Apparently They close at 11 not midnight like their hours say which sucks. Please correct that.

Great flavors but my favorite is plain Tart. They have so many good toppings like fresh raspberries, lychee, fresh mangoes. just endless. Always give you coupons for future discount. Just a great clean place. Love it!

I had a wonderful experience with the customer service at this location on Tuesday, February 23 around 4:15pm. I have severe food allergies and can’t have Gluten, Corn or dairy. This location had a gluten free/dairy free sorbet option but I had to ask what else was in it to ensure the corn additives wouldn’t be an issue. When I asked the girl at the counter she immediately started looking through their ingredients booklet and when she couldn’t find it she went to the back to ask her colleague if he knew where the listed for that particular flavor was. He came out and looked through as well but because it was a promotional flavor they didn’t yet have the exact nutritional ingredients. So he found an alternative sorbet and stated it was the exact same but would give me an idea of the ingredients. At the end I wasn’t able to get it because it did possibly have a couple corn additives but the fact that they made such an effort to get me the ingredient and the cared so much and didn’t get annoyed at all my questions was AMAZING! I will definitely bring friends to this location.

I was here last night and this is the worst Yogurtland I have ever been so far. The arrogant guy behind the cash register is obviously not happy with his work and not a good person to represent the company particularly to most tourist. I have been telling a lot of good things about this product to my Aussie mates so they all decided to give it a try but they were all got frustrated with the attitude and made me so embarrassed. Only one ended up trying as it was already dispensed in his cup. Maybe we’ll try other branches when we get to Orange County tomorrow. The flavor selection here is limited and they don’t have whipped cream. They laughed when my friend asked for it.

Don’t come here expecting great service just expect your basic yogurt you’d find at any other yogurt land.

This yogurtland is the home of the most unprofessional workers I have ever met. They shut down one hour earlier than they were supposed to due to «running out of yogurt.» THEN a girl who worked there came along with her friends and they let her in. I literally watched this girl eat yogurt– THESAMEYOGURTTHEYWEREOUTOF. WHATISTHISSHIT. Basically a bunch of idiotic preteens decided they were done working and shut down an hour early missing out on customers and money. They were so out of line and rude I couldn’t even believe it. I am officially boycotting yogurtland which is a shame as it was previously my favorite.

Not enough flavors, very small and you have to ask for cups to try the yogurt. I been to a few yogurt land around the Los Angeles area and by far the best is the one in Hollywood. The cups are outside and have double the amount of flavors. The only downside is it’s always full and there parking lot is tiny. Ps they don’t accept discover card !

This is my favorite yogurtland location and I come here whenever I go to citywalk. I think that since they are located in citywalk they always have the best and new flavors there and I always find something new to try. My favorite is the cheesecake flavor but they don’t always have it so I try new ones all the time. The staff is always really friendly and that also is what makes it a pleasurable experience.

This Yogurtland always have the flavors I like. I take my nephews there often. There is a guy by the name of Joey that is super friendly and great. I think he’s also the manager. My nephews make a mess. Sometimes they even drop their cup on the floor. I end up having to buy them another cup of yogurt. Last time I was there which was last night. I took my nephews to grab yogurt. My youngest managed to drop the yogurt right after filling the cup. Joey was there. He came to clean up and told me not to worry. He helped my nephew fill up a new cup and did not charge us for the cup that fell. He is really friendly and good with kids. Best part about this Yogurtland is that its in city walk! You have a lot more to do and see!

I’ve been to many yogurtlands and this by far was the most disappointing. All the machines were extremely dirty, topping area was a mess, the employees were rude as well. When I said I was a reward member the employee, Brianna, seemed to have gotten bothered that she had to swipe my card. The other two employees, one being a shift lead, were just standing over her shoulder instead of cleaning the topping area or machines. There needs to be some changes and improvements here.

Very disappointed with this location. I’ve gone to a few other locations and was expecting the same type of service. 1: tables/chairs were dirty. 2: no whipped cream 3: no water 4: rude associates Will not be returning anytime soon :(

I love frozen yogurt and this place is pretty typical as far as froyo joints go. It feels a little more expensive, probably due to it’s touristy location, but they have a decent variety of yogurts and toppings. This is generally my go-to spot for an after movie treat because it’s better for you and cheaper than a lot of the restaurants(which are also over priced thanks to the location).

