Christopher Stephens Salon

I have been going there three times over the past half year. It has been difficult for find a good salon with reasonable price. Kristen has been amazing! She is very cool and friendly. I recently decided to cut my hair short after having 20 yrs of long hair. She did perfect and I feel transformed!

Terrible customer service! They could not care less about how they treat their customers.
I called to set up an appointment and simply asked what the rankings of the stylists were. The woman who answered the phone, Lisa, refused to respond to my simple question and kept telling me to look at the website. After being dismissed multiple times, I hung up the phone out of frustration. I called again to speak to a manager and the second person that answer the phone, Lauren, was only interested in arguing with me about the experience that I had and thwarting my request to speak with the manager. I was told a manager would call me back later. I gave them the number to reach me three times. They clearly had no regard for my concern as they did not take down the number and I was never called back. I have been going to this salon for a very long time and I will not be going back again.
There are other places to get a good haircut. It’s not worth dealing with the people there.

Have been a client for many years never ever had a bad cut color or styling. Lovely relaxing atmosphere and I leave feeling so beautiful. Nikki does amazing mani and pedis and Chris always takes great care when applying my straightener. Would never think of going anywhere else

The owner and Brianna discriminated against my mom who is elderly. She has been going there for many years and always tipped generously. They were told numerous time that she has mild Alzhemer’s and needs morning or early day appointments. They insisted on scheduling her at almost 5 pm. They treated her cruelly and shamefully. The elderly live all around that area. We have mentioned what happened to other residents of the same age bracket, who are appalled. I don’t think they will return there. They told her she can’t come back and she was very upset. They only care about the money.

A few months ago I’d had my hair cut by Breann and was well pleased with the results. A few months later I went back, having scheduled a cut in advance. There was a scheduling snafu and it seemed like Breann wouldn’t be available. Seeing my disappointment, the management stepped in and made adjustments and hooray, I had a second great haircut with Breann. This salon really went the extra mile to make sure I had a good experience, so impressive!

Kiersten messed up my hair badly, really horrible highlights, that I had to redo and pay again, with wasted time, frustration and money. And no, I didn’t get any refund at all. If it was my salon, I would refund and redo for free, since I had to waste more time and driving far.

Breeann has been my hairstylist for over 2 years. I love the way she does my hair. She listens to what I want and is able to translate it into a look. She is a fabulous colorist — I get compliments on my hair color all the time, even from Palm Beach clients! And she cuts it in a way that I can style every time. Most importantly, she knows the meaning of loyalty. Had a scheduling conflict and was afraid I could not get my hair done in time for an im portant event. Breeann worked it out so that she could do my hair for me in time for the event. She is just one of the stellar hairdressers at Christopher Stephens. I love going to the salon. They are professional, chic and on top of the cuirrent trends. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, not snooty, but has a definite uptown New York or South Miami feel. Love them!

I am a businessman with thinning hair. Stephen took the time to ask about what I needed and planned how to make it happen. I can’t say enough about how professional he was and how great a job he did! I travel extensively and this was the best haircut I have ever had!

I tend to only post reviews on Unilocal when I am over the top impressed. This is not an easy thing to achieve where I’m concerned, and yet here I am again, ready to sing some praises.
Having been to some of the «best» (read most expensive and highly touted) salons in the country, and been cut/​colored/​highlighted, etc… by the «best» stylists at said salons, I can say without question that the word «best» actually does apply to Breann at Christopher Stephens Salon. Breann is a one-​stop stylist with exceptional skills in both cut and color. Her relaxed, easy going demeanor belies a focused perfectionism in her work that rivals my own.
The icing on the cake here is the salon itself. It has a welcoming feel brought about by a friendly staff, and a group of stylists that, clearly, not only enjoy what they do, but genuinely enjoy each other. That vibe extends to the clientele through the staff and stylists’ easy smiles and open, warm attitude.
Add reasonable pricing to all of the above and you have yourself every reason in the world to give Breann — and Christopher Stephens Salon — a try. Trust me, you will NOT regret it.

Recently got my hair done with this salon and my hair looking amazing. Unfortunately the staff isn’t so amazing. Purchased a dry shampoo product from this salon and after using it once it stopped working and the product wouldn’t spray. Returned it and got the same product thinking it would work. Again, used it once and brought it back and the staff and management was extremely rude to me and said there was nothing they could do. They told me they could offer me a new product but I would have to pay for it. They told me that there was no way I only used it once and wouldn’t help me at all. Bad business decision on their part as well as bad customer service representation. Never going back.

After years of searching for the perfect place I have been a regular at this salon and could not be happier. The service is wonderful, the stylists excellent (my family has used many, although I always see one of the two owners) and the cost reasonable. I can not recommend this salon highly enough.

Both Nikki and Breann are both amazing! I just moved here from DC and worked for Loreal for years therefore I have been in tons of salons and Christopher Stephens is a must!

Excellent salon with top notch service! Nicki is an awesome stylist… sheer genius. It’s the type of salon that you can very easily become a regular as it is modern and very clean with an eager to please staff.

The blow dries here are amazing. But today I think I’ll give my hairdresser’s arms a break. Color is always amazing. Cut looks cute. I also love my eyebrow doctor here, she reshaped me. Will be back because it is clean and friendly.

Breann is AMAZING! Needed a new stylist when moved to FL and did I sure go to the right place. I’ll admit I’m super picky about my hair an I’ve always had this ideal blonde that I’ve just never seemed to be able to achieve and on my first visit Breann nailed it! She understood exactly what I was looking for say and chatted with me to make sure I would get exactly what I wanted. Extremely sweet and talented stylist!

Good salon, impossible to get an appointment with the top two stylists… which is really stupid. Why are they even advertised as stylists if you cannot get an appointment with them?
Kiersten did my hair and she did a good job. She wasn’t very adventurous but she is precise. Overall I was very happy with the cut and pleased with the color.

Perfect job of my blonde color. Its hard to get the right color with no brassy tones. The lady that did it is leaving in November but they assure me I will have a suitable replacement. I can’t verify that yet but I am hopeful it’s as good as she was. Very reasonable prices. Beautiful salon.

This salon is so consistently great. I always receive excellent color services and I’ve never been happier with my color! The interior is beautiful, organized and clean. All of the staff are professional, helpful and friendly — and they all seem really happy to be there! I’ve found this to be rare in salon settings I’ve experienced in the past. The salon also has a huge selection of products to choose from. Highly recommended. Ask for Chris.

I had the most amazing experience today. I’m in transition from New York to Brazil and I desperately needed my dark roots addressed considering my hair is bright blonde and my natural hair color is really brown. BRITTANY is phenomenal– for an unbelievably low price I left the salon completely happy with my roots completely matching the rest of my highlighted hair, not to mention the haircut that was over the top great.
