What an amazing experience! My husband and I enjoyed a fabulous dinner with service to match! We love to splurge at Table 26! The lobster mac & cheese is always a must!

Table 26. The name says it all as far as the décor. The restaurant is dressed well, with a Napa Valley California feel. A romantic style with dim lighting minus the views of Napas Vineyards. The service was more than pleasing and well informed on the chefs specials for the night. They have a variety of wine choices as well as off menu wines by request. As for the menu we ordered quite a lot as we wanted to try as much as we could being that this was our first time dining with Table 26. We ordered the braised short ribs, filet mignon, scallops, shrimp and grits, Brussel sprouts, truffle fries and the lobster Mac and cheese. Yes, we ordered many varieties as you can see. Sad to say that everything we ordered was nothing more than a disappointment. Their biggest problem was the technical recipe errors. Vanilla and filet Mignon do not pair well and the scallops were so salty that we couldn’t even continue after one bite. The braised short ribs were tender but paired with undercooked carrots and cauliflower. The herb mashed potatoes were dry and mashed without butter or cream and garnished with a pinch of herbs. The most disappointing thing is that we paid nearly $ 500 and our dog will be the one finishing our left overs. Chef & Food Critic Amanda

This was one of the best meals that I have had in Florida. I had the grilled fish special served with beet quinoa and pistachio yogurt. It was a perfect combination visually and in flavors. It was a beautiful night and we ate on the outside patio. It was wonderful.

Food was expensive and just ok. Portions were good, but taste was not amazing for the price. Service was just ok also. Fish and lobster had weird texture. Very fishy taste, even with the bread

Elegant. Tasteful wine and menu selection. Ordered the braised short ribs — cooked to perfection! A bit heavy on the cauliflower, but still delicious. Service was above average, ambiance a bit loud. All in all, worth the $$$.

I went for dinner this past week. I have certainly had other delicious food. But collectively as an entire meal this was probably the best experience I have ever had in my entire life. I am NOT a foodie, but I have had fine dining on occasion. We had the Brussels sprout, the lobster macaroni, I have a habit scallops and for dessert we had the bread pudding and the smores I live in Harlem so I don’t get down to West Palm Beach very often but the next time I do I am definitely going back!

Lobster Mac & Cheese… enough said I don’t know if it’s the truffle oil or what, but the person who created this unique recipe should be congratulated

This establishment was wonderful. The ambience was pleasant, without being overly pretentious. The food was was wonderful, as well. The brisket tacos, as an appetizer, were so well flavored. The Wagyu spare ribs were incredibly tender and almost literally melted in my mouth. The ancho chile margarita was quite palatable and creative. I also enjoyed the fact that the valet parking was complimentary(please tip!). I will be returning, when I feel like spending a pretty penny on great food!

We dinned here on Feb 3, with a group of about 15. Most of the staff were very courteous and friendly. We were at the outdoor patio and most of us were milling about and ordered cocktails before we sat down for dinner. We literally had to hunt down our waiter to order our drinks. Then it took a long time for the drinks to arrive and he got my drink wrong. Ok, maybe he was frazzled by the large group. For my entrée, I ordered the Smoked Waygu Spare Ribs. I assume that the ribs were so dark in color was because they were smoked slow and low. Nope. They were tough and undercooked. Very disappointing. The meat did not fall off the bones. I even had a hard time using my knife to get the meat off. Since I was a guest at this dinner party, I chose not to complain about the food. The special appetizer of tuna tartare was spot on, thought. Very fresh and well balanced. I could eat that all night long. The calamari was also very good. There are just too many competitions in the area to make it a re-visit.

My favorite restaurant in WPB. Everything is amazing. My favorite is the lobster mac and cheese which is shown as a starter however, it is plenty for one. The octopus is the best I have ever had. Such a classy restaurant with down to earth staff. Love, love, love this place!

I came here for brunch and it was amazing! The ambience was nice too! It has such a clean sea house like interior with a map for a ceiling! I can’t say much for the lunch or dinner but definitely brunch! I had the omelette of the day which involved lobsters! The french toast from this place was heavenly, probably could induce a diabetic coma but it’s worth it! They deep fried the toast and covered it in corn flakes, drizzling it with syrup and covering it with powdered sugar! It was decadent! The kale salad was delightful and I finished off with a key lime pie! It was so fluffy! Overall, I’m excited to try out the dinner here too!

The ambience was really nice. The waiter was knowledgeable and patient with my party of 8. I ordered the Grouper with the Quinoa Salad. The Grouper was very good but the salad could have been better. I would definitely visit again.

I heard a lot of hype this is the third tie I have eaten here. The wagu ribs were dried out but the yellow tail was fantastic. The sides of truffle fries and Brussels sprouts were fantastic. Our server Israel was wonderful. Surprised that they would screw up the ribs. Drinks were well done. Octopus appetizer was spoiled by grits!!! My celebrity seem a non factor. Thank goodness. I will come here for the fish.

Table 26, was one of the best places I ate out at for a very long time. I Probably ate a little too much but it was worth it. The atmosphere was warm and inviting with Eddie welcoming you with a friendly smile. The food was yummy especially the dessert!

