A.) Give me a good scrub when shampooing — extra points if you massage for longer than 5 seconds.
B.) You listen to my direction on length of hair to be cut and understand how my hair flows naturally.
Citrus Salon was recommended to me by fellow Unilocaler, Zach H., and I couldn’t have been happier with my appointment with stylist Krystal.
Krystal took her time shampooing and conditioning my hair, including a quick neck massage and head massage. Oooh, yes, thank you.
When discussing my hair, she understood my needs (I don’t use products or blow-​dry, so no style or cut that needs TLC every day) and was very particular about making my fringe as straight as possible.
The rest of the staff was fun and bubbly and I LOVED the citrusy décor. Lots of vibrant, lively, Florida colors beaming around the room. Overall, Krystal at Citrus Salon & Spa was a great new find for my hair care ventures. :)

Such a high quality establishment. I walked in while I was in town for business because of their reviews and was lucky enough to be squeezed in right away. I had a gel manicure and regular pedicure with Heather and she was fantastic. Very sweet and attentive and made both myself and my boyfriend (whom I dragged along) feel right at home. She accompanied him working while I got my nails done and treated us both to a glass of Chardonnay. The salon was clean and so cute! Heather told was it was a 100 y at old house the owner and updated hers f with ikea trips. So cool! I highly recommend this salon to anyone in the Palm Beach and West Palm Beach area! I went to have my roots touched up. I’m blond with lots og gray and have light blonde highlights every two months. Sone times I do my own roots but was running low on time and needed my hair done. It’s not rocket science so I went to Citrus which is close to my home. I told Tina between to please mix between a 8 – 9 with no red in demi permanent formula (because it fades and doesn’t make a strong root line) on my roots. She delegated me to a young woman who wasn’t listening. She used a very dark color on my roots and although I asked her to keep the line thin (there was less than ¼″ growth) she painted a 1″ thick line of dark brown PERMANENT! I paid them any way but it was awful!!! I cursed them for 6 months while growing out that brown stripe. I would never go back

I love this salon everybody is friendly and is so inviting. Omar cuts my hair and he’s so accommodating and professional. I’m a guy and guys hair shouldn’t take an hour like some of these other salons do and I think they do that on purpose so they charge you a lot more. I’m in and out and always very happy with the way he cuts my hair. He listens to the customer. Tina the owner has created a wonderful place and and atmosphere.

Love this cute little salon. Tina does my cut & color and she does such an amazing job. Really listens when I ask for what I want and I always leave happy. She really does an amazing job with color, you can barely notice roots when they grow in. I always get lots of compliments. I have to say I’m super picky when it comes to hair cuts, some people seem like they don’t understand what I ask for or don’t have the talent to pull it off, Tina completely gets it and is so talented. I drive all the way from Boca to see her. My sister and her friends see her too. Highly recommended! Thanks Tina!

I have been visiting this salon for several months now to have mani and pedi with Nicki. She is a true perfectionist and my nails always look spectacular. Nicki is friendly and provides personal service while always being very professional. While in the salon over the months I had an opportunity to observe the hair stylists and I have always been impressed with how great the clients look. Yesterday while there I decided to get my hair cut — I had been very unhappy with hair cuts in the past couple of years. Crystal is called a junior stylist — but the owner Tina has made sure that all stylists are top notch and I’m sure she doesn’t let any client leave if they are not totally satisfied. Crystal did a great job and I am returning to her next week for color. I recommend you visit this wonderful salon — its small in size but gigantic in ambiance and service.

I came here once for a facial and more recently for a haircut. The facial was so-​so, but not enough to deter me from returning. I returned last week for a simple trim to my already short hair. I left disappointed and now have to visit a more skilled stylist to repair the damage.
I will say the ambiance of the salon is great, super cute space in a great location. Services on the other hand are definitely not worth the price.

I’ve been coming to this hidden gem for over a year now and I will never go anywhere else! The personalized service, skill, and excellent products are enough to keep me coming, not to mention the great location (just south of city place in El Cid). Tina has been doing hair for years and has made the salon her pride and joy, putting thought and precision into every aspect of the salon and spa. My hair has never been healthier and I am complimented on my color all the time! SUPER AMAZING shampoos happen at Citrus! They do a scalp massage that makes you want to move in, seriously. The nail artist here is just that, an artist. She does great work and her nail art is spectacular!
The facials, ohhhhh the facials! Organic products are used (and sold), and the massage she gives you is second to none.
In a nutshell, I’ve bounced around salons and spas for years, never feeling satisfied with the services I’ve received. Citrus exceeds my expectations each and every time!

I’ve been seeing Trish for my massages and facials. She’s just fabulous! I’m been extremely pleased with both services. Plus Citrus Salon & Spa is in a terrific location near restaurants and museums and SHOPPING!

They deserve to keep the 5 star streak going. Great neighborhood spot. Right next to a darling tea house and close by to the Norton Museum of art. I havent had hair or facial services but it smells so good in the spa part I cannot imagine they arent great, Nice selection of services. I love Nicole the nail tech. She is a creative perfectionist and uses the healthier and quicker LED drying technology for the gelish manicures.

I booked an appointment for a facial at Citrus Salon & Spa. I had the great pleasure of being treated to a wonderful facial experience with Amy. She was very thorough and so relaxing. I highly recommend her services. Do yourself a favor and indulge in an appointment with Amy. I am sure she provides excellent massages also. I will treat myself to one the next time I am in the area!

Since moving to West Palm Beach a year ago, I have not considered going anywhere else but Citrus Salon & Spa. It is the cutest salon and spa in the area. So refreshing when you walk in to this place.
