We approached Piero because we own a condo in Silver Spring that we once lived in and now we live out of the state. It became too difficult to manage on my own, and we hired Piero to step into a sticky situation and ultimately follow through on an eviction of our tenants. He handled everything like a pro and is always prompt with returning calls, texts, and emails. When it comes time to sell our place instead of renting it, he’ll be the one we turn too.

I worked with Piero when looking for a place outside of DC. I was very anxious because it was my first time looking to buy and I was not sure what area would be the best for me. I wanted to have a moderate amount of space, easy access to Metro, and of course have something in my price range. Basically, what everyone wants. :) Piero is one of the most patient individuals I have met. He took his time and showed me many places, even ones I thought were not going to work out, just so he could learn more about what I wanted. I trust him completely and would recommend him to anyone looking in the area. We looked mainly in the Silver Spring area, which seemed to fit my needs the most. Good luck!

I highly recommend Piero for any real estate transaction. He helped my wife and I with a difficult decision and walked us through all of the steps. Most importantly, he never rushed us and remained patient throughout the process. He was kind, objective, and gave excellent advice during the sale of our condo in Glenmont. I’m glad we used him and will make sure my friends in the DC area know about him.

Piero was very attentive and knowledgeable, and then followed up with us again afterward to make sure we were well taken care of. We absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for an excellent realtor!

My husband and I met Piero through my parents as we began our home search. We were unsure if we wanted to rent or own so I started with rental listings Piero sent me. He was able to get me into any house I wanted to see on his list or even some I found randomly. Once we decided to go for buying a home Piero took note of what we wanted in a home within our price range. He showed us everything from the low end of our budget to the high end and everything in between. When we initially put a contract for a short sale we only went out twice to look at a couple homes and found that one. It took so long and the selling agent was so flakey we decided to keep looking. Piero took us to over 30 homes, as I texted him on a DAILY basis(sorry about that Piero) about the short sale we originally were waiting on. When I was ready to give in I decided to check the listings one more time and found a new listing that popped up. Piero immediately got me in to see it. Needless to say 6 home contracts, a pregnancy and birth, we are in our new home! Throughout our whole process Piero was soo very helpful and patient. He continuously answered my questions, concerns and comments within minutes or until he could get me an answer I was satisfied with. The first selling agent we worked with was soo terrible yet Piero kept on bugging her as much as I bugged him to get some true answers. He worked for our best interest and helped us with purchasing our very first home. I will always go to him whenever we need realtor services. He knows the area very well and is very dependable. I highly recommend him. thanks for everything Piero!

My baby brother is finally buying a house. I know, you’re probably all like«OMG, I’m totally flagging this review — this isn’t a first hand experience, and blah blah blah’…yeah. Shush, sit, and read on. While it’s true that my baby brother is the one buying the house, you need to first understand how dysfunctionally close our family is. No, not House of Lannister close you sick-o. Close, as in, we can’t make any major life decisions without everyone in the family weighing in. So, as my brother goes on his house hunt, it means that my parents and I come along. And then loudly argue over the pros and cons of the house. We nitpick at everything… from where the stairs are positioned, to the type of grass that is in the yard. Heck, once my dad and I stopped talking to each other for 3 days because he didn’t like the *way the front door opened*. YESYOUREADTHATRIGHT. It’s actually quite amazing that we are ever able to do anything. But I digress. As we go along with my beloved brother in his house hunt, our fantastic real estate agent, Piero, follows us. Patiently. ENDLESSLY patient. As in, three steps away from being canonized by the Pope kind of patient. Our agent Piero has shown us the same house 5 times, because my parents wanted to see the house during the morning and afternoon light, but oh wait, we need to come back one more time, because my mom didn’t bring her compass to ensure that the bathroom is facing north instead of west. He’s stood there(uncomfortably) as my parents and I get into impassioned arguments over the degree of slope that the backyard has, and if the slope actually rises or ends on the property line. He’s calmly re-explained what a short-sell is, for the 90th time, to my brother, who is still confused as to the difference between a short-sell and a foreclosure. Did I mention that he met us the day after Thanksgiving(while he had houseguests) to show my parents the same house for the 4th time, because they didn’t get to see the house with the *morning* light? Yeah. I know. My family is bonkers, and it’s not many agents that can keep up with our special kind of crazy. And no, my brother doesn’t have a house yet. An offer has been made and we’re just waiting for the bank to sign off. So keep your fingers crossed for us, because if my brother doesn’t get his house, poor Piero will have to endure another endless round of house hunting with us… and seriously, Piero is too nice of a guy to have to endure that. No commission can ever repay that kind of trauma.
