I called to make an appointment and was told they were booked for the day and could take my number in case anything opened up. Within 45 min I received a phone call back and Tammy said she would be more than happy to take me at 4pm. Once I arrived I realized the sign said they were closed, she stayed after her regular hours to do my hair! I was blown away by this act of kindness.
Not only was she fabulous, I loved my haircut and color after. With it being my first time she even gave me a tour of the salon.
The salon is great and I highly recommend this place for anything you might need. They do everything there, haircuts, makeup, makeup classes, massages, waxing, you name it these people can do it!

Jodi strives for nothing less than excellence when giving manicures and pedicures. She is very professional and her technique is thorough and meticulous. By far the best mani/​pedi I have gotten in the Watertown area and possibly the best I’ve received anywhere.

I just moved here from California and hadn’t been able to find a place to get a wax in months! I finally found this place and gave them a call, they fit me in an hour later. I also had Jodi she was amazing and very professional. They use a hard wax which jodi explained was a lot better because it wraps around the hair and doesn’t pull on the skin making it a much easier experience! And she was right I hardly felt anything and it was done very quickly! I strongly advice anyone looking for a good wax or giving it a try for the first time to come here! I will definitely be returning in the future.

Love this place, so far. I had my hair cut here last year when it was called «curled.» I did ask for it to be long enough to put in a bun (I’m in the Army) and it wasn’t but it was still a great haircut. Today I got a Brazilian. My second in a month and 3^rd in my life. 4 weeks ago I went all the way to Syracuse because I didn’t think there was more than one place here that did them. Jodi is awesome and you can even get her number from the front desk and text her and she texts you advice and reminders. She was extremely friendly and informative and seemed to know a lot about skin care and hair, and waxing of course. It took no time at all and overall tolerable pain. I will definitely be coming back to Jodi for all of my waxes and I’ll probably try out her nail trade too
