Waited at the door for George to check me in, we were told 15 minutes and going on 30. I flagged down George to ask a question and he said he couldn’t help me. Overall I would rate this place a zero I will b writing the cooperate office on the poor customer service and I don’t love gay they are trying to be like the Apple Store. I have watched people walk in after me and get helped, do I’m confused that maybe next time I should make an appt. I also really dislike George placing myself at a lower priority I am a paying customer.

I came in looking for a screen protector for my phone, I ended up waiting at the counter for 15 minutes while the associates helped the more important customers(those buying phones) without even so much as a greeting. I felt incredibly unimportant, and left without making a purchase, or even talking to any of the associates. I ended up buying my screen protector at the AT&T store. That’s right Verizon, you lost a sale to one of YOUR customers, to one of the leading competitors. It seems to me Verizon needs to work on their customer service as a whole. I wouldn’t recommend this store for any of your cell phone needs.

I would not even give this place a one star if I had the choice. I was around the area and wanted to buy a new phone because my phone broke. I walked into this store and while other sales associate were just standing around, they did not come to assist me. When I finally asked to purchase a new phone, I received bad customer service; the sale associate was disrespectful and made me feel unimportant. She talked to me as if I did not have the money to purchase a phone. Anger about the service, I left the store and went to another verizon store.
