Good food most of the time. Pretty good service. Has been some 25 minutes wait in drive up window which is crazy!!! Panda chicken bowls are the best

If you want a quick weeknight dinner I don’t recommend this place. Sat in drive thru for 25 minutes!!! When I asked about the long wait they said it was always this long of a wait at dinner time

When I think Asian cuisine I think plate after plate after plate of delicious food. The portions that Panda Express give out are meant for children. Very small amount of chicken and an overwhelmingly large amount of rice. Not to mention the taste, I have sampled every entrée they have and none of it is near authentic. This is meant for people who are not interested in the real Asian spice and flare. Just another business like Taco Bell, claiming to be a Mexican joint but really it’s just a bunch of white dudes at a grill.

Underwhelming, to say the least. I got an ice-cream scoop sized portion of my entrée, 3 potstickers and quite a bit of(alleged) chow mein for 7 dollars. Oh yeah, they forgot my dipping sauce after I asked for it twice. Everything was rather greasy. I may be out of touch but last I checked, every Chinese food place in the universe has lunch specials. They run about 7-ish dollars. You get tea. You get a comfy booth. So what if you threw a couple extra bucks down for your server. They earned it. I have only had chain fast– food Chinese once. If this is what it entails, I’m done, that’s enough.

This would have been a five(good food, good service, quiet spot for eating) if it hadn’t have been for watching an employee, while we were eating, pick up the floor mat in front of the door(7:30pm) to head height which put the mat against the front of him(he had just served food) and proceed to fold it and hang it over the trash can right behind some customers that were eating. We know that they took note because they started turning around and looking at him and the lady that was closest started to sneeze from the dust coming from the mat. Which means it was landing on their food. He then swept the floor and then picked the mat up again and took it outside to shake it out, again this is basically the mat hanging right up against himself and then he brought it back in and laid it back down. I appreciate his trying to keep things clean, but he’s going about it all wrong. In cleaning one thing he’s getting everything else dirty, including himself and he’s serving food. If the store does close until 10:30pm and especially if it is raining cats & dogs outside, it is not necessary to pick up the floor mat. That can wait until closing when there aren’t any guests around. Just sweep the mat and floor, that’s all that is necessary. Oh, also, same kid has the cloth in his hand that he’s using to wipe down the tables drops a napkin, and bends over to pick up the napkin with the same hand that is holding the cloth which ends up with half of it on the floor which he then uses to continue wiping down tables. Ugh. Other than that this would have been a 5 star. Basically, young kids that just haven’t learned yet but SOMEBODY should be correcting/training them.

Panda Express is FASTFOOD. Faster than McDonalds, Taco Bell, all those places. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy a little bit of their Orange Chicken every once in a while. But pretty much everything is messed up somehow. The Steamed rice, while better than the fried rice, is bland and tends to have a funny texture, while the fried rice is just shoddily prepared. The chow mein isn’t really that bad, but not nearly the best. The entrees are pretty sketchy, and can vary in quality. Here’s a suggestion: find a local, smaller place, like Golden China, and stick to that. The money stays in the area, and the food is more consistent, as are the servers.

This place is consistantly good… Their Kung Pao chicken is excellent. You can get a two three or even four entrée plate, with sides like chow mein, steamed rice, fried rice and mixed vegetables. They have really good Potstickers and Spring Rolls. Best of all drive thru.
