A+ with my recent experience. I’m a rep and cater lots of lunches. My job depends on customers being happy. I forgot to order on Friday for Monday until Sunday afternoon. Even though I gave little notice, the manager was so helpful and friendly. He personally delivered the order the following day right on time. He made sure there were plenty of plates and utensil(usually places short me). Even better, the pizza was amazing. Everyone was so happy and thanked me multiple times for ordering from here. I ordered deep dish and thin crust vegetable. Both got rave reviews from all the people attending. I will definitely use them again for a lunch in the area. Tried them once when they first opened and was disappointed. Decided everyone deserves a 2nd chance(plus I’ve always loved their pizza). Glad I gave them another try. Different guys working there, more friendly and seemed wanting to impress. Service was good, pizza was awesome, they didn’t go cheap on ingredients or cheese, it was what I’d expect from a real Giordano’s this time. I carried out they don’t have sit down at this location. Next time I’ll try delivery and see how that goes.

so Unilocal decides to delete one of my reviews. lol(probably cuz the owner bitched about it, lmao whatever…) so here goes another try at this disgusting pizza joint.. folks this is a partial restaurant, only pickup or delivery … so they have a partial menu… lololol aside from their tasteless pizza, there bruschetta was cold and stale… the middle of the pizza wasnt fully cooked… lol how embarassing, afterall they make pizzas for a living, although not very good at it unlike malnatis down the street… malnatis will never fail you and all their dishes are awesome… skip this giordanos and look at the other 1 star reviews and you will see why this place sucks… regards, dr s

Pizza is great — no disputing that. But the delivery time is horrendous. Ordered online around 5 pm and it said the soonest they could deliver was 6:45. Ridiculous, but we went ahead with the order anyway. When 6:45 came and went, we looked more closely at the confirmation email which said it would be delivered between 7:00 and 7:15. Not ok to have online say one thing and then over ride it. 6:45 was our breaking point — had it said that online we would have ordered from somewhere else. Overall, it left a bad taste in our mouths.

Came highly recommended by our guest as the best deep dish pizza in Chicagoland… it was the worst. He was embarrassed and apologetic. We picked up the pizza and watched as it came out of the oven. Arrived home five minutes later to an expensive disappointment. He said their pizza is normally packed with oozing cheese and double the ingredients. Never again.

We were very excited to have a Giordano’s in our area and tried them out last week after receiving a coupon/announcement in the mail. One word: disappointing. The delivery was great, the online ordering idea is great, but the actual product was tasteless and disappointing. The crust was doughy and slightly undercooked and the sauce was unseasoned. We tried a thin crust and a deep dish, both were less than stellar. We’ll wait to try them again, hoping that they find their way to producing better quality once they’ve been open awhile.

New location off to a bad start. Crowd of people standing here waiting for pizzas, some ordered 2 hours ago. They weren’t ready for prime time. It’s been an hour and a half since I called in the order. I’ve been at the store for 45 minutes and they just told me they lost my order. Maybe the private equity fund that bought Giordano’s needs a big write-off?
