I’m writing this as I sit waiting for a pedi. It better be better than the mani was.
Let me start at the beginning. I was a walk-​in on a Fri night. I asked if they could fit me in and the guy said yes. He started with the mani. He’s a terrible manicurist. Distracted. Unprofessional. And not very good at it. He had 2 iPhones out, both more interesting than my nails. Who has 2 iPhones? I probably would have have walked out if he was the pedi provider as well. But seems he’s not. I’m still waiting for that person to appear. He’s got to be the owner or manager. He was in everybody’s business.
This place is nice. The front is the mani section and the seating is surprisingly comfortable. As in all places should get these chairs and the «bar» layout.
In the back are the pedi stations. 10 of them. This place was packed. I mean stacked in. Every chair occupied. Great for them. But for those of us waiting no comments given on wait times or anything like that. Annoying. The pedi chairs were pretty good ones.
The woman who did my pedi was ok. Probably just too busy and wanted to go home on a Friday night. It was a very weird experience.
They have a long list of options. All sorts of different mani and pedi styles. For $ 15 my mani was a total ripoff. I don’t have gels or anything like that. No polish even. For $ 29 my «natural pedi» was only barely passable. Although she at least tried it seemed she did.
Update next morning — worst mani EVER. Nails rough and uneven.
Even if I lived here I would not be back. There simply must be better places in the area. But given the lines I actually wonder if there are.

I’ve been here twice each time my pedicure and manicure came out really nice; although, the workers are hard to understand since the English isn’t very well. I’m alway happy with the way their work turns out though. The atmosphere is relaxing and clean with dim lighting and warm colors.

I went here a few months ago for my first mani/​pedi since my baby was born. The pedicure was great and relaxing and my nails looked great when they were done. In fact some of the nail polish is still on my toes 4 months later. I know, gross. Lol. They were very friendly. The only 2 things that bothered me was their glass shelves were so dusty and I couldn’t stop staring at them and they seem to way over charge. I’d probably go again if I had money to throw around.

Loved my pedicure! Although my acrylics looked great they lifted after a day! The staff was friendly! If your going to get a pedicure or a simple manicure I recommend coming here but if your looking for a full set I do not recommend this place.

I went here with a friend and had the deluxe pedicure and it was a pleasant experience! She did an excellent job.

Poor service! $ 22 basically to paint my toe nails,
5 dolla extra to remove dry skin.

I love coming here! The service is great and the crew is friendly. I especially love the complimentary drinks like wine, champagne, sodas.

First, the salon is beautiful. I went there because it looked so nice from the outside.
Please don’t go inside. The man (owner?) on the right looked at my nails and didn’t know if they were real or acrylic. I couldn’t believe it. This was after I told him I wanted the acrylics removed.
Another lady then tried to pry the nails off without using acetone or anything. I’ve never been to a nail salon that hurt so much. And I have a high pain tolerance. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced pain at a nail salon until this one. I will never be back. There are other nice nail salons in Watertown. Don’t choose this one.

I went back a second time after not being as impressed as I’d hoped the first time. The shop is gorgeous, clean, and very well taken care of. A complimentary beverage is offered. The lady that did my nails was very polite and gracious.
I had to have the last set removed because the guy used two different finishes on my nails. Not to mention, I kept telling him to cut it lower and he wouldn’t, so the nails were hurting. She was very gentle with removing them. She didn’t get impatient when we are at 830p, they closed at 8p, and she was still working on my first hand.
She did a deluxe pedi and a eyebrow. Total cost was $ 75.
