The food is good!(4⁄5) for the food. My family had a variety(chicken, salmon, beef soup, crab ragoons). Everyone was happy. The delivery service takes about 1 ½ hours, though… apparently no matter what time you call. I recommend take out or ordering way in advance. ;)

Absolutely delicious. I had the lunch combo with Panang curry and pad Thai. I almost ordered a meal to go.

This place is literally horrendous. I ordered online for delivery to a nearby hotel. 2 hours after ordering, the delivery guy calls me and tells me he is at the hotel looking for the room. I confirm the room number with him on the phone, twice. He calls back a third time and says he needs ten more minutes. It’s now 10 pm and the food is yet to arrive. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place.

The food here is probably one of the grosses Thai Places. It tastes so wrong and hard and cooked wrong. Nothing was the way you would of wanted. And it took at least over and hour or so to deliver. And I wish I could get my money back. I don’t recommend it.

I ordered three dishes and none of them were as spicy as I ordered them. The Tom kha soup was good, but the Mongolian beef was substituted for a restaurant choice of a crispy chicken dish that was both more expensive and not as good. In addition, the green curry was rather disappointing. There was not enough sauce and the meat didn’t taste or smell right so I didn’t eat it. I would not purchase from this place again

I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered two hours ago and I’m still waiting for my food. I just called to check on the order and the woman was extremely rude and hostile. Absolutely NEVER ordering from this place again!

Food is actually good, and I would give another star, but the really long delivery times are pretty bad. 2 hours? Got to work on that…

This is mine and my family’s most favorite Thai restaurant. The foods great and the owners are very nice. I love the garlic chicken w/broccoli & cha cha fried rice.

Delicious pad Thai. But the delivery time always takes over an hour. Way over the estimated time. Oh and I live .03 mile away. The lady on the phone is something else.

Crispy garlic chicken exactly what it is crispy and garlicy… the chicken is tender and juicy as well. Seems like most of the review complaints was about timing. My dish came with less than 10 min of sitting down still steaming hot. I like the fact that you can adjust the levels of heat 1−5…the customer service was polite and friendly. Water was never left empty… always refilled when my glass was half full.

My coworker’s and I ordered this for lunch yesterday and it was the first time any of us had ever eaten there. I had seen previous reviews saying that they take forever so we knew to expect a long wait and ordered it an hour early for delivery. We ordered a total of 5 meals, an appetizer, and a Thai iced tea and it arrived in about an hour and a half. I ordered the Chicken Phad Thai with 4 stars(I love spicy food), but they must have thrown in extra because holy hell my mouth was on fire! This coming from a girl who pours hot sauce on everything. It was HOT! Lol! The portion sizes were HUGE! I’m sure I’ll have left overs for a few days. The spring rolls were delicious and Thai tea was what you would expect of Thai tea. All in all I was happy with our order and would do it again, but with less spice and I’d like to try dining in.

I only ate here because I needed to make a stop at the Comcast store. Service was slow even though we were the only ones. The food was okay, nothing horrible, but nothing special either. I ordered my goto Thai dish, seafood pad kee mao and the flavor was on the bland side, but they were generous on the seafood. I also asked for 4 at stars and it was as if they didn’t even throw in. The chicken pad Thai was a lot better and came with a decent amount of chicken. Another disappointment came when we ordered coconut ice cream and was told they didn’t even serve ice cream, but they have it on their menu!

My boyfriend and I came to this place cos obviously we were craving Thai food and of course… hungry. The waiter that took our order seemed extremely happy to be working there as he was skipping in between helping tables. lol not a complaint, just saying my observations. Anyway, I’m pretty sure we watched two tables that ordered AFTER us get all of the food that they ordered before we did. We were literally waiting an hour and a half for all of our food. We didn’t complain much at first because we got our soup maybe HALF an hour after ordering. But after that, it was like watching the waiter play Russian roulette with everyone’s food. If it were up to just their food, I would actually give them four starts. Their garlic chicken was delicious and so was their pad see ew. It’s just unfortunate that the time that it takes their food to be served takes longer than actually eating the food. They should definitely invest in hiring another chef or something. It would give their restaurant a much better review on Unilocal, since I’m not the only one that’s complained about the time from ordering to when it’s brought to your table.

Terrific food, value for money, almost no wait time 1 hour before close, food is hot. Floors needs cleaning, bathroom vandalized, server needs to improve customer service skills. Would come back again. Food taste and quality 9⁄10 Service 4⁄10 Ambience 6⁄10 Cleanliness 3⁄10 Wait time(not rush hour) 9⁄10

WTF kind of establishment is this? I ordered delivery was given an expectation of 45 – 65 minutes for delivery. An hour an a half later I call to see what the hold up was. The lady who answered knew all my order information and stated she was going to call me to let me know it would be late but she got busy and that it would be there in about 20 minutes. If it wasn’t for the fact that I just got my wisdom teeth removed and had no desire to leave my house, I would have cancelled immediately. Instead I waited 20 more minutes and still no food! Finally I called back the lady gave some crazy/untrue excuse why the driver came back to the restaurant without my food!!! This is a first and a last for me.

Food took 40 minutes to arrive and when I say food I mean one noodle dish — pad kee Mao which usually takes 10 minutes tops at most thai restaurants. There were two other tables filled and the rest of the restaurant was empty. The meal was just okay, waiting for 40 minutes definitely made it less enjoyable. I won’t be returning :-(

See fly in my soup photo, gross. What should I have expected, especially for delivery. Repulsed and they need to check themselves and their quality of food. Now I’m going to go throw up…

I know a previous reviewer mentioned the server being rude and asking what they wanted. I had the same experience when calling in an order, but she isn’t rude. She’s got a heavy accent, yes, but she’s just asking what you want because many people who frequent Thai places don’t need a menu. So she is trying to get your food in quick if that’s the case. That aside, the pad thai I ordered is amazing. I asked them to make it a 4 on spice. It is perfect. Hot but not so hot that you can’t taste it. Very good flavors. I found the staff to be friendly and nice. A little abrupt, but I thought it was quaint.

This is my favorite Pad Thai spot. The flavor is just the way I like it and the ratio of veggies to chicken to noodles is always perfect. I tend to like a little extra veggies, but they do it just right. I do feel like the service could be nicer… or warmer, because about half the time I go in I get the cold shoulder from the lady who works there, but if you like good thai and you can over look a mean server then you’ll win and leave satisfied.

I love this place! Its so hidden and you don’t notice it unless you’re used to shopping in this little area of Tukwila. I’m increasing their rating because I just ordered catering dishes with them for my church and we were very impressed. Normally when you order large orders of curry or noodles, it comes out mediocre, but it was GOOD! You can tell it took time to make the dishes and it came out delicious! We ordered Green Chicken Curry and Tofu Pad Kee Mao. SOYUMMYYYYY!!! Very friendly service and had no issues when I picked up my order. I also ordered a basil fried rice a few weeks ago and it was DELICIOUS! My husband is so picky with food and he and I were fighting for bites of the friend rice! Full of flavor, tastes super authentic too! I highly recommend them for your regular thai restaurant meals and catering. I ordered 2 of each, Large deep platters. and each tray is enough to feed about 25 – 30 hungry people accompanied with rice of course. For the noodles, if it were only noodles that your party is eating, it can feed 20 – 25 people. Just my results from the event at my church of how many each tray would feed.
