Heaping plate of tasty Pad Thai for lunch for $ 9. Whaaat? On top of that I was initially planning on ordering a sushi roll but the waiter told me to wait because of large portion sizes. Whaaat? Love it. Totally authentic funky place.

This restaurant is amazing! I ordered the JA Bomb roll and it was seriously the best. I love sushi and have tried many of the«popular» sushi restaurants and this one is top notch. If you are coming to town PLEASE skip sushi jo and kabuki and just come here

My go to for take out! Amazing fried rice and pad Thai… Wonderful service too if you are eating in. The green salads are fantastic too, not the iceburg with watery dressing like most places. Would absolutely recommend

Pat gogo is a small lowkey restaurant on palm beach lakes. I came here for one thing, sushi, I love sushi, & nothing excites me more than trying a new hotspot. Firstly, the place is nice & modern looking & the staff is completely adorable. We ordered three rolls, the volcano, nut about eel, & deluxe sp tuna roll. Very tasty sushi, I enjoyed every bite. They were all fresh & moderately priced, worth it in my opinion. When I’m feeling sushi again I’ll remember this place as it wont be the last time I show up.

This place is not all that. We ordered take out. Spicy Tuna Roll… was really warm and falling apart. The taste was almost metallic-y, it wasn’t spicy at all. And it looked more like just plain tuna inside a poorly made sushi. Mexican Roll… Nothing Mexican about it. There was just an off taste about it. You couldn’t taste the jalapenos and it wasn’t spicy either. It didn’t taste fresh and it seemed like it had been put under a warmer, because it was way too warm for sushi. Definitely will not reorder.

Hidden gem in a hidden area. Our friend recommended this place a few weeks ago in search of a new Thai/Sushi place. The husband and wife duo does such an amazing job serving their customers with great food and service. From their delicious soups, Thai and Sushi dishes… all hands down delicious! Oh and try their Thai Tea Tiramisu… not sure if it was a dessert menu or special but it was nothing but YUM!

This is one of the best kept secrets of Palm Beach. I am a sushi connoisseur and am always in search of better. The restaurant is owned and run by a Thai Japanese couple who are young and hip. The sushi is simply the best in south Florida. Beats out sushi Simon and Echo. The Thai flavors are evolved and everything speaks of a new generation in food evolution

Sushi AND Thai food? I was definitely a bit skeptical about dining at a Japanese/Thai fusion restaurant, but my friends and I decided to give it a try based on the awesome reviews. We came on a Saturday night and they weren’t super busy that night, but the restaurant was over half full. We were seated right away, and we tried: –Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice(Crispy Rice Topped w/Spicy Tuna, Thin Sliced Jalapeño, Wasabi Cream, Tobiko w/Eel Sauce, $ 10, ): Pretty good, but the crispy rice patty was a bit too thick for me. However, it had a good crisp on the outside. –Hamachi Jalapeño($ 10, ): The hamachi was fresh, and we would have liked this dish more if we hadn’t been spoiled by Buccan’s version, which was delicious. However, this is a solid dish, and I would recommend it for any hamachi lover. –Deluxe Salmon Roll(Salmon, Cream Cheese, Asparagus, Topped w/Avocado, Seared Salmon, Wasabi Cream, Tobiko, Eeel Sauce, $ 13, ): Yum, this was a solid Americanized style sushi roll, and I enjoyed the combination of different ingredients. –Pad Thai w/Shrimp($ 16, ): This was a solid version of pad thai, although a tiny bit on the salty side. They have a wet version, and I like the dry version more, but this was still good and satisfied my pad thai craving. I would get this dish again. Service was good, and our food came out pretty quickly. This is a solid place to go for either Japanese or Thai food, and I would come back if I lived in the area. Parking can be a bit tough since they don’t have a ton of spots close by, and share the lot with an Indian restaurant that seemed pretty busy. However, there are spots available towards the end of the parking lot.

Great modern clean atmosphere, supper friendly staff/owners and best part food is amazing! They make unique mashups, that taste incredible. Every week there’s something new and different. The sushi was addictive, just ask what’s popular. Seriously this place is a gem, I highly recommend!!!

This husband and wife team are simply fantastic! We miss this place immensely when we’re away. The husband is the chef and the wife is server and hostess. They make a perfect team. We sat at the bar quite a bit and we once asked him what makes him his sushi so good. He said«Attention to detail and caring about what you do» Simple and elegant, just like this restaurant. The sushi is high grade, and made with the utmost care and attention to detail. His motto is definitely reflected in his work. They now have an in house sake maker who makes everything from jalapeño sake to cinnamon apple sake. YUM! This is my favorite sushi place on the east cost of Florida. If you’ve got a sushi hankering and you’re in the neighborhood, this is your place!

