Food was absolutely delicious! Healthy options and very filling. I mean this might be my new favorite restaurant. I got the salmon with grilled veggies and the shrimp cocktail, both were AMAZING!

Food is pretty good, seafood is kind of hard to mess up. The Ambiance is overall acceptable clean for the most part. The only downside and only reason I gave it a 1 star was the cashier helping me out name I believe was crispin, terrible customer service not informative. It was my first time there and he didn’t explain anything to me and when I asked him about the different seasonings he immediately rolled his eyes gave me a ton of attitude the whole entire time. Even tried to insult my intelligence. This seafood spots downfall will be due to him or hiring employees like him. Will not be coming here again solely based on this employees customer service

Taco Tuesday 6÷6÷16 Fish Tacos look good on the outside. But the inside are not that great. Then again, what can you expect for 1 $.

Never coming back here again. They’re customer service is horrible. I waited 45 min for my food people that were coming after me we’re getting all of their food and I wasn’t. I let the manager know I didn’t even get an apology of any sort. All she asked was«do you have your visa for a refund.» Thanks a lot. Not to mention I saw my shrimp cocktail sitting there for 20 min. So rude they suck I’ll never come back.

Been coming for the last 3 days because of their happy hour. 50% off apps and small bites I’ve tried the chicken, steak skewers and the ahi poke as well as the clam chowders here during happy hour. My server today was Hope, she’s friendly and noticed I’ve been coming for a few times. That tells you they pay attention to heir guests. Over all pretty good so far

I came here on a Tuesday for Taco Tuesday! They have a fish taco deal for a dollar on Tuesdays. You can order as many as you want, NO limit! Go ham! I ordered a few. I thought the fish was okay, not as fresh as I’d hope and more batter. I can’t really complain for the price. I wasn’t too big on the tortilla either, it wasn’t what I am used to. Despite everything, I still think it is a great deal. I would totally come here for happy hour and taco tuesday deals!

This is one of my top forty favorite restaurants nationwide, and a great value. A little Asian, Mexican, Hawaiian… Oooh it’s Californian! New menu, hence the review update. PFG opened about 6 years ago and it became my top choice for lunch or dinner whenever I was in town. Over the years it has consistently shown high standards in hygiene, quality, value and service. The owner/manager makes sure that each diner is satisfied to ensure quality control in the kitchen. If your plate is left unfinished, he wants to know why so he can nip problems in the bud. He is so charming and sincere you don’t feel uncomfortable; instead you feel appreciated as a customer. They still have the tasty brown rice and hyper-fresh ingredients. The tacos are made with corn tortillas and not fried, so still a healthy choice. My favorite fish, grilled swai, is no longer on the menu. Today I had their new appetizer: Ahi Poke. Delicious! I also sampled a chicken burrito I ordered for my son. He finds the secret sauce too spicy, and doesn’t care for beans, so without them, the end result is too bland for my taste, but he loves the mix of chunks of grilled chicken, seasoned white rice, and the grilled veggies. The excellent condiment bar fixes all. Their mild salsa is truly mild(if a bit too watery) and the spicy tartar sauce(no pickles in this) has some serious authority without being thermonuclear. Adding two sides is a great value. I like to order brown rice and black beans, and then cover them with salsa and the spicy tartar sauce. Yum! You can fill up on a fish taco and two sides. I didn’t order any French fries today, but they were astoundingly delicious in the past. The new sweet potato fries might be just as yummy. I have to wait to order either of them until I have someone to share them with, or I’ll eat the entire order. The ambiance is still upscale with moderately loud current hits pop music, nice upholstery, white china, and metal flatware. Modern art with a marine theme and two flat screens for blasting sports. There’s no linen or carpeting to cut noise. The floors are painted concrete(clean, just worn through by scrapes from chair legs). It’s a great choice for a first face-to-face with an OK Cupid meet, but not for a romantic date night. I was disappointed the one time I ordered wine. It was not tasty or cheap. Maybe stick with beer if you drink it. Service: excellent for an(order, pay, and take a number first) sit-down restaurant. Indoor and outdoor tables are bussed and cleaned quickly. Oh, and the cashier/servers are more than averagely friendly and helpful. It helps to peruse the menu(on-line, I think) before you arrive because there’s a little pressure to order quickly due to the line. PFG can be busy at lunch and dinner rushes, not least due to a big take-out business. A big screen pointed at you lists your order with all your preferences allowing visual verification of accuracy before you hand over the plastic. Very helpful to those of us who are ADD and going deaf!

People posting bad reviews because they have to wait for their food lmao. I look at it this way… If the line is long then they must be serving some delicious food. My husband, son and I came in on a Tuesday(taco tues) and we ordered some crispy fish tacos, two grilled salmon tacos and one shrimp taco. My son got the fish and chips which is surprising because he’s a «chicken strips/cheeseburger type of kid. Now the results Crispy fish tacos: they don’t come with any sauce just a little salsa and tomato sand cabbage. We added our own flavor to them. Some sea salt, salsa and spicy tarter sauce so good. Grilled salmon tacos: it’s was really good but not my favorite. Overall I can’t wait for the next taco Tuesday!!!

Came here for dinner with my dad and wow so good!!! This is a great healthier choice of fast food style restaurant. They have everything from shrimp cocktails to skewers and tacos. I ordered a shrimp and chicken skewer with humus and grilled zucchini. It was delicious! The veggies are huge and grilled to perfection. I would definitely come back here oh and they also have my favorite beer, ballast point SCORE! Also this is a very casual restaurant and Customer service is great! Very friendly staff.

