Tried to order delivery from here. The kid that answered the phone sounded like the biggest stoner. He put me on hold for 4 minutes trying to figure out where I lived on a map. He then told me I was out of there delivery zone. I live 2.3 miles away…
I won’t be ATTEMPTING to order from this Jimmy John’s ever again…

Always forget about the drive-​through service tonight I decided to try; however they totally failed tonight. No warm greeting, and poor customer engagement at the window. Definitely freakishly slow service not fast. My sandwich was a complete mess and put together with no love. I asked for sprouts and see them rung in on the receipt. My sandwich contains no sprouts. I asked for pickles and was charged? Apparently the franchise group never saw the movie «Give them the pickle» what sandwich dosnt come with a pickle? No salt and pepper in the store, no napkins given out. Way over priced coming to $ 10 for a sandwich pickles and chips. Foods delicious but they need better customers retention skills. Get it together. Learn competitive pricing. Please get salt and pepper, make napkins available, as just stop charging for a pickel. Watch the move for God sakes it cost nothing. When you dine in it feels rushed and unwelcoming.

Come on guys, get it together! I love jimmy johns, but pay attention to the order, order was wrong! I specifically asked for it to be cut in half, and for bacon on it. Neither was done. :(and all I was offered was a credit? Another manager a while back offered me a freebie for my next order. PLEASE, read the order and get it right! takes seconds to cut it and put the right things on.

Incredible JJ location! The store is always clean and organized every time I have gone. My sandwiches have always been great and the bread cooked to perfection. I highly recommend eating here!

Welcome to the double J. If you’re going to get subs in South Tampa you probably should consider going to the double J much better than Subway and Publix. And the subs are so fast you will freak. I like it with sprouts even know there might be some on them. They’re not very good at giving extra lettuce tomatoes and onions though so watch out for that.

Very disappointed with this location. Ordered delivery and it came promptly and was correct. However, the bread was stale (very dry) and hard and there was one to two slices of meat on the sandwich. I don’t eat at this chain often but I don’t remember having a sandwich with so little meat that I actually opened it to make sure it had some. Better deal at Jersey Mikes and it comes with cheese… not an add on.

Best Jimmy Johns Ever! Kierra (The awesome patient employee who served us) was so nice to us. Our order was so complicated with all of the changes and she still did everything exactly how we asked! We were in a rush and the service was so fast and accurate best Jimmy Johns I’ve been to in Tampa! We had several different orders and still was able to get back to our meeting on time! Great Customer Service!
