My girlfriend bought me a leather wallet from Fossil whilst we were in Los Angeles. Within a few days we noticed that one of the seams was tearing, we brought it back to their Anaheim store and got it replaced, no problem. The same thing started happening to the replacement so we brought it back to their San Francisco store for a full refund. My gut instinct has always told me to avoid Fossil products, something I’ll take heed of from now on.

Do you remember those times when you wanted to know the time, you’d look at your wrist and find something ticking?! Yeah, the watch. With the phones telling us the time, I’m still old fashioned and like to look at see one of multiple Fossil pieces. My few timepieces came from the Fossil Store at Universal CityWalk. Located near the entrance of Universal Studios Hollywood near Billabong and Popcornopolis, you’ll find the Fossil Store. This Fossil Store is very classy. The inventory will be current styles. You may be lucky in finding some old styles, but probably be sent to the Fossil Factory Outlets. Average prices would go from $ 100 and up. You’ll find styles from the Grant to Watchbar. All of the timepieces are just exquisite! About a year ago, I had exchanged a Fossil Watch from Ontario’s Fossil Store to Universal Citywalk’s Fossil Store. The associate that helped me was Sam. Since then, he has been my unofficial Fossil Associate for my Fossil needs. Also to mention is the Store Manager, Josh. Josh was very helpful during the Fossil promotion to replace batteries. Most of my watches are Fossil. I loved the brand since I was little. This brand may not be Michael Kors, but to me Fossil is as good as Dolce & Gabanna. I am not sure if I would switch brands, but Fossil Watch always sound sexy to me and it deserves to be part of my personal portfolio. Unilocal! The One Stop Place For Your Everyday Research!

I was here on vacation and needed some help with a pair of sunglasses I had purchased at a Fossil store in Phoenix. I want to commend Priscilla(who I believe was the store manager) for her assistance. She could have easily said I needed to take the sunglasses to the point of purchase, but she didn’t. She was patient and resolved my issue, all the while being pleasantly chatty. I should say the sales associate at FOSSIL in Scottsdale was also helpful. So kudos to Fossil for hiring helpful, cheerful staff. And thanks again, Priscilla!

Fossil at Universal City Walk is the best experience my husband and I have had shopping. This is totally due to a store rep named JOSH! It was an awesome experience working with someone so thoughtful and who thinks out of the box. Fossil has our future business thanks to JOSH!

I did not have that great of an experience here and maybe my experience will serve as a warning. I bought and returned a watch here the same day but I never kept the return receipt. Later my credit card statement didn’t show the return so the store did not credit back my card. It became my word as a customer vs the store manager. In the end they didn’t do anything. So when returning anything to this store be sure to hold on to the receipt. They get a lot of business from out of town visitors who don’t have an easy way to return to make things right. Tony

While this location is mainly for tourists that visit CityWalk, there are a lot of locals and Universal Studios Annual Passholders that frequent the theme park and area regularly. In fact… USEFULTIP: Universal Annual Passholders are given a discount at this location. That said, my girlfriend got me a watch for a gift. It was too loose, so we stopped in and had the staff remove one of the links to shorten it. The staff was awesome and there was no waiting as the young lady did it for me. Two weeks later, one of the hour markers on the watch face came loose and was«floating» around under the crystal. The same day I noticed this, the watch’s battery died. Unreal — I have never had a watch give up the ghost like that all at once; it’s a nice watch — simply a fluke, which really sucks. I took the watch back to Fossil, and explained what was going on with it. The staff was very kind and understanding, offering to refund us, or switch with another watch, as the one we bought was out of stock and had since been replaced by a brand new line. Doh! As we were weighing our options, a gentleman, the manager on duty, I’m sure, came over and asked how he could help. I explained what was going on, and he offered to call other stores, locate a brand new one and have it shipped to the store for me to pick up at no charge. He did, and a day or so later, called and said that the watch was already there and it was ready for me to pick up at my convenience. When I arrived several days later, he instantly recognized me, greeted me and asked one of the associates to get my new watch from the back room. Talk about GREAT and impressive customer service! Wow! I can’t remember the last time I was treated so professionally and warmly at any retail store. HUGE props to this team(my bad, I didn’t get any names, nor do I know if they’d want them posted here anyway). The swap took less than two minutes, and I was on my way. Over the next few days, I decided the watch was too lose and would need to be sized as the original had been. I took it in, and the staff greeted me and sized the band immediately, being very nice and conversational as it was done. The young lady assisting me said she remembered me, and if I needed anything else to not hesitate to come back any time. This location and team are TOP notch, and as good as it gets when it comes to a retail experience. I am grateful to them for being so kick-ass, and hopefully, this will encourage anyone on the fence about buying something here to walk in and become a customer. I know we definitely will be from now on! This crew — some of the brightest stars at Universal CityWalk Hollywood!

Dear Natalie the manager here. Thank you for restoring my faith that employees of a chain store can be knowledgeable, articulate, warm and humorous. The employees of this store know more about their product than humanly possible. It’s ridiculous. One almost wants to buy something here simply because of the excellent service. Also, I was surprised to find myself in the store(I don’t think of my self as a «Fossil» or a «Deisel» guy) but the clean woodsy interior and attractive display of the watches drew me in. Dear Fossil, keep hiring people like Natalie who run your store this professionally, and you’ll make a loyal customer(and a Fossil-fan) out of me. Impressive.