So I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while now. Since my boyfriend doesn’t like fish, I finally took the plunge while I was errand running this afternoon. I got there and my first impression was that the place looked really nice. The variety of items they had kept me staring at the menu for a while. Finally I decided on the grilled catfish with Cajun sauce with hummus + grilled zucchini(my order already came with pita bread). The manager, who was noticeably really involved, also gave me a free drink. Now for me, this is where they lost the five star rating. Mind you I went during lunch hour and I expected it to be busy. BUT it took me 20 minutes to get my TOGO order. That’s a little long for my preference. When I asked about my order, one of the employees helped me with my order. When I finally got home to try the food, I was NOT disappointed. The fish was so meaty. The zucchini was cooked well. ANDOMGTHEHUMMUS. Couldn’t go wrong. So as a tip, call in your order if you’re going to order yours to go. It will save you some time. I hope the employees would take after the manager and be more friendly, but that’s just a suggestion. Will I go back? YES.

Used to come for their taco tuesday deal, but noticed the tacos are usually mostly batter, not really a lot of fish. The sides are good tho, especially their fries… its battered so it’s extra crispy and flavorful.

Pacific Fish Grill is in the Eastland Center on the side of Barranca St. It is located next to The Habit and across from Islands. Parking is a bit weird but doable — you can choose to park across Dollar Tree or across the street by Islands, both of which require you to cross the street. There is disabled parking right in front of Dollar Tree. Besides the indoor seating, there is outdoor seating with umbrellas and heaters depending on the weather situation. Their heaters add a nice touch when you dine outside during the evenings. Service is very excellent at this location. You go up to order your food and serve yourself at the salsa bar and soda machine. The salsa bar has lemons, cilantro, jalapeño, butter, shrimp cocktail sauce, tartar sauce, spicy tartar sauce, and salsa. In addition to the soda machine, there are different iced teas and lemon water. Indoors, there are booths and chairs. They serve your food to you and clean up after you leave, tip is not required(but you can!). They have great deals during the week, like Taco Tuesday’s, All Day Happy Hour Monday’s, and Happy Hour Wednesday-Friday from 3−6pm(no happy hour during Lent Friday’s). For Taco Tuesday’s, they have $ 1 Crispy Fish tacos, $ 2 Chicken or Steak tacos, $ 3 Mahi Mahi, Salmon, or Crispy Shrimp tacos; and half off beer and wine. For Happy Hour, there is half off beer and wine, appetizers, and small bites. Their wine and beer list: Red wines — Cabernet, Merlot, Pinot Noir White wines — Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, and White Zinfandel Draft beer — Apocalypse IPA, Shock Top, Goose Island IPA, Modelo, Stella, Corona Lite Bottled beer — Bud Light, Pacifico, Corona, Modelo, Widmer Hefeweizen They put new menu items and specials on the board by the register. They changed up their menu a bit, taking some things out and adding a few more items. Some menu items went up $ 1, but most are still the same price. If you sign up for their email subscription, they email coupons from time to time. Whenever I visit, the food is always good and always consistent. Service is very quick, even when it gets packed on Taco Tuesday’s or during Happy Hour. I haven’t had anything here I haven’t throughly liked and enjoyed.

I’ve been coming here for a few years and the wait has been getting worse every time I come. This will be the last time I visit. Minimum 35min food wait and when it all comes out expect 1 plate to be cold. Food is good but the kitchen is way to small to accommodate this huge location… I’ll miss you pacific fish grill.

Had a crispy fish burrito and calamari appetizer. Not a good idea to come here when you’re starved because it takes them almost 40 minutes to get your food cooked and served. They got our burritos but totally forgot the calamari. I had to get up and ask. And they hadn’t cooked it because no one told the cook! We did demand our money back for it and the«substitute» manager kindly obliged. Her excuse: they’re short one cook and the real manager is on vacation today. Don’t get me wrong; the food was great once we got it. This place is fairly crowded for a Friday lunch, but they should already have a good system going.

I ordered a grilled shrimp and fish taco. The shrimp taco was better than the fish taco. This place kind of reminds me of Rubios tacos but pricier. They serve beer here. I would say this place is good but not great

I live near by so this place is a regular for me. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and nothing has ever disappoint. If you’re looking for authentic Mexican food this isn’t your place it’s a fusion between many different cuisines. There tacos are delicious with an excellent happy hour options. Hands down my favorite thing to order is a plate with whatever grilled fish I want. Don’t forget a side of garlic butter! Pros * great service * great food * inexpensive Cons * inconsistency

I think this place is solid if you’re looking for grilled/fried fish. +Food. Fish is fresh and cooked well. The seasonings taste good. We ordered catfish and salmon and both were tasty. For sides we had black beans(giant bowl that no one can finish by themselves), salad(typical house salad, nothing special), mashed potatoes(a-ok), and grilled vegetables(again a-ok). Surprisingly the pita bread was really good. I never think of Pita with fish but I think it tasted pretty good together. –Service. This was a little tough. Everyone was really nice but they got out order wrong. Then they ran out of a particular fish and kept offering to substitute a cheaper fish. Once we got our new order in, they messed up that order. So overall, going to say poor service. +Price. Not bad for fish. About $ 20 for two people.
