My friend come here and get pedicure & mani she’s love it. Is very clean shop & very relax. She’s will be back .!!

We were walk-​ins and were seen right away for 2 pedicures and a gel manicure. The atmosphere was very soothing with its European décor and elevator-​style music playing in the background. The massage chairs have several options to chose from including recline/​incline and forward/​back which makes a huge difference for us shorter folks. I was offered a complimentary glass of wine and the Deluxe Pedicure was so relaxing. The lotion scrub smelled so good and the warm towels felt absolutely amazing.
I never felt rushed, in fact they really took their time maybe 45 minutes of massages and pampering before they even started grooming my nails. I have no other local places to compare this establishment to, but in comparison with places in Virginia, Texas and Hawaii this is easily at the top.
Now, with that being said, even though my experience was good the person who came with me pretty much sat waiting with feet in soaked water for about 40 – 45 minutes before even starting. We even joked how his feet looked all wrinkled like an old man’s that’s how bad it was. They really need to hire more people. With only 2 workers to answer phones and provide every service on the menu, the wait is extremely long, I guess we just got lucky with timing.
During my pedicure they quoted an hour wait to three walk ins and booked several phone appointments an hour out which tells me when these people come in they’ll prob be waiting for them to finish up the lobby wait. I can see how different people can have very vast experiences at this place. Hiring more staff would easily make this place a 5-​star establishment.

I had a great experience going here to get a pedicure. The old lady who did my toes was very nice and even offered a base coat to put behind the sparkle nail polish that I had chosen. There is a gorgeous chandelier in the salon and the atmosphere is peaceful. I will definitely be going back in two weeks.

I had one of the worst experiences here I have ever had while getting my nails done. A women walked out while I was waiting to have my nails done as the man working was being extremely rude to her. I was receiving a fill for acrylics and the man doing my nails refused to shorten them. I gave him cash as well as my debit card when paying and asked that he put the cash towards the bill and charge the rest on the card after which he proceeded to pocket the cash as his «tip» and charge the whole amount on my card. When I asked about the cash not being credited to the bill he yelled at me that he would give it back and that I should have given him a tip then slammed the money in front of me causing me to walk out as well. I would not recommend this salon!!!

I love getting my nails done at Spa Nails in Watertown. The interior décor is absolutely stunning and the nail technicians are so friendly and accommodating! If you are looking for a place to get your nails done on a regular basis, Spa Nails is the #1 place to go!

Very nice pedicure for the price. Very relaxing salon. I was not harassed the whole time to upgrade my selection. Really enjoyed the massage, hot towels, and mud mask with the $ 35 deluxe pedi.

This salon is very clean and well kept. However, it was very clear that they were just interested in getting you out of there. I paid for a deluxe pedicure but received what would be considered on the bad end of a standard pedicure elsewhere. I also got the gel polish but it wasn’t actually shellac but rather a cheaper brand and it shows. After just a week and a half it started peeling off which I’ve never experienced with gel before. It’s not the worst mani/​pedi I’ve ever had but there are a lot better places around for the same price (if not cheaper!)

Very clean and relaxing. Came in for a mani/​pedi. Only thing is I wished they massaged hands and feet longer especially when you pay extra for deluxe. They kept trying to sell me the shellac polish which I had no interest in. The man painted my nails very nicely but speaking in English in front of your clients is highly recommended.

I wanted a basic new set with polish and this salons prices were very reasonable compared to other places. My first reaction walking in was it was beautiful the way they have their set up and décor. They were a little busy since we came at the end of the day but made sure every person got serviced. Overall the customers coming in seemed like they’ve been coming to this location for awhile! I will definitely be coming back but next time i might have to have a different person do my acrylics since the gentlemen seemed like that wasn’t his main job. I am a perfectionist so I am notice the little details. Still recommend this salon!
