Water Damage Experts

We had a flood in one of our investment properties. One of the pipes burst when it was super cold last week and turned the basement into a pool… So I called my insurance company and they gave me a list of trusted providers for water damage restoration, EnviroCare was one of them and closest to the property so we called them up. They came within an hour of calling and immediately started extracting the water from the basement. The techs were very professional and explained how it works, apparently they take care of everything with the insurance company and I don’t pay anything out of pocket! That was great to learn that. I was expecting to get hit with a $ 5000 bill after the insurance is done with me.
They cleaned the water, dried the place for a few days with huge fans and dehumidifiers, then started the restoration of the walls, carpets and parts of the ceiling. They were done in exactly 6 days from the moment they arrived and started working. Even the insurance adjuster was impressed.
I hope I won’t need EnviroCare again but if I have another flood they’re the only ones I will call and recommend.
