Salomeh G. is right! I came close to becoming a victim of greg and ground up. Salomeh G. was very lucky and used instincts to avoid a major disaster. I gave close to $ 10,000 to ground up and no work was done. Absolutely nothing! I too booked an appointment with them and they never called me back to confirm a day before. I had to call them. That was my second mistake. The first was not trusting my instincts when the women at the Montgomery homeshow booth next to greg had shifty, shady eyes, as if she was hiding something. I was in dire need of a contractor so I pushed it aside. BIGGESTMISTAKEOFMYLIFESOFAR! ground up is RUNNING A SCAM! Building contractors are some of the most horrible people on earth and far worse than their reputation, ground up is at the very bottom. Just look at the BBB complaints, I do not know what the BBB is thinking by giving them a «B+». They definitely deserve something worse than an F if it exists. There are so many complaints on BBB site about ground up taking money from people and not doing any work. AVOIDATALLCOSTSPLEASE! You do not want to go through what I went through!!!

I met with them at a home show in Germantown and made an appointment to go over some work I was looking to have done. They were a no-show. A few weeks later, I received a call as a «follow-up» where I informed them of the no show and I allowed them to reschedule. Again — no show. This morning I got a solicitation email that stated«Appointment Resulted as Demoed-Not Sold» which is utter bullshit. The email also stated that it «was a pleasure to have met with me»… I have no intention of giving them any work if they can’t even show up for an appointment… then lie about it to try to get more of my time. I’ve wasted enough of my time waiting on them. UPDATE– I now get an email from them every 2 days — the SAMEDAMNEDEMAIL. I have written to them multiple times and gone to their website — they are completely unresponsive.