Let me first say, we went there for sushi, we just moved here and thought this would be our go to sushi spot. I wanted to love it, it is right down the road from my husbands work. We were so excited. We love the setting, the chairs are comfy. Very nice people. Our expectations were high based on the reviews. Sadly, the quality of the sushi, or maybe it was the cut, just didn’t meat our expectations. Still looking for our local sushi place. Note: We have had some of the best sushi we have ever eaten at a sushi spot in St Petersburg, so we have very high expectations.

Ambiance/décor-4 Service-4 Food-4 Strikeouts-0/3 This place hit all the right spots for food and service. It was quick service by the waiters, but long waits for the food(chefs were slow). It was definitely worth it though! Although rolls aren’t necessarily authentic Japanese food, I can appreciate when people do it right and this place does it RIGHT!!! Not only the rolls, but the pad Thai was done really well. The sauce on the pad Thai was on the sweeter side and was not dressed lightly either! It was heavy on the sauce and heavy in all other ingredients. The whole pad Thai platter was well executed and tasted like perfection. We also got a spicy lobster roll from happy hour and it was also dressed well with sauce. The presentation was not a joke either. They showed a full lobster tail used as the core and every bite was full of lobster. One of thee signature dishes was pat go go tuna tataki, and it did not only have a fantastic crispy exterior, but also flying fish row, some sauce, and fresh cucumbers to mix it all up. Simply delicious and done like no other restaurants has done. Please, if you’re in the area, check it out and try their unique dishes. Everything I ordered was worth it!

Our«let’s go out and feel fancy» go to sushi place, tucked away in a unassuming little shopping center. Delicious fresh seafood, with some very unique roll choices and daily specials that always manage to impress. Some of the best nigiri I’ve come across in South Florida. The restaurant itself is very small with only around 7ish tables as well as bar counter seating, but makes up for its small size with lots of pizzazz and Asian flair. It’s owned by an adorable married couple(you’ll notice if you pay attention that they often wear matching clothes and it’s so sweet!!) who clearly work really hard, and are always very polite. Now back to their food, which is of course is why you are here… Honestly It’s just really good. Fresh ingredients, well thought out rolls, as well as always beautiful presentation. The owner Pat obviously takes great pride in his sushi making skills and it shows in all his food. Also this places Thai iced tea is out of this world diabolical!!(This coming from someone who is quite the connoisseur of Thai iced tea) Go there If you haven’t, I promise you won’t regret it and if you do you are probably just dumb anyway!

Food was very good and fresh. The fried chicken dumplings were a nice little twist to the regular dumplings you see everywhere else. I highly recommend the tempura JB roll, eel California roll and Anna salmon roll. Portions are good size. Service was awesome. No complaint in this area about that. Prompt, fast, helpful and funny. Definitely would come back for sure and would recommend for anyone to try it out if you’re in the area

A friend and I were making plans one Saturday night and we decided we wanted some really good sushi. She lives in WPB but neither of us was familiar with the area as far as sushi goes, so she let me figure out where to eat(obviously lol). Thanks to Unilocal I found Pat Gogo. It’s run by a sweet couple, Chef Pat and Ann. It’s fairly new but had some great reviews so we decided to take a chance and go. Best decision! The sushi was awesome! I made a reservation just in case and when we arrived we were seated immediately by Ann. She was so nice and suggested we start with the pineapple sake they make, which we eagerly agreed to LOL! It was delicious! We decided to start with the tuna tower appetizer. It had a ton of tuna and it was served with these yummy fried wonton chips. It was a nice way to start. I read other reviews that you could tell Chef Pat the types of fish/sushi you prefer and he will customize special plates for you based on that. My friend and I were feeling adventurous so we decided to let him create 2 custom plates for us. I am so glad we did this because not only was the presentation beautiful but we were scraping the plates clean! It really was that good. The fish was so fresh and he did not skimp at all, sometimes I needed to take two bites of a roll just to finish it. My favorite was this cucumber wrapped roll which I have never had before but I really loved it. And he also added this super spicy sauce that we both fought for as we were eating haha! Note to self… ask for extra next time ;) The restaurant is very modern and clean. I think it has only been open 6 months or so. The prices were not high at all considering the quality and service, I was very surprised. We definitely will be back for sure!