My husband and I decided to break from our usual dining options, and try Table 26. We will definitely be incorporating this fabulous restaurant into our future choices, as it was such a wonderful experience. The hostesses were engaging and prompt to seat us. They were at the door upon our arrival, instead of flirting at the bar or on their phones… a common activity for Palm Beach hostesses :). I never saw these ladies not doing their jobs… even when the evening was coming to a close. As a teacher, I can’t help but watch whether people are working. Occupational hazard! :) The General manager was courteous and made sure we were comfortable after we were seated. My husband and I observed his skill at directing traffic amongst the restaurant’s staff. We were very impressed. The restaurant is hip and well appointed. Unlike other places in Palm Beach, it didn’t feel crowded… although they were busy on a Friday night. Our server, Cassandra, was both personable and attentive. She had just the appropriate mix of professionalism while also being herself. We will most definitely be requesting her upon future visits. The menu choices were unique AND delicious. Although the food was innovative and eclectic in style, you couldn’t help feeling like you were eating a home cooked meal. We LOVE that… It just so happened we ended up chatting with the tables next to us, who happened to be the owner and executive chef who were dining with family. They were very friendly and I felt like they truly cared about the quality of their patrons’ dining experience. For me, that is very important when adding a restaurant into my regular rotation. Had a lovely and romantic evening with my husband… which means a bunch to us… so I have to give this restaurant the best review possible! :)

Working in New York City, I love to find creative food joints when I come down to west palm. I was lucky enough to first eat here last fall when they featured their autumn menu. The menu is based off of the harvest and fresh ingredients of the current season. I was mesmerized by the masterpiece of a veggie platter they put together. The ingredients really are the star and focus of the dish. The home made biscuits with jam won my heart. The fish dishes are incredible as well as the salads. The staff is always friendly and the outdoor patio is adorable. This is a really special place and my go to restaurant when taking out a friend. Creative, fresh, but still comforting

Absolutely horrified. I had reservations here for my great aunt’s 90th birthday party. We were told they could accommodate 13 people at a long table, and were excited to eat there at 6:30. First, someone messed up the timing. We got a call at 6PM asking where we were, even though our reservation was confirmed twice for 6:30. Upon arrival, they told us we had to be out by 8:15. They then proceeded to bring us to 3 separate tables, and said they cannot accommodate parties of 13 all together… that they never would have promised this! The restaurant was fairly empty at this point, and they refused to move tables around or do anything to accommodate us so that we could sit all together. Your GM, David, was completely despicable to my party. He told us to take it or leave it, and told my grandmother«he is done with us and that is that.» He also stated that«He didn’t ruin our time — we did» That is the example of your hospitality. The 13 of us left, with 6 people in our party over the age of 85, to go??? We will never be returning & are completely disgusted by this service.

Why did it take so long… Wow. That is my main thought this morning as I think back to the meal we enjoyed last night at Table 26. How on earth could Ed Schmidt and his team have this place open for so long and we had not been there before? Sure, it’s a bit of a hike from Jupiter to West Palm Beach for dinner but I am certain it will now be a trip that we make often. I am embarrassed to consider myself a «foodie» and this was my first stop at this gem. Shame on me. The incredible thing is we didn’t even have a meal. It really was a night we weren’t going to be out as I tried giving away two tickets to a show that I am glad went unclaimed. We went, had a wonderful time, decided to try Table 26 and sat down at a relatively early 6:30. Those who know me, know I am a sucker for good service and margaritas and as soon as Stephanie arrived at the table and described the Ancho Chilie Margarita things were already looking good. We reserved a table on the covered patio and it was perfect. Every inch of the space, both inside and out, is very well done from both a design and construction standpoint. The staff, each and every one was friendly and efficient. This was a real find. But what about the food? We started ordering the Beef Brisket Tacos from Steven’s Fall Menu under the«Shares» section. It really was our only mistake of the night. You see Stephanie said we might think about adding a taco as there were three to an order and this would give us each two. We didn’t listen. I didn’t listen. I should have. We should have. We lived in Scottsdale for almost 9 years. We love quality south of the border food. Let me tell you these little tacos were sublime in every way. The preparation, the plating, the taste. They were served with a jalapeño corn salsa, a red chile sauce and crème fraîche that made this a special treat. We should have ordered four. Or more. Then Stephanie arrived back at the table and was holding this basket of bread. I told Lisa it might have been the best bread I have ever enjoyed at a restaurant… anywhere. Hot out of the oven it was almost a cross between a roll and a gougere and I was thankful that later in the evening we would be so lucky to score another basket. I was in heaven. The tacos were so good it did not take us long to put in another order from the«Shares» menu and soon a plate of Shrimp and Grits was on the way. We learned our lesson the first time and when Stephanie again suggested we might add a shrimp to make it even, we did not hesitate. Wow. Here we go again. Amazing flavors, quality shrimp that had been blackened just perfectly set on a bed of sweet corn grits with a little tomato confit. We looked at each other and wondered just why we had never been here before. It was very, very, tempting to order another taco and shrimp«Share» but we ventured in to the«Field» section of the menu. We opted for a Chinese Chicken Salad served with a spicy peanut sesame sauce that was delicious. We also ordered the Calamari«Pad Thai» which came with an amazing lime and soy/ginger mayo. We hadn’t even ventured into the sections of the menu titled«Water», «Land», «Hands» or «Sides». We hadn’t really even had dinner but we did save a little room for desert. Knowing we were soon heading to a show we didn’t want to be too full so we split the bread pudding with caramelized banana, dulce de leche ice cream and a stupendous caramel sauce that was worth each and every calorie. The Table 26 «Irish» coffee was the perfect accompaniment and I must say we just found a new«favorite» restaurant. Next time we order wine, entrees, the works. And we will add the 4th taco just to make things fair. Fins up…