Hip hip hooray for free yogurt day at Yogurtland. This location may not be the cleanest or have many toppings, but it’ll do when your tummy is crooning yo-ho-ho for some yummy froyo. Most days, this is your typical Yogurtland with self-serve, soft-serve frozen yogurt; however, on special days, like a recent Monday evening, a small(very small) cup of the yogurt was free. Free is like the yogurt itself … cool. As with all Yogurtland’s, pick one or more of the 16 flavors and then pile on toppings. Not sure which flavors to get? Ask for a tiny sample cup or two. The yogurt is weigh ‘n pay so the more you put in the cup, the more it’s gonna cost ya. Low-fat? Non-fat? Does it matter? Sure the calories are like Miley’s latest shenanigan: worthless, but totally unavoidable … don’t stress out about them. You and your tummy want some frogurt and once the taste buds try a few creamy samples, you’re hooked. Yes, Yogurtland, I’m on to your tricks … and luckily, they’re working. Can I get another sample cup?

All I think about when I am back to LA is getting some Yogurtland it isn’t really about the food or say nice dinners but just something soo delicious like a cup full of yogurt. I love the outside of this building and wish more Yogurtlands were like this! Yes there is a wait sometimes here due to the fact that Universal Studios is here and also its on city walk. But after the line and putting your toppings that you want on you just have to pay and then leave. Not soo many seats are here soo most of the time I will take it out and just walk with it. I am seriously a fan of this place and love what they do with the spoons. They are really good at marketing and making you want to go here all the time to get the next new spoon that they come out with!

Plenty of flavors(including sorbets sometimes for the lactose intolerant among us) and toppings. Yogurtland yogurt is on the sweet side of the spectrum, so be ready for dessert. An awesome boost to charge up before hitting the park or a great treat after a hot day there. Loved this location!

A day of walking and tropical rains at Universal Studios led to a well deserved treat at Yougurland. I believe its my second time at Yogurtland and I love the format. I like that you get to pick your own flavors and add your own toppings. Although I’ve only tried Pinkberry once, I’m more of a fan of picking your own froyo and toppings. It was hard to narrow it down to just a few flavors but ultimately chose tiramisu, pistachio, and toasted coconut. I add a bunch of fresh strawberries and kiwi and it came out to a little more than $ 4. The flavors were spot on and the tiramisu was just perfect with coconut being my favorite of the three. All the toppings were fresh and were the perfect counter balance. The staff was minimal and never offered us any samples but I did see the sign after I had already made my choices. I do wish they would have spoken up prior to making my decision. Nevertheless, I’m a fan of Yogurtand, perhaps more than Pinkberry. Pros: + Frozen yogurt + Lots and lots of flavors + Fresh toppings + Cost is per weight Cons: — Staff could have offered samples

One of the best Yogurtlands around. Always clean, well stocked with toppings, great friendly service and best of all lots of gourmet flavors always like their strawberry lemonade, Tahitian vanilla, crème brûlée, etc. Plus the standard flavors(chocolate, strawberry, oreo cookie, peach, mango, etc.). All good. Great selection of toppings from fresh fruit, crushed candies & cookies, those yummy jelly balls(mango & strawberry), mochi, nuts, Ghirardelli caramel/chocolate, etc. Plus their signature colorful Yogurtland spoons. Even a hand sanitizer station before you get into the line. Sometimes the line does get backed up though as when a couple people stop at a machine it tends to back up the line. A few indoor tables make up for that to still enjoy yogurt on a chilly evening as well.

ANNOUNCEMENT: It’s National Frozen Yogurt Day on Monday February 6th. Come into Yogurtland from 4:00 — 7:00pm and receive frozen yogurt for FREE! Now onto my review… The Yogurtland at Universal City Walk has new franchise owners & changed management in late May of 2011 so they have tried to make some improvements, including cleanliness & customer service. They have a new flavor every month.(right now, it’s Mango Mixer) Popular flavors are Plain Tart, Strawberry & Devil’s Food Cupcake Batter. You can top it with some fresh fruit, cookies, chocolate, nuts… etc. This particular store is currently offering: Cookies N’ Cream, Dutch Chocolate, Green Tea, Vanilla, NY Cheesecake, Pistachio, Red Velvet Cake Batter, Taro, Toasted Coconut, Guava They have a very cool exterior building. The only downside to this location is having to pay for parking, but if you are at Universal Studios or City Walk, make sure to pop in. NOTE: When getting samples, PLEASEDON’T USETHESAMESAMPLECUPOVERANDOVER… Please ask for a new sample cup. Also, don’t use your FINGER to get it from the machine!!!(It’s disgusting) Thank you.
