So incredibly disappointed.
Not in the service at all… Probably the best manicure/​pedicure I’ve had in a very long time. Lana was great she was Very thorough and friendly staff. No prenteniousness or attitudes here.
However the reason I came here was because I received a flyer in the mail for $ 20 off spa services when I confirmed the appointment I wanted to make sure that it was clear I was going to get $ 20 off the service when I scheduled the appointment that was fine” the receptionist said on the phone
when I went to pay however that wasn’t the case and it end up costing me $ 75 for a manicure and a pedicure. When I explain that to the woman checking me out she said can’t you read the post card clearly says for spa services ?
well I got a «spa Mani pedicure» I told her and that’s not what the woman said when I scheduled the appointment on the phone
Just bad business practice will never come back here again!

I visited the spa with my family for a recent girl’a day and left quite disappointed. The mani/​pedi left a lot to be desired. My pedi is already ruined (and wasn’t too great to start, excess polish on my skin wasn’t cleaned off) and I certainly didn’t get a full manicure. For $ 70 I expect a lot more. I can get a twenty minute calf massage, hot stone shoulder rub, and a pedi that lasts weeks for $ 35 and add on a gel mani (not standard) for another $ 30. Less than I paid for a low effort mani/​pedi that are both already destroyed.
The staff was really amazing, but the workmanship was subpar.

Nice spa– I went in for a one hour Swedish massage after a rough day at work. Very friendly staff, complimentary glass of wine was great too. I forgot the name of the girl who did my massage, but it was very relaxing. They also followed up with me to make sure everything went well. I would return here.

I was visiting from out of town for my nonprofit and, though the price was a bit more than I normally would pay, the service was outstanding. I am sorry I don’t remember the name of the young woman who cut my hair but she was very knowledgeable and skilled.

Alicia, Alicia, Alicia. For color, there is no better. I would, and have followed her anywhere. I have driven from across the state regularly to see her for highlights and now I will return, twice more, from around the globe in New Zealand. I have tried others in year’s past and have never been consistently satisfied.
With blonde highlights on mouse-​y but greying hair, it’s apparently easy to highlight with too much gold (read: brassy) but Alicia never allows that to happen. At the same time, she is ever mindful of the quality of the product used on my hair type. She isn’t into cookie cutter looks and, if she suggests we try something new, I defer to her opinion. I believe in leaving some jobs to the professionals and I have never been disappointed in more than six years.
