So we were doing the usual tourist thing through City Walk when we wandered into the sock store. Tons of sox for men, women, kids etc. Lots of variety and fun stuff. It was so good we went back and bought more as gifts for our family. A pretty impressive selection. It is locally owned and operated, not a chain(three stores in LA) and they get their socks from a number of different sources. What they have done is brought together an incredible selection of merchandise that has something for everyone and every taste. Worth a visit and more important worth a purchase!!! Made our gift buying so much simpler and easy.

Prices are extremely high if you’re considering what it is — socks. Prices range from $ 12-$ 20 per pair of sock. They did have a deal for BOGO50% off. So for two pairs of socks, it would be at least $ 18. Seems a little high, but if you’re into that sort of thing, this store has a huge selection. When I walked in, there was a young girl working. No greeting and she was on her phone texting or etc. the entire time.

I love this place! I don’t really even like socks and hate wearing them, but I found a cute little pair of blue gnome socks that I just don’t want to take off. It’s like having a secret in your shoes. The checkout line here is pretty disorganized. Lots of tourists. Socks are not so cheap.

A plethora of very cute and fun socks and stockings. There are socks of quality but for the most part, they are unimpressively thin. I wouldn’t mind paying more for pairs of very cute socks of quality.

Clean, well stocked… lots of fun socks. Didn’t knock my socks off though. Sales person friendly. Tourist spot for sure.

Fun store. Tons of options for socks, leggings, etc. Can be a bit pricey so make sure you hit a sale… like the Buy 2, Get 1 Free I was fortunate to make it in for!

This is a totally cute sock store. It reminded me a little bit of the sock stores I used to go to in Japan! They had a really cool selection of unique socks, and it was fun to just look around. My sister ended up buying a bunch from the sales bin, which came in handy later when we went to the bowling alley which was also inside CityWalk because none of us had socks on. :D Prices are a little higher than your average socks, but that seems to be the running theme of CityWalk shopping.

Don’t be fooled by the all the cute socks in this place — they are cheaply made and for the price you pay, they shouldn’t fall apart in less than a monthI I unfortunately bought 5 pairs, kept the receipt and when I took them back, the girl working there was a Super Bitch and had a bad attitude and flat out refused to take back the socks! Very bad customer service here! All they care about is making the initial sale. Avoid this place whatever you do! What a Tourist Trap and a total ripoff! :o

My favorite shop at Studiowalk. Fantastic selection of fun tights! I always stock up on my thigh highs here. Good prices, too!

My name is Angie and I’m a sockaholic. I absolutely LOVE this place. It’s every sock fanatics dream come true. I’m known for having funny or fruity socks as my aunt calls em. It’s in citywalk which isn’t bad. I’d love for there to be more locations. There’s also tights dress socks and stockings. And there’s always a sale or basket with marked down socks. My favorite are the mismatched sock pairs. This place us great for gifts or just anyone who loves socks with a lil character.

I was having a crazy sock themed birthday party and this was just the place to go! I got 2 pairs of crazy socks and bought a few more for my husband! You don’t really think that socks are something you can do weird things with, but this store has it all! They even had see through socks! weird! I highly recommend them!

I was walking around Universal City Walk when I spotted this cool place that it said it is the«World’s Greatest Sock Place.» A place dedicated to cool socks… how could I resist going in here =D? I walked in and was not disappointed. There were socks of every size, shape, color and texture. Crimson red, sky blue, neon green, hot pink. you name it. Dora the Explorer, Hello Kitty, Smurfs, that’s right they got it. They have something for everyone. The prices are pretty decent and they even have a little sale bin up front. In that little bin, you can find socks that are marked off. If you are patient enough, you’ll be able to find some cool deals. I want to say that even if you’re not into socks that you will have fun in this store. It’s pretty neat to just see all the different socks. The people working here are also friendly and helpful. so if there is a sock that you’re looking for they will quickly point it out. This place is definitely a place worth to just stop by and take a look. It’s a very cool place =D

One of the coolest stores around. Seriously. Every color, pattern, size, and type of socks. Most awesome and random store ever.

Despite the quantity, the selection could be better. I’ve had better luck with good patterns at the Gap. Do I want it to look like fish have eaten my feet? I went here because I saw koi socks in a magazine but I ultimately decided not to buy them. I looked for fuzzy socks but the material seemed cheap, not tightly woven and too synthetic.

This place was a lot of fun. It’s always nice to have a large selection of high socks. Places that specialize in cool and colorful thigh highs are few and far between. Where else can you go and get Cat in the Hat thigh Highs? How about zebra stripes? Or Knee high rainbow socks? This place has awesome stuff. I highly recommend. It’s a bit pricey — but its quality and variety allow it to thrive at that price structure. The customer service sometimes lacks — but don’t be discouraged.

1 Star Large selection of expensive socks. Bad selection of employees. Neither employee greeted us when we walked in(not sure if the guy was even an employee… maybe just a friend hanging out w/the girl behind the counter). I walked by and even said hi as I made eye contact, but nothing. Neither one offered any assistance or anything. Even when my gf took a pair of socks to the front to pay for them, the girl in the hoodrat length mini-skirt had a bad attitude and poor customer service. I guess when you cater to mostly tourists, you can afford to hire incompetent employees because repeat business isn’t a concern.

I: HEART: socks! Actually, I’m a bit obsessed with socks and The Los Angeles Sock Market is like Sock HEAVEN to me. I have to visit every time I come to the Universal City Walk. They have funny socks, sexy pantie hose and fish net, trendy leggings, novelty items and more! I have a few drawers filled with weird socks but there’s always more to buy, new styles to keep up on… all of which can be found at this sock market. The only downside to this store is it’s kinda pricey. I have to limit myself to 1 or 2 selections each time I come. That’s kinda ok though, I’d have to buy a new dresser if I could get all that I wanted! See ya there! :)
